The front desk staff were always very patient and welcoming. There are chairs at the hotel entrance where you can sit and face the sea, which is quite comfortable. The balcony of the hotel room offers a wide view of the ocean, and when you open the door, you can feel the cool sea breeze. The room also has a mini kitchen and tableware. There is a swimming pool available at the hotel as well. Although the location is a bit far from the city center, there is an Ideal Bike Rental nearby, making the distance less of an issue after renting a bike.

There is no shower curtain or door in the bathing area, which can make the bathroom floor wet. It also seems that there is no convenient laundry service available.

The balcony view was just amazing, couldn’t get enough of it. There were everything you need for a comfortable stay. I’m really thankful to lady on reception for making my early check in. I like the location of a hotel as well.

It’s a big apartment, need a renovation.

This hotel is a little gem! It has a very relaxed, art deco style vibe with lots of curiosities dotted about the place. (Loved the old phone in the library, the arched door ways and the curiously shaped stairwell.) My apartment had two balconies overlooking the sea, which is literally a minute walk from the hotel. It was a large apartment with really comfy, clean beds, deep bath and shower over, plenty of hot water and great water pressure in the shower. It had air con in both rooms which worked really well but I didn’t really need it as the breeze from the sea was cooling. The pool is very clean and deep enough for a good swim. It is set in very peaceful, beautiful gardens with chickens roaming about ! Situated on the outskirts of Kos town, it is an easy walk along the seafront if you want to be somewhere busier. Nostos beach bar is directly opposite and there are several authentic Greek restaurants approximately 200 metres in the direction of Psalidi. There is a little supermarket a 2 minute walk away towards Kos town and a larger one about a 5 minute walk towards Psalidi. The owners and staff are genuinely warm and helpful. (Thank you Maria, for sorting out my bus ticket and the lovely evening receptionist for reassuring me with my many questions.) As a single female traveller, I felt very safe and well cared for in this wonderful hotel. Thank you.

I can honestly say, this was perfect. No negatives at all.

The Hotel was in a great location for all the local amenities & right on the beach. Whilst to not being luxury, it was very comfortable & the rooms were very spacious with balconies, added bonus of aircon, needed in the 35 degree heat, included at no extra charge. Loved the swimming pool with sunloungers & umbrellas which never got busy, set in very peaceful gardens. Would highly recommend the Theodorou if you want to stay in a typical Greek hotel.

Implies that there is a bar in the Hotel but this across the road. the Nostos Bar & shuts at around 6.30pm.

- Huge room - Two balconies, both having great view to the sea - Swimming pool availability - Small kitchenette for cooking with most of the essentials and a good size fridge

- The bathroom could use some renovation or a deep cleaning at least - A few furniture should have be replaced (upholstery had stains) - Kitchen items were not washed properly - Sunbeds are not included on the hotel's beach

Had huge apartment with living area,separate bedroom and toilet.Apartment had balcony overlooking the ocean.Staff met me on arrival and were very pleasant and helpful. Hotel very close to shops and good restaurants.Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Kos on holiday

Close to the beach and within walking distance of Kos Town. The staff were extremely friendly. The beds were very comfortable and apartments had all facilities needed and a stunning view of the sea front

The only downside was the air con in the living room didn’t work as well as the bedroom so that area constantly felt warm, but for us the bedroom air con was the most important and worked fine

Suuuuuper nice hotel and excellent location. We felt home immediately. Beach right in front of your nose, friendly staff, spacious apartment, bike rent around the corner, and a beautiful 20 minute walk along the coastline to Kos Town. Hope to be back!! Thank you Theodorou!!

Very spacious apartment (two bathrooms!), great location across the road from the beach and a very manageable walk into town. Very helpful receptionist. Good value bike hire nearby.

A little bit plain and deserted - had an end of season feel to it. .

Great location, close to the beach and was never too busy to get sun beds. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were also really friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Thanks for a lovely stay!
