Location is some 300 m from the old town. The lady at the reception was very kind and informative. Bed was very comfortable with crisp clean sheets. Possibility of shower and baggage storage after check out time was very welcoming, but I left early for the airport and thus didn't use this option. AC worked perfectly.

The shower cabin was the smallest I have ever experienced in my life. Some 80 x 80 cm. I had to open both plastic blinds (doors) to be able to turn around. Truth to be told I am not exactly the slimmest person. The noise from the hall was notable in the morning. Windows in 1 st floor cannot be opened at all, probably due to possible burglary.

The fact that this is a good old fashion good value honest hotel.. not fancy..if it was.. it'll be a "boutique" hotel at twice the price 🤣...dated. but retro?... so its modern?..set back a few streets from the hustle/ bustle of the water front..so quiet.. but only a 15/20 minute walk to the ferry point making it a great location..and 5 minutes down to the waterfront restaurants and bars...staff wonderful/ helpful..a little gem

Clean hotel although old, nice room, basic but nice breakfast, very helpful staff, very nice location, very close to the center and the harbor and mainly quiet area.

There is no elevator, so for someone old or with disabilities it's not easy to get to the rooms and we had an air-condition trouble one of the nights (water was dripping in from the unit all night, forming a lake on the floor and we couldn't sleep), but they fixed it in the morning.

For a very low price you have a simple breakfast with some ham, cheese, eggs, selection of vegies and some sweet pastry to combine with honey, jam or chocolate. Well worth the money to start you on your day. The room was clean, everything worked, WiFi, AC, shower. The cleaning ladies did their job more often then you would even expect of them. The ladies at the reception were very pleasant and helpfull. You can also buy some basics for your room at the hotel to avoid carrying heavy stuff, like water bottles for example. For anyone not too lazy the beaches are a healthy walking distance of around 20 minutes and the main bus station is even closer.

You need to be a little nitpicking to find minuses for the price. The rooms furnishing is a bit older but nothing was damaged or dirty so for the price of stay it was a bargain. The coffee was not to my taste on the breakfast but that was recoccuring all over the island until we found good coffee places. The stay was generally quite, with a little exception of a guest nearby who took pleasure in slamming the door, but that it is not the hotels fault of course.

Cleanliness was astonishing. Also the simplicity of the room was noticeable. Location of the hotel is great. We had kind of heavy backpacks but it wasn't difficult to walk from the harbor to the hotel. There are no steep slopes walking from the harbor.

The bathroom was kind of small. A bigger person (or an elderly) could have more difficulty moving in that bathroom.

The position is strategic to reach the old town in a few minutes and to go around by scooter and visit the island. The staff was super kind and welcoming all the time.

Maybe a little old fashioned, it would need some renovation and breakfast is not as rich as expected. But positive aspects are far more than negative ones.

At first we were a bit skeptical about the older condition of the hotel but now have to say absolute insider tip to make budget vacation on Kos! The location is super central and you can reach everything really fast 10 minutes into the city. The staff is incredibly friendly and has made extreme effort, even gluten-free bread for breakfast provided although we had not expected that at all. And even a 24/7 reception. The decor is old but very very well maintained and the cleanliness was really top notch. Every day a cleaning and fresh towels. The ladies were also just really nice and professionell. The breakfast is very simple but actually everything you need ( you can see well in the pictures here). The only thing to consider is that you can hear the street outside the door and someone with a very light sleep may not be happy here. We found our stay all in all really great and think you will not find a better price-performance ratio in Kos city. We come back 😇

This hotel was a pretty good find! It is situated a short walk from the port and a short walk into the town centre. There are also plenty of small shops to get refreshments and snacks! The room decor was a bit dated but eveyrthing was tidy and clean, the desk is always manned and the staff were very kind plus helpful!
