Poor sound insulation in rooms without renovation

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. My mother and I were very well accommodated and we were very satisfied. The rooms were cleaned daily. The rooms are clean and spacious. Our room has air conditioning and a mini fridge. I would like to thank Mr. Dimitri again. He is a friendly, helpful and hospitable person. The breakfast was varied and satisfying. The hospitality of the hotel was amazing. I may choose it again. Although the hotel is a little far from the restaurants in the center, it is nice to walk :) I would recommend the Koala Hotel to anyone.

The staff were so kind and the hotel had a family feel, very welcoming and perfect quiet location near the action of Kos Town and close to the beaches! Breakfast was great every morning and all the staff were so warm and kind, providing the little touches that made us feel so welcomed as guests. The rooftop patio was great for sun tanning and watching the stars in the evening… lovely family hotel!

The bathroom size was rather small - was difficult to keep the water inside the shower and a bit tight to turn around in.

Great location, in a quiet neighbourhood yet at walking distance from the centre, the port and the sea. Building a bit old fashioned but very well maintained. Super attentive and dedicated staff.

We like Dimitri's smiling face most. He was the same from the beginning till the end of our stay. He replied all of our questions to discover the new places in Kos and helped us very much. Special thanks to him. The other most important thing for us is cleaning. The hotel was very clean from the entrance through the rooms and bathrooms. We took breakfast and it was really in a great order with the effort of Dimitri's sister. Her hands were on the breakfast area and the food were delicious and fresh all the time. Special congratulations to her.

Three minute walk to sea and restaurants. About 10 minutes to old town on foot . Nice having a balcony and the swimming pool was lovely , quiet and mostly had it to myself. The staff are extra helpful and always a smile. Very good value for money

Everything was good

The location was perfect! The entire property is kept squeaky clean, and the staff are amazing! Dino’s late night conversations were the best.

The bathrooms are small, due to this water gets on the floor while showering. However, you are warned about this on check in!

The breakfast was amazing here, although it finishes a little too early. The location was great - central enough but in a quiet neighbourhood away from the crowd of tourists. The area where the hotel is placed is super nice. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Place was quite clean too.

The beds were a little uncomfortable - could feel the springs in the mattress and the room was a bit oddly designed. The bathroom door opened right where the main door opens so if you left it a little open you couldnt open the door to the room from the outside. And a lack of sockets was a bit inconvenient as one out of three was near the ceiling so unusable.

Perfect location, very close to the town, shops, places to eat and public transport. Staff were so friendly and welcoming, they were very accommodating and were happy to help with any issues big or small.

The only issue was that the shower was very cold

Easy walk to old town. Rooms are comfortable, good aircon and wifi. Breakfast was a good spread. Parking can be found in front or close to hotel. Good staff.
