What can I say about Harmony Crest? I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than the one I had. Everything from the hotel, to the staff, to the service, to the location and views was just so amazing! I ended up changing my flight and extending my trip for 2 extra nights because I had such a great time! The all-inclusive food & drinks are wonderful! Pool (including the swim-up room I was kindly upgraded to), bar, spa and all the hotel facilities are beautifully finished and decorated. The hotel is in a great location with beautiful views, and onsight activity brochures where you can book an excursion and are picked up right at the door. There was a community spirit which made this resort stand out from others I’ve been to. What started as a solo holiday, turned into a community of 10+ people from all around the world, enjoying their time together. The most special mention to the reception, bar and restaurant teams. Panagiotis, Jill, Nikos, Cosmas, Kostas, Elvis, Aggeliki, Angela, Emmanuella and all the others whose names I’ve forgotten (but enjoyed experiencing, all the same) after storing so many in my mind throughout my time there. My girl at the pool bar who engaged in lovely banter and conversation with me and others, you’re a star. You guys are amazing and truly added the cherry on top of my experience. Thank you and I look forward to seeing you all again next year!

Absolutely nothing!

From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the breathtaking Aegean view – it’s even more stunning in person than in the photos. Waking up to the endless blue sea in the morning was simply magical. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and cared for. Their warmth and genuine hospitality made all the difference. Every detail was perfect. The food was absolutely amazing – fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Each meal was a delight, whether I was enjoying breakfast with a view or a relaxing dinner. This place felt like a dream, and I already know I’ll be back very soon. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Our stay at Harmony Crest was truly exceptional, offering the perfect blend of relaxation and bustling city life! From the moment we arrived, the staff showered us with personalized service and attention, making us feel special throughout our stay. Steve, the friendly face who welcomed us with enthusiasm, even went above and beyond to accommodate our request for an extended stay in the same room despite the resort's busy atmosphere. Additionally, he provided us with valuable information about the island's must-visit spots. We were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to a spacious room with a lovely swim-up pool, allowing us to enjoy leisurely afternoons without leaving our accommodation. The dedicated housekeeping staff ensured that we felt at home every day, leaving no room for any inconvenience. The lady with the red hair deserves a special mention for her tireless efforts in maintaining the resort impeccably from morning till night. One of the highlights of our stay was the restaurant, which offered a diverse selection of delicious meals at the buffet, catering to both vegetarians and pescatarians. The warm hospitality from Desi, Alba, Lefteris, and the rest of the team made our dining experience truly memorable, as they went out of their way to cater to our needs, even refilling our drinks without us having to lift a finger! Speaking of drinks, Alba and Lefteris were undoubtedly the best bartenders we've ever encountered in a resort and made every visit to the bar a joyous occasion. Another advantage of the resort's location is its proximity to the city. Within just a 10-minute ride on a rental scooter (available just a 6-minute walk away), we found ourselves amidst the vibrant city life. This convenience was especially valuable during the hot days when waiting for a bus wasn't ideal. In conclusion, I can confidently say that Harmony Crest exceeded all expectations and truly made our holiday unforgettable.

The staff were lovely. The rooms were well equipped and always clean.

The WiFi could have been a bit better. Not to do with the resort itself but the public bus service is not reliable so maybe a courtesy bus from the hotel would have been good.

- Quality/variety of food is really good - Super friendly and helpful staff - We loved the location: if you rent a bike, you are in Kos city center in like 15 mins - Other areas of the island can be reached by car/scooter, and you can rent those at the hotel - Beds are really good! Room is very spacious; we loved it!

I think the quality of your stay depends on the room you get.. We first had a different room, which was quite noisy/very poorly insulated. We also didn't have a lot of sunlight on our pool in that room. The new room was way better + had sun until around noon.

All the food was outstanding and the waiting staff were constantly checking whether clients were comfortable or had any dietary requirements. The chefs were prepared to go the extra mile whenever necessary by preparing fresh food for those who needed. The pool area lies on an East/West axis so the sun is constantly on hand. To be fair, the property has enough shaded areas for those who need a break. The bar areas in the property and around the pool are constantly under supervision of the friendliest kind. We had a swim-up room which we didn't use. because they are shaded for most of the day; a bit disappointing and should we use this hotel again we might just have a normal room. We stayed at this hotel for only one night as an Airport stopover and found it ideal. It is in a quiet area and, if you are travelling independently, it's best to pre-book a taxi because Kos Town taxi drivers have an antipathy towards any traveller not going as far as the Airport. We would like to thank the hotel and its staff for making us feel so welcome and we would genuinely stay there again.

Not a lot.

What we liked most was the food (breakfast, lunch, dinner - everything was very tasty) and the very nice people working there. We could talk to them and felt very comfortable. We also liked the concept of the resort, a great bar, in the middle the swimming pool, great cocktails served in the evening, everything was as great as you want it to be. At the food you have a great choice, from fish, meat, vegetables, Greek food, Greek salads, focaccia, pasta, and other specialties of Kos. Great food!

The small problem was that the shower didn't swallow water, and the towels didn't look freshly washed. Otherwise, we should have stayed in an room with a sea view, but we got an upgrade room with a pool, which was very nice and clean.

1. No activities for those who don't speak greek, it's a bit disappointing 2. My birthday was during my stay they did nothing even a small gesture just to make me happy

35mins taxi ride to the hotel from the airport, around 45 Euros to and from hotel-airport. Hotel was able to organise which was a plus and take payment by card. Location is a short bus ride into town. Brilliant stay, private pool is a must, was able to swim every morning and night, pool is cold but will warm up and not very deep. Very quite location, really nice views of the sea, the room I had was in the corner and was very private. Room was huge, spacious, staff was lovely and accomodating. Albana at the bar was lovely, approchable, she made all kinds of drinks. Facilties brand new, with a space to do some work, cleaning staff was lovely to make up my room everyday to high standard. Booked an all inclusive, food was nice, wished there was more traditional greek food on offer.

Spa facilities was okay lovely lady however, quality was not there for what was on offer. Started on a manicure-shellac in the end it was not great, decided to stop, they did not charge me for it. Massage, was okay.

The hotel has a nice size. Its never crowded. The employees are sooo nice, they made our vacation. The food was good, a good selection, the omlette station is great. Note: If you are choosing a room with private pool - some of them a in the shade the whole day...

The shower and toilet doors weren't good - you simply hear everything and the floor gets wet. But it is still okay. If you're vegetarian the choice for food can be a little limited but it's still okay. There could be a change in fruits - we had the same ones everyday for every meal.
