very warm welcome at the reception and swift check in experience. During dinner with many options to chose from the buffet, I was met by the maitre of the hotel, I believe his name is Yannis who cared a lot about my satisfaction not only of the dinner but also of my stay. Rooms were nice, very clean and matrasses were brand new as I saw people changing the matrasses in the rooms. At night they had some good entertainment with a duo singing classic pop songs and during the day around the pool there was a lovely animation team doing all kind of water aerobics & other water sports. Overall a very lovely stay and would definitely recommend and hopefully come back soon.

We booked because it was advertised as Adults only on Booking.com but it hasn’t been for 2 years apparently so beware of this if your choosing Adults only.

The place is far from its glory days. This is mostly clear when you see the bathroom. The bathtub was not looking good at all. The staff are however very nice.

Food: 8/10 The Breakfast buffet was good, it could change sometimes but all in all it was satisfying. We did have issues with a lack of Pancakes, they seemed to always be out and only made 10ish at a time. The lunch and dinner were alright, sometimes it was a bit oily but all in all good. Room: The cleaning lady was very friendly. She always asked if we needed cleaning, as most of the time we had the do not disturb sign up. Entertainment: Enzo and his crew were superb. They always made a fun atmosphere without being pushy. 10/10 Staff: The receptionist were always friendly, even if most of our issues were not solved. Others: The access to the gym was a nice thing, although it was older and some machines weren't functioning well. The Pool table and airhockey were a nice addition. The location to the beach and bike rental place was a nice addition.

Room: 2/10 The bathroom was dirty, the bathtub had a lot of stains on it. The soap dispenser was broken for most of the time and the cleaning lady didn't have a key for it. The air-conditioning started to leak if the gallon outside wasn't changed, yet nobody told us this needed to be done regularly. The bed was horrific, we had a hole in the middle and once we asked for a fix, they gave us a topper which was as thin as the slices of cheese at breakfast. Pool: 4/10 The pool was not bad, but the opening times from 10am till 6 pm were just sad. The sunbeds were a bit old and a lot of them had missing bolts and screws. Food: A bit more variety would have been nice, also, even though it's all inclusive, you don't have to buy all.the cheapest things just to make profit. Others: None of our complaints actually got.solved, it was mostly polite smiling and telling us they will look into it or that it can't be helped.

opened the day of our arrival the pool was closed, the food was not ready, no beef or lamb choice at the dinner, always pork meat was served. The fruit was not fresh , left overs was being served. the location is too far to the centre.

Very tired and unloved hotel. Only one dated lift in operation, many walls missing artwork, corridors dirty. Rooms whilst good in size are dated with no nice finishing touches , bed thin and hard, cleanliness average, taps spray water in all directions, showerhead fixing broken, bath stained, limescale everywhere. Aircon poor. Restaurant all food served was luke warm, causing stomach upsets. Tables wiped by staff with same cloth all serving which never appeared to be rinsed, no cleaning sprays at all used. Floors not cleaned of food spills during sittings, soft drinks poor quality, coffee machine old-choice limited. Pool area tired, all sunbeds mismatched and many broken. No signs on poolside informing of pool depth. towels threadbare. During our week stay we never once saw any grounds maintenance staff. Bar poor, often queues to get served. Fizzy drinks have no fizz, cocktails out of a box. As the pool bar is the only bar at the hotel at night there is no comfortable seating outside and you still have to drink from plastic glasses.
