The room was clean, comfortable and the shower was amazing. The staff in the reception was super nice and helpful, we had a water filter in the reception also to feel the bottles. It was really close to the bus stop and to many restaurants, clubs and bars. The pool was clean and the breakfast tasty, I didn`t take the all inclusive though.

The room was on the ground floor of the street, so with the curtains opens anybody could see inside from the street. Some staff couldn`t speak English. The swimming pool was closing too early (18:30) and we were kicked out from the sunbeds at this time. For me was not a problem, but the hotel is not in the main Bodrum city, so you need to take a bus is you wanna go to bodrum city, and the beach in Gumbet you need to go down the hill, even if it`s close

The staff are lovely. They really look after you and make you feel comfortable. They entertainment is very good. The food is some of the best food we have had on an any holiday. The rooms are immaculate. The pool was great. Great location we had a sea view. Highly recommend this hotel.

The only thing was the Wi-Fi was a bit annoying. Apart from that best place to be.

The room is clean, spacious and bright. The air conditioner works well. All meals are very good and tasty. Very good choice of desserts and fruits. The drinks (local alcohol and soft drinks are available all day long at the bar). Clean towels and bed sheets. Air conditioning is good. Wi-fi works very fast, so I could make a phone call via messenger. Very friendly nice staff.

The beach is a little bit far away. We had a car, but there was a transfer also (only twice a day, so guests miss the lunch). The parking is very small.

The staffs are very nice and friendly! Especially Fahri arranged everything for me! He took me to buy the SIM card, show me around the city and arrange the taxi to the airport for me in the early morning! It was really helpful and made my trip in Bodrum more enjoyable!

I loved the ambience of the hotel, the amount of young people who stayed there, cool people! Great mix of women and men as well as families here and there, and the hotel provided entertainment and activities for the guests to enjoy meanwhile. The hotel is alive in the day time and I made many friends in there. The staff is all young people, and they are very kind and on the clock 24/7. The restaurant manager was very kind and hospitable as well as the hotel owner. We felt like we were amongst family there and honestly that was the highlight of our experience. The room otherwise was spacious and the beds were comfortable, as well as the big balcony we had facing the pool. One day the housekeeping left us a surprise of rose petals all over our room and it was so heartwarming. Also, the air conditioning was super cold and great! They also had access to a beach in Bitez with complimentary bus transfer, and it was so amazing and blue crystal clear waters there. It's a very lively hotel, and I think same can be said for all the all-inclusive hotels in Bodrum.

The food was really great and fresh most of the time, but you must be wary of it and be careful because once or twice we found some food that felt a bit off. We stayed for 8 nights or so and that was the only downside I had. Other than that their food was indeed delicious and fresh! Also, was not a fan of the bar street it is next to, I preferred Yalikavak or the bodrum marina nightlife. Their gym A/C was not working as well, I hope they fix it, but to be fair I never saw anyone go to the gym there but myself, lol. But don't let this scare you away, the hotel is definitely one of my top picks in all of bodrum. I would come back again and again!

the pool area was packed in like sardines in a can drinks served in small plastic cups although you could get two at a time ‘ which was needed

Everything was outstanding. The buffet was the best I have had in Turkey. Perfect location to enjoy day and night life.

The pool hours are bad!! They need to figure a way to have the pool open until late night at least midnight! Also they should have a thermal small pool lien every one in Turkey.

first of all we got drop of at club shark and the lady at the reception was so nice and good English and couldn't of helped us anymore for wat she done. for us even when we keap annoying her she allways help us . we loved the pool the food was amazing didnt have to eat out at all we went down evey morning and the staff were amazing couldn't believe how helpfull they were but the mane man mehmet was so nice kind my two year old son he made him laugh every day and the restaurant staff couldn't of done enough they all ways had a smile evey time we walked in they all came over and played with my kids even the shef and he made a little cake for my two year old son who loved him . they were so nice and made are day. the rooms were cleaned every day and were spotless . and had nothing bad to say rooms were so comfortable we enjoyed sleeping in them every night and beside the pool were we asked. the onely think was it would of be nice if ther was a play gound for the small kiddies. but i couldn't have asked for anything the hotel and all the staff were amazing and i will definitely be booking for next year again and cant wait to see all the staff in restaurants and all the staff around the hotel they were amazing just want to say a big thanks for a lovely stay .

I loved everything about the shark hotel, place was spotless & the staff.....well what can I say, best staff by far from anywhere I've ever stayed around the world. So accommodating, friendly & Fahir went over & beyond for us, from booking taxis, giving wake up calls, making sure we had everything we needed & also printed out our boarding passes when we were leaving 💙 would recommend

The staff were always friendly, always helpful. The hotel was clean & affordable. The view from my room window overlooked the water.
