The location was excellent as it was a 10 min walk into Kos town. Lots of lovely restaurants and bars to chose from in the area. It was across the road from the beach which had the hotel restaurant so a lovely location for dinner. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices

In order to secure a sun bed we had to wake up early as there were not enough and many people reserved by placing towels on them from 7.30am. There were signs advising that sun beds could only be reserved for 45mins then the towels would be removed, but this was not enforced. Our room was exceptionally large and we had a wet room for the shower and toilet but the sink was in the bedroom which was a bit awkward.

Great location for a stay before going on a sailing trip - right across the street from the marina. Good breakfast for Greek standards. Very helpful staff.

Our two-bedroom suite was on the basement floor (not a problem as such), but there was no elevator going to this floor (bringing luggage is not easy) and also one of the rooms faced the main street (a bit noisy). Also, one of the bedrooms only had a single bed (even though there is enough space to put proper bed there). Renovation standard of the room (recently renovated!) is not 4*, I would say not even 3*, but this is common in Greece

* a very nice cozy hotel 10-15 mnts walk from the city central square. * hotel is renovated and has modern rooms. * you will find all you need for your stay in the room (water boiler for coffee, minibar, ironing desk, slippers and etc.) * the breakfast is quite diversified and has not bad selection of food to eat

* for us it wad even good part.. however for those who doesn’t like to walk, the hotel is on the edge of the main touristic part and you have to walk 15 mnts to the center and another 10-15 mnts yo the port to ferries. * the hotel is not very silent. In crowded days you may hear voices from corridors or outside.

Very modern contemporary accommodation on the beach front and close to the old town. Loved the soft cosy mattress. I was just passing through for a night and staff were extremely hospitable even prepared a breakfast pack for me take on my early departure to the airport. I loved the social atmosphere as karaoke was happening in the court yard at night and great beach club vibe by the pool during the day.

I had no complaints I would book this property again.

The Kos Divine Hotel was in an excellent location on the seafront close to the Marina and a short walk to the town centre. The room was well equipped and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was excellent both in terms of variety and quality.

Our room was partly below ground and situated on the main road into and out of town. Consequently it was noisy until late at night and then again from early morning.

Great hotel close to centre of town. Nice pool, own beach. Delicious food.

- The rooms could do with a decent wardrobe with drawers. A few hangers not great for shorts and t-shirts. You’ll end up living out of your suitcase. - Only two English stations on tv (CNN and sky news 😒). Would really expect smart tv with English channels and access to streaming services.

Staff were so accommodating, Maria was particularly very helpful but everyone was so friendly! Rooms cleaned thoroughly daily and good selection of breakfast foods at the hotel. Rooms were also very modern and decorated nicely.

Pool was closed (due to open on the 15th/04) but the hotel gave us an alternative so was okay. The single bed in the room was quite uncomfortable but otherwise everything was good!

Very friendly stuff, incredibly clean and very comfy bed. Amazing breakfast, huge variety and with good serving times. We booked at a discount on a very good price so it was very value for money. Pool was a nice addition as well. Great amenities in the rooml. Only minor issue is that it is situated on a busy road so if your room is facing that way it can get a bit noisy sometimes.

Compact facilities and easy to reach city center by walking. Every staff easy to communicate and concern sincerely.

Two main things. Toilet and shower area is very small and water easily splashes everywhere. Hotel has beach but beach and sea very stony, disturbs even disrupts have fun at the beach.

Excellent breakfast and very clean. Staff at bar and restaurant excellent too.

The semi ground floor was not suitable for sitting out on the balcony. I would have preferred if the pool was available to me for a swim earlier than 9am so that I could have an early swim before breakfast.
