Massive property. The reception area is beautiful. Welcome drinks at checkin are nice and the staff are all amazing and very friendly. Staff were so nice to give us a room for a late checkout: I can’t stress enough how well appreciated that was of them!! The bar area in front of reception is also wonderful, with those dark infinity pools. Rooms are okay: definitely good for the price point but nothing more. Salty pools are nice and beach is relaxing (except for first row). Don’t get me wrong: although I list a lot of points I don’t like, this is definitely a nice hotel to stay at especially for its price - I only list negatives as an objective assessment of the hotel.

For me personally the amount of guests this hotel accommodates is not my favourite aspect (understandable for low price for a 5 star). The pools are nice but there’s residue sand everywhere. The bungalow rooms are not as nice as the standard double rooms. The corridors to go to the rooms look like you’re walking in a hospital. Nice hotel but not a luxury 5 star experience.

We enjoyed our mother/son stay in this resort very much. The place is set in a beautiful setting with well kept gardens. We paid much attention to the staff due to numerous negative comments in previous reviews. We only had very positive experience with the staff - notably few fantastic members I would like to thank for their incredible support and hospitality - Maria and her daugher Vivi, Vaia the capitain, Stergios and Erwin. The food choices were fantastic, we also tried all the a la carte restaurants - Italian and Greek were our favourites. Asiana had rather poor main courses but definitely the best deserts. Reliable cleaning service. The old town of KOS is easy to reach - we took a bus at the bus stop right in front of the hotel for 2 EUR each one way. It was a nice fun and easy to find way to move around.

The rooms felt a bit tired and outdated for a 5 star experience. The room is large, but not up to date with luxury standards.

We loved the convenient location with easy access to local bus routes. Our room was clean with perfect AC, and the entire resort was spotless including all common areas. The multiple saltwater pools were very clean, and beach loungers were usually available. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with tons of options, and the main restaurant served really good food. There's a handy shop on-site with a great selection of everything you might need. This place is amazing for kids - children eat free until age 12 (which was a pleasant surprise!), and we felt completely safe letting our kids (ages 7 and 10) roam around independently. The staff was really friendly and always smiling, the evening entertainment was decent, and the other guests were a nice crowd. They also have a gym and indoor spa available.

The main restaurant food was a bit pricey. Sometimes it was tricky finding lounger spots by the pool. We were disappointed with the Asian dinner experience by the seaside - it was just okay and definitely not worth what we paid.

A large and well laid out property. Some parts are a little dated, but nothing bad. We had room 615 and had 3 kids upstairs in our bungalow and two parents downstairs. The main pools are all salt water and the children’s shallow pool is chlorine. We spent many fun days swimming. The beach is also fantastic. The meals at the buffet are great. We ate at the Greek restaurant, but do not recommend it. You’d be much better off eating at a local spot on Kos town, for better value and authentic Greek food. All in all, the buffet was fine for meals. Lunch at the outside pool bar is also recommended, as you can go and eat straight from the pool- no dress code. We really enjoyed this property. The staff were also exceptional.

We had a good balcony, but it is right across from the pool bar where loud music plays in the evenings from 9pm-11pm. If your kids are light sleepers, this is important to note. The day spa is lacking. I had a massage and it was fine. I would opt to exploring other local options, as they are far too expensive in my opinion, for a basic massage. The last piece of feedback is that the pool chair scenario is an absolute joke. All pool chairs are taken and reserved by 8:30am. We made this mistake on the first morning. We had to wake super early every morning thereafter (not what you want on a holiday) just to get to the pool in good time, to have somewhere to sit by the pool. I know that this is common at most resorts, but it’s an absolute joke.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The convenient access to the pools and beach made it especially suitable for children, which was greatly appreciated. Both breakfast and dinner exceeded my expectations in quality. Moreover, the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive throughout our visit. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, and overall, our experience was excellent. We look forward to staying here again next year

The only minor issue I noticed was that the Wi-Fi quality was somewhat poor. Also, there was no air conditioning in the restaurant area, which was not a big problem for me, but having air conditioning would have been preferable. Despite these points, we were very happy with our stay and had a wonderful experience

The hotel and the facility were nice. the staff was great as written in the comments. the food options were also sufficient for me. I would like to especially thank Angela, the lady working in the dining room, and the other female employee whose name I cannot remember, and the reception staff. The pool was also satisfactorily good.

The beach was very small, but the sea was very nice and clean. It was not possible to find a place on the sunbeds by the pool because they left towels early in the morning. It was especially hot in the dining room because they did not run air conditioning in their indoor areas.

We really liked this welcoming resort hotel. Great pools, good food with lots of choice in buffet and restaurants, lovely staff and a really good vibe. Water-sports available on site, water polo in the pool was great fun, really good (& unobtrusive) music by the pool for a few hours each day and we generally struggled to find a good enough reason to venture outside of the hotel! Also, very few mosquitoes - wonderful for me as I always get savaged.

Rooms are a bit dated - so disappointing on arrival, but we really didn’t mind by the end. The usual sun bed issues. But very little not to like.

The architecture and interior/exterior design are very impressive. The garden as well.

It was very hard to reserve a table for dinner in the restaurants, even though they were most of the time empty. The resort is far away from Kos town and there’s only one bus connecting them, so people need cars in order to go out for dinner. There’re no taxis available at any time. You’d pre-order at least 24h in advance and than you can’t return to the hotel, because there’re just no taxis in Kos town. The bathrooms were old.

Location, staff and food all in all. Also the pool was very nice. We’re not the type to stay in the pool but it was for sure very nice.

Rooms should be better cleaned and the use of plastic bottles should be reconsidered ( still water was only available in plastic bottles). The kids play area was a total disappointment, it completely lacked a shadow area for kids to play outside.

The property is beautiful. The rooms with view on the pool are extremely comfortable with everything a few steps away: pool, restaurants and beach. The buffet is one of the best I’ve seen, with good quality food and great variety.

The bed was on the soft side, and I personally like a more firm bed, so I found it a bit uncomfortable for a stay of over a week.
