The location was perfect (10minutes walk to city center, 10minutes walk to nice beach). Stuff was really kind and helpful. Beautiful pool with amazing view. Just around the corner we rented a car, very cheap, without deposit (highly recommend - the whole island is easy to drive and you can see many more beautiful beaches and cities).

We had ants and cockroach in our apartment. Kitchen was useless, the stove needs 1hour to get hot, so we didn't use the kitchen. But it's was not a big deal for us, cuz we would eat in restaurants anyway.

Location was excellent, 10 minute walk to bars and restaurants, 15 to the harbour and old town. Beach directly across the road, although quite stoney and narrow, very clear waters. The views across the sea to Turkey were beautiful, would recommend a sea view room, some of the ones behind and below the pool would be a bit dim. The pool was adequate, good seating and bar area, great service, very helpful staff. Mini supermarket nearby. Kitchen was adequate, although we didn't cook in as there was such a choice of places to eat close by. The shower hose connection broke. It was replaced and fixed immediately, excellent back up service. Sheets and towels were replaced daily, cleaning staff were so cheery and helpful. Would recommend this place

Being a bit picky, just a little bit dated, old tiles, sealant a bit discoloured in places, but no hassle, all very clean and useable, just don't expect high polish and glitter! very homely. If you have a car, there is no allocated parking, just use the street, bit of a lottery each evening, drive round the block til you get a space, usually got somewhere reasonably close. In Sept not really a big deal, I could imagine a bit of a nightmare in high season!

Location was excellent for Kos town. Amazing view over to Turkey. We did opt for the penthouse apartment ( not as glamorous as it sounds), so had a large kitchen/dining area and separate bedroom and a huge balcony. It was all cleaned daily and comfortable. The pool and pool bar were very clean and lovely staff looking after us. We didn’t spend too much time in the hotel but we found it all good.

The kitchen area was very dated but was just functional. It needs a refit and brought up to date with perhaps a small oven as we found very little food that we could microwave and the rooms freshened up with a coat of paint. Overall the whole hotel would benefit from a general freshen up but was clean and friendly feeling.

Was a bit hesitant before travelling having read previous reviews. Was nicely surprised upon arrival to find a large spacious room, fantastic balcony with sea view and good air-conditioning. So the taps weren't shiny but would that really spoil your holiday? Beds were really comfy, good storage, lovely pool area and tasty food at the beach bar (and proper mojitos). Complimentary water and wine too :-)

As mentioned in previous reviews, a stopper for the bathroom sink would be standard. A few loose boards around the pool area could be nailed down too.

Staff were so friendly, helpful and brightened our days with their kind words and cheerfulness. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. My favorite part was the shower. The pool was great and the pool bar had a fantastic selection of food and drink that we enjoyed onlooking the sea view. I really couldn’t recommend this place more, and thank you to the staff who made our stay so special!

Amazing location with great views and amenities. The staff was very helpful in accommodating us for an extra night at the last minute during peak booking season. Short walk to the port and the main strip of taverns and bars. The pool was fantastic and clean. The rooms were clean and tidy with kitchenette. We highly enjoyed our time in Kos and the Bristol Sea View apartments did not disappoint. Would definitely say again and recommend to friends.

Our room was lovely, gorgeous outside area overlooking the sea. Nice and spacious, only 10 min walk to the harbour. Perfect.

The shower was not very good, water was not always hot. Needed to be replaced.

We stayed in a apartment with beautiful balcony/terrace. The view was amazing. Apartment was very large and spacious. Location was perfect and you can walk to the Kos town. Beach was right in front of the hotel. Staff was nice and caring. They give us very good tips of nearby restaurants and driving locations in Kos. Because of the tip we ended up in Zia, a beautiful hill town and must see if you visit Kos.

The toilet flush was not working properly but expert found a temporary solution as the damaged part will take time to arrive.

Perfectly located in a quieter part of town. The rooms are lovely and spacious. The pool is wonderfully clean and the staff are exceptional - so friendly. Katerina on reception and Zafar were superb and so helpful !

Our room was quite clean; everything we would need was in our room. Balcony is perfect and you can watch sea view. Staff was helpful and friendly. Guests were also not bad, usually good folks. I would recommend anyone who is visiting Kos. Hotel is so close to beach, you can walk to sea just by 1 min walking.

I think price was a bit expensive compared to other hotels around. If i was coming with my family again i would stay here but othervise, price was a bit expensive. I think at least breakfast should be included in this kind of price.
