From the moment I stepped in, I noticed the dedication to detail when it comes to cleanliness, which is always a key factor for me. The rooms were spotless, and the common areas gleamed, creating a sense of comfort and safety. It's clear that the staff truly strives to maintain the highest hygienic standards, which is commendable. However, what truly exceeded my expectations was the breakfast. The selection was incredible – from fresh pastries, a variety of fruits, to delicious spreads, and even made-to-order dishes. The quality of the ingredients was superb, and everything was so fresh and tasty. Every morning, I looked forward to this meal as it was a true gastronomic delight and a perfect start to the day. The dining area staff also deserves praise for their kindness and efficiency. All in all, Hotel Triton is a hotel I would recommend to everyone, especially those who value an excellent breakfast and uncompromising cleanliness. I'm sure I'll be back!

My only minor critique concerns the pool area. Although the pool itself was very clean and pleasant to use, I noticed that the condition of the sun loungers didn't match the pictures displayed online. The photos show older models of sun loungers, whereas in reality, they've been replaced with new, more modern, and comfortable loungers. While this is actually an improvement and I personally prefer the new ones, I think it's important for the hotel's website pictures to be updated to accurately reflect the current state and avoid any potential misunderstanding for guests.

The staff, city, hotel were all perfect for our stay. We were given recommendations of places to check out, delicious food recommendations, and they even had a cute cat that would come sit on your lap if you were outside. For the accommodations themselves, the room was clean, spacious, and great. The breakfast the hotel served was also delicious, with lots of local honey, cheese, etc to get your day going. A great spot, and would definitely stay again.

One small thing was the shower door was a little hard to open from the inside. The door handle for it was slippery, and when the shower was on, it became tough to open.

Nice hotel just across the seaside. The room was not facing the main street so it was quiet throughout the day. The port and the city center are easy to reach on foot. Plenty of options for breakfast (buffet) and it was not the same every day. The personnel was friendly and always available to answer our questions. The room itself is spacious.

The beach in front is not the best for swimming but it's ok for walks. The bathroom is separated from the room with a glass which under certain lighting conditions is partially see-through

truly had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent — from the facilities to the overall comfort — but what stood out the most was the incredible staff. They were exceptionally kind, attentive, and genuinely made the experience even more memorable, they have provided many advises even about the must visited places in Kos and provide great support on find a car renting, taxis and best routes. Many thanks to Maria and Kattey specifically.

All was good expect that we preferred the sea view room, however no difference on the quality of the services

Location of the hotel was perfect by the see but 5 min walk from centre and harbour. You could just cross the road for swimming in the sea. Breakfast was perfect -much more than we expected. Family room was big with two bathrooms and big balcony. Shower was a bit broken but fixed in 1 hour! Staff was nice and friendly. Bike rental at hotel Car /scooter rental next door.

Pool was very small and in shadow. We enjoyed more the island and see so that did not harm us.

It was spacious in the dining & bar area, comfortable sofa seats to sit & relax. Not dead central near all the chaos but just on the periphery. Staff were friendly.

The lift! It has no instructions, and maybe I'm stupid, but I pressed the button & waited, and waited, and it was there, but you have to pull the door open, I was waiting for it to slide open like other lifts, and there was no indication it was at your floor, only used it with case, rest of time I used the stairs. Only small niggle, but nobody explained how breakfast worked, I didnt know how to get hot water for a cup of tea, and nobody showed you where glasses & cups were, and no salt & pepper on table, but not a huge deal, there was only one woman on, so maybe she didn't have time..

It was very comfortable and clean. The whole hotel had a soothing atmosphere and it was nicely decorated. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The location was perfect, everything was within walking distance.

The air conditioner sometimes blew warm air, and we had trouble turning it off. It was also a bit disappointing that the pool wasn’t heated, as it was quite cold to swim in.

- great location - everything was within walking distance - e.g. the Tree of Hippocrates, Nerantzia Castle, bus stops, shops, restaurants - very friendly and accommodating staff - from the receptionists to the waiter and waitresses and the pizza baker/cook - we had half board and the food in the restaurant was excellent - especially the pork loin in fig sauce, with Safran and very nice fries - also very good Pizzas!! - good and plenty breakfast - the pool was nice but smaller than the impression one had on the pictures - very good value for money - clean rooms - good Internet - able to use luggage room after check out as our flight was in the evening

- asked for a double bed but ended with two singles moved together - more Greek food options for breakfast and dinner would had been nice - better variety of fruits for breakfast would be nice - the Salmon we had for dinner was undercooked every time we tried it - would need to be cooked 2-3 minutes more ;) - The wine served was a little bit too warm - but that happened to us as well in Restaurants while eating outside

The room had a balcony and was overall very pleasant. Highlight was the evening receptionist, she was always lovely and chatty and would make us feel very welcome. All the staff were excellent. Facilities were also great with a very needed pool and a good breakfast that would set you up for the day. It was greatly appreciated as well that even after checking out we could leave our bags in a secure place while we had one last day out before leaving. Would definitely come back here!

No sea view sadly and the aircon wasn't Facing the room so was a bit useless. They would make up the room despite having do not disturb selected, but dildn't replenish the coffee. Also the bed is 2 singles pushed together rather than a double bed which is a bit annoying if you're a couple but still were very comfy.
