Clean, good aircon, apartment cleaned daily, central/within walking distance to the center and ruins, good coffee place below, seeing the priest walking down the street every morning :) try bougatsa and spicy chicken pie from Obelix and drinking spirit - tsipouro Mavro Rodo! If you want to experience the island of Kos and Nissyros the way it should be, book the trip with Kos Tour Guide , honestly the best local guide there is !

location handy for everything. Beautiful views from the balconies. Church next door was stunning. Beds in room very comfy. Not sure about sofa was frightened to sit on it

Where keys were left if it wasnt for son would never have reached them not everyone is over 6feet. never anyone at reception thankfully maid was very helpful. Spiral staircase handrail higher up n on wall not low down n at inside of spiral.

It was very difficult to find a place for five people in Kos but Fantasia Apartments was our lucky shot. The building is just beside he hospital in a very quiet and strategic area: you are so close to everything! We had a car and not being in the very old city center was perfect because we always found it very easy to park it. The price is absolutely honest for a very essential but super clean apartment. Our apartment had a gorgeous balcony, two rooms, a small living room and a tiny but good kitchen. It's not luxury, it's not brand new or super modern but it's very comfortable and perfect for a summer holiday accomodation. The staff is very very very kind and always helpful for your needs.

The 4-5 person apartment was pretty spacious with a small kitchenette set up. It was very clean, courtesy of a very sweet and talented housekeeper. They provided extra soaps, blankets, and pillows as well as daily housekeeping services. There was a good sized courtyard in the back that was perfect for securely storing our group’s bikes (11 total). Beds were pretty comfortable, but not the best. We also had a spacious balcony that had a nice view and was great for drying clothes. There is a great cafe right downstairs as well!

Reception was not readily available during check-in times and we had to contact them and wait a bit before being able to check in.

Very bad wifi connection in my room at the end of the corridor. Daily knocking on the door in the morning to clean the room. The place is hard to find without any properly visible name boards outside. The smartTv was useless as it didn't receive the WiFi signal either.

Pros: +very good location +quite enough space for three adults (or three people in total, 4 is too much in my opinion) +huge terrace with really nice view +efficiently working AC units (although, unit in bedroom is a bit loud) +cheap (I've paid 35 €, which is a fantastic price for that location during summer time) +nice bathroom (tiny, but fully functional) +equipped "kitchen" - you can easily fry, cook, there's full service (just for two people) of cutlery, as well as coffee express, sink, owen

-annoyingly loud smoke detector in the kitchen -furniture could be newer (but it is still functional) -at least two switches, that weren't described or explained, what do they turn on (one in bathroom, one in bedroom) -loud bells on Sunday morning (although it is hard to blame hotel for that)

Close to centre. Clean.

There was no one on reception and after a ten hour journey no-one was answering the phone. We only had to wait 15 minutes but it caused us anxiety because we didn't know how long we would be before we were given our room.

Location was very central for shops, restaurants and close to a beach for swimming.

Noisy, but that was other guests not the properties fault.

It was fine, as a basic apartment. Sonia, the worker, was very helpful.

I pity anyone arriving late or delayed as Reception was never open. We couldn't cook as there was only one small pot.

The flat was very specious and well equipped. It was in an excellent location

There wasn't anyone on reception and I had to ring and wait for someone to come to check me in even after arranging a time and notifying them beforehand.
