The walls of this place are soaked in history, its may be build 100 years ago, but its cept clean, tidy, with beautiful furniture. Booking was very easy. Precisely in front of the house there is cheap parking, and the house is in the heart of this beautiful small city. I recommend it whole heartedly!

The location is too good, two steps from the main road and the city centre, the room terrace has a lovely glimpse of the sea. My room at the first floor was large and quite comfortable, good value for the money I spent.

There's a kind of split bathroom, with a shower cabin that includes the WC but not the sink, which is next to the bed. I had some difficulties in regulating the shower temperature. The staff is really kind and helpful, but unfortunately no one speaks English.

The hotel is very suitable for people passing through Ayvalık. Suitable for people who use the room only for sleeping and are out all day. The room is small. The price was high for the quality and size of the room, but among the lowest for Ayvalık. The hotel is centrally located. Free parking is very difficult, but there is a paid parking lot right under the hotel.

i highly recommend to stay in this wonderful place, it's extremely clean and it has good smell for all the things, also the owner and his family were very kind. i really enjoyed being there. İ wish the same for anyone gos to them. i will surly visit them again.🙂

The atmosphere of the family, including Ece and Linda. İt felt more like a home than a hotel. The people were kind and welcoming.

Liked some of the very old features of the property. The warm and friendly nature of the owners and the very tasty breakfasts.

The staff are all lovely. The breakfast was amazing. Very nice place, Clean, comfy and Great location . All in one I recommend it.
