Excellent value for money. Sami Beach hotel is located in the heart of Gumbet. Everything you might need is within walking distance such as pharmacy, Migros, BIM and A101 supermarkets. Lots of shops for clothes and handbags and shoes etc. These are all on the street side of the hotel. On the beach side it is located directly on the beach and even during busy times there are enough sun loungers. There are more bars and restaurants along the beach - some play loud music but you soon adjust to that. The pool is in between the street side and the beach side - in the middle. The food exceeded my expectations. So much choice and flavours and lots of fresh fruit and vegetables at each meal service. The chef checks everything when it comes out. My room was great - modernised and with great air conditioning. I booked a sea view room with balcony - the position of the hotel means that for many sea view rooms you also get pool view  - so be aware of that for noise. Earplugs and an eye mask will certainly help you relax and sleep better no matter where your room is located as there are also many birds chirping in the trees. The all-inclusive drinks options includes red (very nice), white and rose wine, vodka, gin (with schweppes tonic) whiskey and liquer cream. There is no rum. It would be nice to have a "cocktail of the day" option - just for some variety. There is a constant provision of mineral drinks, water, tea, coffee and snacks throughout the day and night. There is an excessive amount of plastic used daily from the bottles of water - perhaps water filling stations would be more friendly to the environment??? I had no issues with WIFI throughout my stay and found it perfectly sufficient. It is the staff that make this hotel. They are always smiling, always friendly and always working. They keep the hotel very clean and wear smart uniforms.

HAVE JUST RETURNED FROM THE SAMI BEACH HOTEL IN GUMBET. THE HOTEL IS IN A BRILLIANT LOCATION AND IS SPOTLESSLY CLEAN. THE STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND CANNOT DO ENOUGH FOR THE GUESTS. THE FOOD AT BREAKFAST, LUNCH AND DINNER WAS EXCELLENT WITH LOADS OF CHOICE. THE ROOM WAS CLEANED EVERYDAY AND CLEAN TOWELS WERE PROVIDED ON A DAILY BASIS. THERE IS NOTHING TO REALLY FAULT THE HOTEL SO WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY THERE.

The hotel is in a very prime location, close to shops, restaurants and beach. The pool area was lovely and the food on offer was varied and very enjoyable. The beach is very close by and the evening entertainment was good.

The balcony was very small. The Wi-Fi was not very consistent.

Myself and my boyfriend stayed here for a couple of days while touring round Turkey, the staff were amazing and couldn’t have been more helpful. The food was great with a good selection, we also tried out Mango bar within the hotel which was also great. Our room over looked the pool which was amazing to wake up to every morning. Lastly the location of this hotel is spot on, right in the middle of Gumbet beach, you couldn’t get a better location!

Rooms a little old but clean safe hairdryer TV . Cleanliness faultless . Food good and plenty. A small selection of alcohols in the al option but reasonably good.Beach at the hotel, sand and fine pebbles . Sun loungers on the beach included in the price. Generally recommended for those not requiring golden handles. At the hotel a lot of shops.

I came here for 1 night while staying in Turkey and I couldn’t recommend it enough, the location was perfect, right in the middle of Gumbet. The hotel has a good selection of food, it also provides entertainment every evening and the staff couldn’t be more accommodating.

From the moment we checked in, Ahmet went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfection. His attention to detail, warm welcome, and willingness to accommodate our requests truly set the tone for our stay. Ahmet's dedication to making guests feel at home is truly commendable. Speaking of feeling at home, Çetin, the Bar Manager, added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. His expertise in mixology and friendly demeanor made each visit to the hotel bar a delightful experience. Whether it was crafting unique cocktails or offering recommendations, Çetin's passion for his work shone through, making our evenings truly special. This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Ahmet and Çetin's dedication to customer satisfaction made our stay truly outstanding. The comfort, location, and culinary offerings were the icing on the cake. You honestly could not have a better location - literally perfect! The hotel was excellent. The staff were helpful and polite and couldn’t do anymore. The food was great. Can’t believe the price such good value for money!

Friendly staff Excellent location

The hotel room was clean and had everything needed, the beds were comfortable and the aircon was a godsend! Gorgeous views from the balcony, all of the staff were so friendly and helpful, good assortment of food and evening entertainment. The location was perfect to explore Gumbet and do some shopping, and is only a short taxi ride from Bodrum centre. There were loads of lovely bars to visit close by too. Highly recommend the boat trip, it’s an amazing day out and great value for money, it can be booked near the restaurant on your way to the beach, which is right outside the back of the hotel. The sea was glorious! You should also try a Turkish bath while visiting, felt amazing afterwards. There is a small a la carte restaurant and bar (Mango Bar) attached to the hotel, the food here is amazing and they do the best cocktails, ask the manager Murat for the barman’s special, you won’t be disappointed! You can enjoy the food and drinks sat at a table right on the shore line, it’s so beautiful, and the staff are all so polite and helpful, if you’re lucky you may even get a little shoulder massage from Stan while you sip your cocktails! I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this hotel and would stay there again if I decide to visit Bodrum again.

The hotel could be quite noisy at times, take some ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper
