hotel is in great location, 2 min walk to beach and grocery store, close to city. parking for guest free of charge right in front of hotel. kind and helpful staff. room was clean with well working a/c. bathroom was small but enough for a few nights, great shower pressure. comfortable bed. cleaning coming daily. breakfast was decent. nice pool area with bar and music. pool towels can be rented with deposit of 5€ , they return 4€ once you bring back the towel.

wifi was working poorly most of the time rooms could use a little renovation

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The main desk was staffed from early until late. The room itself was small but comfortable, and the air conditioning was thankfully very good! The place is well-kept and everything needed for a comfortable stay was provided. The plants growing throughout the place are incredible. My partner and I loved the huge Cheese Plant especially!

The breakfast and dinner were plain but there are plenty of options for eating away at restaurants and bars along the seafront and in the town nearby.

The hotel is a quiet one, not so far away from the city center, with few restaurants near by. Our room had AC but it was not so needed. The bed was big and comfy. Breakfast was ok. The pool is nice. Reasonable prices. We could have late check in, as agreed. Everyone was helpful. For sure good value for the money.

They could improve the coffee machine situation. Just one machine for all guests is too less .. and I would prefer Greek coffee / filter coffee compared to Nescafé taste (but now I am subjective, sorry). I could have anyhow a good Greek coffee at the pool, later one. So no worries.

Amazing experience. Really a wonderful Hotel. The staff is super friendly, the hotel is pratically on the beach and it is into a marvellous garden. The breakfast is very good. You can rent bikes and cars directly in hotel. Near the hotel there are 2 supermarkets. The location is fantastic because with the bikes you can arrive everywhere. I strongly recommend the PALM BEACH HOTEL.

The pool is lovely and the rooms are clean and spacious with lovely balconies. But the main highlight of this hotel is the staff ! They are all amazing. Gratzi on the bar is one of a kind! She made our holiday within days we felt like we had been there for months in the best way ! We will be back for sure

The hotel was really helpful with needs, such as organizing transportation and renting a bike. I felt lucky to have booked a hotel where I felt surrounded not only by the incredible beauty of Kos, but also by human kindness. Proximity to the beach and to restaurants was convenient.

Breakfast was ok. It’s located in quite place, the beach is very close. It’s 15/20 minutes walking from the centre. I highly recommend to rent a bike for only 20€ a week, or a motorbiketarting for 20€ a day. There’s an ATM and a small supermarket at few minutes walking.

Everything was ok.

Bed comfortable, nice beaches nearby, close by mini market, entertainment at hotel was nice and cocktails were very good!!, affordable and good buffet, clean room. Tip: visit Greek Night at the hotel

Small shower, for the price we paid we expected to have water in the mini bar, in general it was a bit expensive for what you get.. but Kos is an expensive town.

Staff were amazing! Very friendly and accommodating. The pool was very clean and breakfast was plentiful. Check in and out was easy

The location was a little further out to the centre. However a 15-20min walk got you there.

Entire stay was fab, great location and very clean facilities. Loved the beanbags by the pool and the general area is very well kept and very pretty. Rooms are spacious, kitted out with all the bits you would need and air con of course! Beds very comfy too.

Only improvement I would say is had an awkward interaction with one of the staff at breakfast time who was quite rude. Wasn't enough to sully the whole stay but did tarnish it ever so slightly - all the other staff were great though and were happy to help.
