It is well located near to the beach. The room is comfortable and clean. Very generous with the breakfast, lunch and dinner options as well as the drinks menu. The staff are very attentive and friendly.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Many don't speak english, but communication was not a problem with online translator. People on the front desk speak English and Russian, and Samira was especially helpful for us. We really like the location, the hotel has a beach 5 minutes walk from it, and it is quiet and very family friendly. The food was good, with a lot of fresh and cooked vegetables.

A lot of people smoke in Turkey, so I would recommend making sure if you need a non-smoke room. Elso the hotel is not very modern and most of the things I will used. But for the value we didn't expect anything else.

Even tough we read a lot of negative reviews, we decided to give this hotel a try. We were very happy with the hospitality. Hotel was very clean and the most important thing - Food was very good. There were decent amount of choices for every meal. Also, the hotel bar is well stocked with drinks available all day until 23:00! Even alcohol! Hotel beach is dislocated (3 min walk) but it offers free sunbeds and sun umbrellas + the beach was clean with nice water entrance (stairs). People were so friendly and helpful, asking all the time if we are happy or we need anything. Over all - it was a beautiful vacation and don't let other negative reviews fool you!

The room window didn't have a doorknob (still u could close it). And the internet didn't work for one part of our stay. But they fixed the problem fast!

The hotel is wonderful. Very clean, comfortable, good room, every day they clean and bring drinking water. Delicious and varied food. Friendly staff. Excellent location, next to the sea. I definitely recommend the hotel! Good luck and prosperity to you🌸🦔

Bleu Nuit it’s a beautiful hotel with potential of being great if not one of the best in the area but people with lack of management skills destroying its image. Whenever we were coming for breakfast at 8 o’clock, things like milk were missing, that was our everyday hunt to get a coffee, either powder was missing or machine was not on. Tasks like switching on coffee machine should be completed before guests arrive. The same goes for the pools and around the bar, many glasses from the night before. Tables at the sunbeds were not wiped and loungers themselve were dirty and smelly, we also could smell sometimes cat’s urine.Our room had only towels changed every 3rd day, leaving door tag:please make up my room, actually didn’t work. As I mentioned before all fault lays in management group that doesn’t lead those young and unexperienced employees as they should. Restaurant manager, Seval only cared about her own food, giving unpleasant looks to the guests and digging into food with a fork and eating out of trays. Probably only two professional people in the whole hotel are male receptionist and barmaid Seynep.That being said, food was delicious and always fresh. Our room was very pleasant and newly refurbished. Despite all the flaws, we had a great time. We also noticed some changes heading into right direction on our last day so most likely there will be some improvements.

Good hotel ( all inclusive) if you come with friends I guess as it's party location. As a solo traveler I didn't expect that. There music, free food and drinks and a pool so I would def recommend for a group of friends coming to Bodrum for Party. Staff were super nice and really accommodating.

Location wasnt perfect for a solo traveler as it's in a party scene area. I would have picked another area closer to Bodrum center.

The hotel has a good relationship regarding the price and quality. Food service is very nice, many vegetables options for vegetarian people. There is a good enviroment there in terms of music and pool. Room, including the bed was ok.

Room was not cleaned and the wc paper was not renewed. Lights in the bathroom started to being crazy.

The grounds were beautiful, such a lovely atmosphere at the hotel. The food was amazing, always a variety of cuisines every day. You never go hungry as the all inclusive package has frequent dining times. Both pools were very well kept and the bar was stocked well. There was funny entertainment one night as well. Gumbet beach is very short walk away from the hotel which was lovely, and very convenient. Very good service overall, would definitely recommend.

The rooms are very dated, and the sheets and pillows need proper cleaning. We would come back to our room and there were questionable stains on the sheets. Very dusty and mouldy smell in rooms.

The hotel had a good selection of food. The location was good. Gumbet is a very lively area at night, luckily this hotel isn't too near all the clubs. The 2 pools are both nice.

The room we stayed in was very small for 3 people. There was a bad smell of drains in the bathroom. The room was in need of an update.

The location of the hotel was excellent 1- close to the beach 2- very calm for chilling 3- close from all facilities (restaurants and entertainments) The staff was so friendly The activities crew was so friendly and helpful and superb , specially the three : 1- orkan 2- dogan 3- derya And the all inclusive facility was worth it , 5 snacks and drinks all day
