Lovely location very clean they also arranged pick up from airport would stay again when in kos

The apartments are great. We had a room on the 2nd floor, it was clean, spacious with a large balcony. Good air conditioning, large wardrobe, safe, ironing board and iron. Small kitchen with everything you need. It has a cooker, fridge, cooking utensils and coffee machine. Very comfortable beds. Cleaning every day. The location is very convenient. The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk to the centre and 20 minutes to the port. We went to Lambi beach. There are some good restaurants close by. We were greeted very well and given excellent recommendations about Kos. We had a wonderful time on Kos and I would recommend this hotel. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday, would love to come again.

There is no such thing

Disliked nothing, loved everything. Wish the lift was a bit bigger but we also had no problem walking up the stairs, it was a little slippery but again, not a massive problem. Okay onto the positives. What can I say???!!!! This is a beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Kos Town. I did not know what we booked until we got here. It is run by a lovely mother and daughter who are the MOST hospitable hosts. I left some of my belongings in the hotel when we moved on to the next town, and she did not hesitate to suggest a drive down to drop off my things to me. I was beyond touched. Our room was cleaned very well, and I am quite fussy when it comes to cleanliness. The bathroom and the room was spacious. To our delight we had a mini kitchen space which we utilised a lot as we had children. The food recommendations given by the host were top tier. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

I couldn't find anything to dislike.....

the rooms were very large and very clean. It is a 10-minute walk to the center and the main pier.

Around 7 am in the morning, the employees are making excessive noise. We woke up to the noise every morning.

I recently had an incredible experience at a place in Kos, Greece. The staff there were truly amazing; they went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Not only did they assist us in ordering delicious food, but they also helped organize local transport at reasonable rates. The accommodations were top-notch, and the staff even provided us with fantastic recommendations for local food spots. The location was perfect, offering beautiful surroundings and easy access to everything we needed. The interior was clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere. In terms of value for money, it was exceptional, and I would definitely choose to stay there again in the future.

Nothing

Very quiet, excellent shower, fabulous AC...we were allowed to move in earlier which - of course - is always great. Fridge didn't seem to work too well (nothing in it particularly cold) but, alas, we've become all too accustomed to this somewhat obligatory problem. But don't let this put you off staying here !

The usual useless fridge ! Fridge appeared brand new, as have most we've hoped to use, so maybe people in Spain, Morocco, Egypt, Turkey and now Greece purchase broken fridges. And why oh why are fridges placed at KNEE HEIGHT ???? At 6'2 and nearly 60, gee, it's me renting your space not a toddler.

1) Host: Marina (the host) is probably the most helpful host I have ever met, eager to help with everything (from extra towels to restaurants and places to visit in the island), she did make my stay unforgettable. I am most grateful! 2) Room: Spacious, spotlessly clean (even the balcony chairs were dust free!), comfortable matrice, quiet and easy to sleep (at least during May), great shower with strong flow of water and hot water always available, stable wifi connection 3) Location: Excellent location close to the old town and in front of the sea. No private parking but it was very easy to park in the streets around (at least during May, it might be harder during July/August)

I have literally no suggestion on what to improve, and this doesn't happen often :)

We were pleased by the great service, location and comfort and quality of the sea view room we booked. From the time our reservation was confirmed until we checked out, we were impressed with the service we received from Elina. She highly recommended booking a pick up from the airport due to the long taxi lines (she was right - our friends had to wait 30 minutes for a taxi), provided local information and great restaurant recommendation in nearby Tigkaki, and made sure the wine we accidentally left in the refrigerator was put aside for us to pick up after we had checked out. Room was bright, comfortable and spacious with an unobstructed view of the sea. Hotel is located just a short walk from the old town and the late noise of the night clubs. Would definitely stay at Orpheus Studios when in Kos again.

We loved our apartment which looked directly over the sea. The location was perfect. It's about a 5 minute walk from town along a lovely seafront promenade. We enjoyed making breakfast every day in our little kitchen and really appreciated the friendliness of all the staff. The views are amazing!

The balcony did not get any sun. This is no fault of the property owners, as it is the position of the building at this time of year. The shower has no curtain or door, so water gets all over the place - not a massive problem but I would prefer an enclosed space. Otherwise, everything was great!
