-Wonderful position with a astonishing view on the egean sea. -Breakfast is quite good with a very good choice. -Rooms are spatious and cosy, the terrace is nice and the view si superb. -Everywhere is very clean and new.

-Wi-fi is very slow and intermittent both in the room and in public areas. Considering that due to the location there is almost no GSM cover (and the only one is from Turkey with roaming costs) the wi-fi should be implemented. -Air conditioning in the rooms should be better: the minimun set temperature was 22°C, which is ok, but even with air cond at max power the temperature in the room never went lower than 26°C -They could add some fat-free (0% fat) yogurt at breakfast buffet

The hotel is beautiful and the view as well. Delicious food in the restaurant and people very nice.

The cleaning lady didn't let us sleep. We had a do not disturb sign but she came in anyway. Every time. When I asked her to leave because my husband was sleeping she started mopping the floor but in the end we were laughing about it. I hope next time we will be able to sleep at least one day😅

The location, the overall architecture and landscaping of the hotel. The layout and design of the room. The amazing view from the room and from the common areas of the hotel. The quality and the options of the dinner menu.

The attitude of some members of the staff not in par with the fact that this is a 5-star hotel (too informal interactions, internal arguments that were taking place in front of the guests). Lack of a sommelier. Jacobs coffee served for breakfast. Limited guidance during the first day regarding the half-board, or breakfast options. The music playing on repeat during dinners.

Absolutely stunning location, loved the design and architecture which blends in with nature and surroundings. Super private and peaceful. We stayed at a suite villa with private pool which was perfect. Most of the staff extremely nice, trying to make your holiday truly the best vacation ever.

Not a negative comment but a suggestion, we feel that for a hotel focusing on well-being the gym could offer a bit more, in comparison to all other aspects of the hotel. Doesn't have to be large in size, but you could upgrade to make it a premium gym room, potentially upgrade on the treadmill, add 2-3 more options and complete the design with gym flooring and/or walls. Loved the offering of yoga classes though :)

The majority of staff were great esp Ahmed but they are short of staff.

After having some problem with the AC in our room during the first night- without asking fir anything the reception told us in the morning that they have fixed the problem in our room BUT we are moving to a new room. HUGE upgrade into a large suite+private swimming pool and amazing view. Not only thus but a huge welcome fruit plate waited for us there. We were shocked and amazed. The staff was so kind, helpful, warm and profesional. The location is great for those who want isolation, quiet and privacy. Great pool, great pool bar, great dinners...

Would LOVE to have more fresh vegetables at breakfast (this is greece after all) or greec salad...for exm. Rather than that- we.loved it all

The hotel is new and the design is great for relaxing, pools are great and the level of food is very high for the island. We have witnessed the best breakfast we have ever eaten in Greece, everything was fresh and extremely tasty and it shows that the F&B management has not cut the way to quality. George the restaurant maitre steals the show. A very knowledgeable person keen to help and to get feedback, stays constantly around the clients to provide with the best result… In general a gem, in an island of hotel mediocrity.

The maintenance personnel (both for pool and technical) comes in times totally inappropriate for the guest… but we understand that the manager has to organize them better…

Such an amazing experience we had at KOIA! A beautiful complex that offers serenity and relaxation for couples. Stunning views, both from our roomand from the main pool area. Our suite was spacious and always clean. Staff was amazing, trying hard to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Food was also great; interesting dinner menu and very fresh breakfast.

The only objection I have is room service repetitively entering the room at night and late afternoon...

Absolutely stunning hotel. Staff are exceptionally friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast was excellent with the most beautiful view over the pool and sea to start your day. We loved the yoga that you could book free of charge on the patio by the pool before breakfast.

It's good to know that the hotel is a little bit out of Kos town and we would recommend you hire a car to get around as you can not really walk to town and back easily. The pool at the hotel is fantastic, but the beach is better on the other side of town.
