The hotel has a very beautiful garden where you can stay and relax. The people are extraordinary, warm and welcoming. Thanks them all, Ahmet bey too🙏 The breakfast was traditional and very delicious. Everything was excellent. It’s a place where I definitely want to come back, every year if it will be possible.

My cousin and I stayed for three days. We arrived at the hotel early, and since they had vacant rooms, they helped us check in early. The view from the hotel, the comfort, and the cleanliness of the rooms were very good. The housekeeper was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was sufficient and delicious. Thank you for everything.

On the first day, the bread and bagels at breakfast were stale. The location is close to the center, but we generally had to use a taxi instead of public transportation.

We spent the first part of our holiday in Ayvalık in Nilüfer Butik Otel and this stay really made our holiday special for several reasons. When planning our holiday we were looking for a quiet and unique hotel by the sea where we could enjoy our first holiday in three months since we got engaged and this hotel was exactly the type of hotel we were looking for! It is a small family owned hotel, very cozy, located by the sea. It has this cute garden right outside the breakfast area and the whole vibe in this place is just right. We felt really good taken care of by Ahmet and his family and would recommend this hotel to everyone who is looking for a flawless experience in Ayvalık with a genuine and personal touch. Everything. Absolutely gorgeous property. It's within few minutes drive to the center in a very quiet location. That's exactly what we were looking for. You have to go there by car though . On the other hand a taxi to the center would cost 50-60 liras which is really cheap. Wonderful view over the sea. Amazing garden where in fact the breakfast is served. Breakfast itself abundant, various and very delicious. The perfect place to relax for a couple of days. The owner ia a very polite man, understands Bulgarians and sent us to one of the best restaurants we've ever been to in Turkey. The island of Cunda is very close. Definitely recommend it to everyone!

The only thing I can think of is the lack of elevator.

Has a wonderful ambiance from the moment you arrive with lovely gardens, reception and welcoming hosts. The entire property is superbly maintained and there’s a real sense of pride shown. Breakfast is brilliant and very generous with lots of variety. I’d come back here in a heart beat. Nothings a problem!!

Nothing to to dislike

The room was a very good size. The bed and pillows were wonderfully comfortable. It was a short walk to the beach. There was also a fridge in the room. Breakfast and garden were lovely.

If you are looking for walking distance to town this isn't it but here you have parking and in town you wouldn't.

Loved the hospitality and attention of Ahmet, the owner. The breakfast was very good. The property has a lovely garden - a nice area to relax outside.

No much we didn’t like. It would be nice to have a hot water kettle in the room. The WiFi is patchy and could do with an improvement.

This was a wonderful experience and I will certainly stay here again! The property is a big house with a yard, where you can also sit down and relax/socialize with other guests, the rooms were bigger than I expected, each having a fridge, balcony, wardrobe, TV, AC etc. The bathrooms were spacious, cozy and clean as well. The hotel offers a laundry, a load is around 150 TRL, which is a bit too much if you travel light-weight as I did, however for a family it would be a great deal, as the laundry and drying machine the owner showed me were industrial size and could fit a lot of clothes! The property was very quiet, it seems that the nearest mosques were far away and were rarely heard, unlike other places along the Aegean cost. There is also a parking place, which as well as the public areas of the house are CCTV controlled, so everything is quite secure (although the entire Ayvalik seemed pretty safe in general). The breakfast was very rich and I really regret having to skip the last one, as I had to leave early - fresh veggies and fruits, bread, jam, salami, cheeses, some pastries. The owner speaks a little English and little Bulgarian (he was born in Bulgaria), but with Google translate you have no issues in communicating. He knew everything you need to know about Ayvalik, best beaches, nearest supermarkets, good restaurants etc. The location itself was a bonus for me, as I wanted something further from the center, but keep in mind that you are several kilometers away from the center and best beaches. There is a local beach very nearby, it is quite small but I liked it better than the others as I wanted some rest and peacefulness after a long trip.

The hotel is really clean and has beautiful rooms facing the Aegean Sea. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this hotel who is looking for a peaceful atmosphere. Her sey icin tesekkur ederiz.

The rooms and other property facilities were scrupulously clean. We had a sea view and the views were wonderful. Car parking was onsite.

To far from the centre of the town but we were aware of this when booking.
