The hotel has an amazing, very green and well maintained territory. Everything was blooming! We also loved the pool, the water was clean and perfect temperature. Everyone we met was extremely nice, friendly and willing to help. The breakfast was delicious, there weren’t big variety of choices, but we really enjoyed what was available.

The only thing that was slightly disturbing was a huge amount of cats, trying to get in the room and accompanying us everywhere :) Also I’d suggest that rooms may need a little refreshment (especially the bathroom).

The atmosphere, quiet and nice with nice pool view. The rooms are wide and have everything you need for your stay. The staff are friendly.

Nothing, but if you are not a cat person you may find the cats roaming in the facility annoying. Also you need to know that the area is quiet at night , but busy gumbet is only 5 minutes drive.

Accommodation was superb, pool was excellent, the bar staff work hard and the food was good and great value. Air con in room was fantastic, beds comfy, shower was great, housekeeping good and WiFi was amazing for Bitez. This is our 6th visit to Bitez and this was the best accommodation by far.

Provided with a faulty travel cot, asked 3 times for it to be repaired/replaced and it wasn't! No pots or pans or full compliment of cutlery provided. Only 1 English TV channel. Walk up/down hill to Bitez beach was a pain. This place would not suit persons with mobility issues. Lack of toilet paper on odd occasion but rectified by calling reception. Being called at 11.30 at night by reception in regards to whether we ordered two fantas!

The rooms are clean and comfortable and there is enough space. Most rooms had a nice view from balcony where you can eat and relax. There is kitchen that can be used for cooking. The refrigerator is big with freezer. I like to cook by my own so I enjoyed.

The free breakfast quality is not on the level I expected and I got used to. The kitchen has not much equipment for cooking. No pan, knife, salt, oil, pepper. I just seen two plate and glass (to be honest we bring/bought those without demanding from reception, maybe they can be provided if we would have asked for it). Room cleaning tends to skip cleaning when you said I will leave room after 12:00. When they do cleaning they skip some procedure like trowing junk out of the house as well.

The location of the hotel is really good: close to the beach and the hiking area. We liked Bitez a lot, as it's quiet, clean and has a nice beach. The apartments are spacious and well designed. The staff is friendly. There is bottled water provided every day.

For some things it's necessary to ask at the reception. Like we had not enough toilet paper and got it after asking. We got the kitchen supplies, but quite basic set. There was nothing to clean the dishes. So, cooking is possible, but not very convenient. The breakfast is nice, but would be nice to add juice to it.

The setting is beautiful - each unit has a big balcony and equipped with everything necessary (a washing machine and a dishwasher) - plates and pans were brought at our request. The territory is very green with trees and bushes which creates shade. There are many cats on the premises but we love them so it was fun to interact with them . Staff was very courteous.

Suggestion for breakfast (which is included ) coffee could be better quality, and if you want an expresso- You need to pay extra.

Quiet, safe, near harbour and beach, short walk uphill for spectacular sunsets. Shaded balcony, though in November we could have done with a sunnier one. Clean. Beach towels available.

Cold at night and when asked for thicker or second bedcover didn't get one. Kitchen pack didn't include big mugs or scissors, but otherwise OK. No cleaning gear or condiments provided, unlike in most European apartments.

Dorman Suites was like a little oasis in the heat. Loved the pool & the relaxing atmosphere & well maintained gardens. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend. Loved the friendly cats playing around the gardens. Mix of families with young children & couples.

Felt a bit odd to have no cutlery & crockery when there is a full kitchenette fitted. You can request a set from reception. Also lack of a sheet under the bed throws also felt a bit odd but the bed was super comfy and clean. Think a “happy hour” with slightly cheaper drinks could create a bit of a vibe in the evenings as it’s a bit deserted.

Although not big, the area is well organized around the pool/restaurant area. There are a couple of garden areas and hidden spaces to sit and relax in the shadow. We could always find a chaise longue chairs and a sun umbrella by the pool. The pool size is ok, there were always people using it, but it was not packed. I appreciated that the music by the pool was relaxing and not very loud. The room was equipped fine, and we got a big kitchen set on request. Overall, it was quite good for a family.

At most two hot/warm dishes for breakfast, and those that are not easy to combine with anything (think boiled eggs each day + pancakes today or beans tomorrow); if one is fully taken, you are left with just one. Scrambled eggs or an omelette were dearly missed.

The whole place is stunning; really well designed, the photos don't do it justice. The staff are very friendly and happy to help. There's a wide selection of food and drink at the pool side restuarant. There's really chilled music played at a low volume throughout the day, which makes for a really nice vibe. It's a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Tike restaurant is great.

The apartment was poorly equipped for self catering. Whilst a pack was delivered on request, it wasn't enough. There was no tea towel, no small bowls, no bottle opener. Only 2 small glasses. No plug in the sink, although there was a dishwasher (but no tabs). It felt like we weren't at all encouraged to make our own food. Although there were lots of beach front restaurants, it felt a bit run down. There were lots of cats at the property. They were friendly and well cared for, but if you have a phobia of cats, don't go.
