Location was excellent near everything. Room was lovely but if I was going again, I would book one of the rooms with a bigger balcony which were facing the swimming pool. Breakfast room was lovely very clean staff were amazing. So helpful.

I liked everything. The staff were amazing so friendly and helpful. Great that there was someone on the premises all night if you needed anything. There was no kettle in the room, we asked for one at reception and the lady kindly gave us one for the week. Much appreciated.

It’s definitely budget accommodation, but you get what you pay for. The bathroom was the best I had in all of my accommodations on the island, quite modern which I appreciated. The staff were lovely, and breakfast was basic but decent. I didn’t use the pool that there was plenty of guests making use.

It’s tucked away in a little bit more of a residential area, not a fault, just something to note. Still close to the beach, 12-15 minutes walk vibe.

Location was good. Very close the the center, close to the beaches. Staff was friendly. AC was working properly. There are lots of places for shopping & dinner.

The room was nice, but furnitures are a bit old. The blinds in my room could be moved incredibly loudly. My room was in the first floor. It was a bit noisy during day. Also at nights with the noises from other rooms, so sound insulation was not perfect.

The hotel is in a great location – both the port and the beach are nearby. The staff is very friendly, and the hotel is clean.

The walls are very thin and you can hear everything from the hallway, which is especially disturbing at night when you’re trying to sleep. Unfortunately, we happened to stay at the same time as a group of young girls who were noisy every night.

Breakfast was great. Lots of choice, healthy options. Abundance of food and drinks. The staff so kind & lovely. I had asked for a room I could get to by lift as I am currently unwell with various issues including a bad back and busted knee. They confirmed just such a room with a new firm mattress. The only downer was this meant balcony view of car park. This was tolerable as I had asked for room with lift access & mine was incredibly close to the lift!!! The room service was impeccable. I was feeling pretty grotty health wise and every single member of staff was incredibly caring and supportive. Mariana & Manos went out of their way to help me solve problems and take care of me. The pots of tea provided at 5am in the morning at 24 hr bar by Manos was touching. I hope to be well enough to return next year. There is choice of different locations very close to the hotel. You can get to touristy beach in minutes and remote beautiful a short cycle ride away. As a lone female traveller with health issues I felt safe & cared for.

The position was perfect close to the center and the port, close to the bus terminal for airport and other villages just a 15 minutes walk. The owner and the staff were super friendly, nice and helpful. The room was very clean and big there was a little terrace with two chairs and a round table. Breakfast was good. Restaurants and shops were two minutes away. There was also a pool with sunbeds and a bar so you could take out your drinks in the pool or in the tables outside. Really a lovely place where you can feel home.I was forgetting in the room there's a fridge with a small water bottle waiting for you as welcome. I really appreciated it. The best quality at the best price, Thank you to everyone there for being always smiling and gentle. I will recommend it to friends and when I will come back to Kos I would certainly stay in this hotel again.

The hottel. Is situated in a very good position, the room was clean and towels changed every day, the breakfast was good and the owner and the staff are simply lovely helpful all of them recognized me from the previous year this means not only attention to the client but love for the job they do every day. It is like being in a family far from home.. Thanks to all of them for making my staying there in Kos wonderful

Nice small hotel, great location! Walking distance to old town and all the sightseeings in the Kos town, beach under 5min by foot. Staff was nice and the room was tidy. There was always space in the pool, which was nice. Would go there again!

Great stay here ,Yes it's a budget Hotel £36 a night for 2 with breakfast Breakfast choice if 2 cereals Ham / boiled eggs / cheese slices /Tomatoes/orange squash/ coffee instant/ bread / Jam and marmalade. overall what more do you want for that money? The room :- ours had a double bed and a single bed adequately cleaned ,bed ok for a few nights and a tad lower the we like but hey it served a purpose. A bathroom that looked quite modern and was functional. The pool:- A nice size and clean sunbeds fine and bar snacks available The staff :- Excellent all of them felt like a home from home nothywas too much trouble. The area :- Not picture perfect but wuieyand near to the bars and main street. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

Bed a bit lowdown for us

Everything so perfect! From the position to the staff that I strongly recommend because of their kindness and purity. The room is very well cleaned and not noisy. The position is excellent to reach all the attractions by foot and the beaches are only a 5 minute walk away. A special thanks to all the staff who made me feel like at home.
