Small family hotel located in a very quiet residential area of Ayvalık. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated in a romantic style. The seafront with a small beach is just 5 minutes away. The town center and large beaches are 10–15 minutes away by car. Ayvalık itself is a beautiful and welcoming town. The beaches are wide, with a lovely sandy strip. The hotel owner, Ahmet, is attentive to every need of the guests and extremely helpful. We will definitely come back for a longer vacation in Ayvalık!

On our last night, guests staying in the room above ours were quite noisy and smoked heavily, to the point that the smoke drifted into our room. Fortunately, they settled down around 1:30 a.m. 🙂.

Comfortable rooms, lovely view, good amenities- even to having a clothes-drying rack for handwashing clothes, which we appreciated. The couple who runs this small hotel is so kind and helpful, and the wife is an excellent cook. Our Turkish breakfasts were fantastic! We received good information ahead of time and during our visit via WhatsApp. Beautiful view of the lovely yard and Aegean Sea beyond the neighborhood. Quiet and peaceful. We loved exploring the town of Ayvalik and surrounding area. This family hotel also has a parking space.

This did not impact us, as we had a rental car, but guests might want to know it would be a long walk to the downtown of Ayvalik. Buses are available, and you can walk to that side of town (north) to catch a bus to the main part of town, which is south of there.

10 10 from 10 points! Why?: I have never found such a beautiful cozy hotel, the personal was very very friendly, speaks perfect english. The Nilüfer Butik Otel is a small Villa with beautiful rooms and a direct view to the ocean. An elevator is also available. Everything looks like brand new, but not in a cold modern way, but also in warm, cozy, historical design. We felt like home, the turkish breakfast is fresh made and was very delicious. Price is very fair and favorably. We will come again

It is a lovely place located a little bit away from city centre but with a lovely atmosphere, it’s much quiet and relaxing here. The hotel is running by very nice person Ahmet bey who was helping in different situations, lovely ladies at the breakfast made all the food with live so you can feel it. I would recommend to book a room with a sea view balcony . It’s really amazing to start the day with this view ❤️

Can’t find anything at all

It’s one of that place where reality exceeds expectations after you see photo on booking.com The rooms was cozy, comfortable and the view breathtaking. The hotel has a very beautiful garden where you can stay and relax. The people are extraordinary, warm and welcoming. Thanks them all, Ahmet bey too🙏 The breakfast was traditional and very delicious. Everything was excellent. It’s a place where I definitely want to come back, every year if it will be possible.

My cousin and I stayed for three days. We arrived at the hotel early, and since they had vacant rooms, they helped us check in early. The view from the hotel, the comfort, and the cleanliness of the rooms were very good. The housekeeper was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was sufficient and delicious. Thank you for everything.

On the first day, the bread and bagels at breakfast were stale. The location is close to the center, but we generally had to use a taxi instead of public transportation.

Nice hotel in Ayvalik. Clean room and quiet property. Close to a beach but we didn't go there because of weather so can't comment on it. Need a car to drive to downtown Ayvalik and definitely one to drive to Cunda island.

Overall was quite a nice place - a bit farther from main Ayvalik than we thought. Would not be realistic to walk there and back.

We spent the first part of our holiday in Ayvalık in Nilüfer Butik Otel and this stay really made our holiday special for several reasons. When planning our holiday we were looking for a quiet and unique hotel by the sea where we could enjoy our first holiday in three months since we got engaged and this hotel was exactly the type of hotel we were looking for! It is a small family owned hotel, very cozy, located by the sea. It has this cute garden right outside the breakfast area and the whole vibe in this place is just right. We felt really good taken care of by Ahmet and his family and would recommend this hotel to everyone who is looking for a flawless experience in Ayvalık with a genuine and personal touch. Everything. Absolutely gorgeous property. It's within few minutes drive to the center in a very quiet location. That's exactly what we were looking for. You have to go there by car though . On the other hand a taxi to the center would cost 50-60 liras which is really cheap. Wonderful view over the sea. Amazing garden where in fact the breakfast is served. Breakfast itself abundant, various and very delicious. The perfect place to relax for a couple of days. The owner ia a very polite man, understands Bulgarians and sent us to one of the best restaurants we've ever been to in Turkey. The island of Cunda is very close. Definitely recommend it to everyone!

The only thing I can think of is the lack of elevator.

Has a wonderful ambiance from the moment you arrive with lovely gardens, reception and welcoming hosts. The entire property is superbly maintained and there’s a real sense of pride shown. Breakfast is brilliant and very generous with lots of variety. I’d come back here in a heart beat. Nothings a problem!!
