We liked the hospitality of the owners. We felt well taken care of. Good food, great view, comfy beds. Everything we asked they provided. Very fast service, and the best dessert I have tried lately, home made. And a big special moment, towels that smell great!!! Not even in 5 star hotels do they smell so good.

Small things, like no cleaning of the room, no changing sheets during 9 nights. I do think that if we asked they would have done it, but it is not a part of the basic deal. Their attitude makes it hard to criticize anything. They are good and hardworking people with great kids.

Everything was very clean : room, bathroom, common spaces, everything The staff was absolutely perfect. Although the person didn’t speak English, he was of great help throughout all our stay. He explained us how to take the public mini buses and even waited with us to take it. The breakfast was excellent and delicious. We had to work in the common area one night and the view is beautiful. Thank you very much for your hospitality and I would come back to your place if I’m back in Ayvalik.

The WiFi didn’t reach the room but it wasn’t a big problem as we could go to the common area that was very cosy as well

Excellent family run hotel for families. The hotel is spotless. The rooms spacious and comfortable. Breakfast delicious in a lovely courtyard, which also serves as a relaxing bar in the evening. Dolmus can be flagged down in front of the hotel, which also has good parking. Highlights of Ayvalik include the wonderful boat tours, Ege Tour and Bambi Tour, which go from the center in front of the “I Love Ayvalik” Sign. Actually, more convenient than staying in the center. The family members go above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable. Our particular thanks to Erol who drove us to Canakkale.

This is an excellent family run hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning. The parking is convenient. There is a good Turkish breakfast in the restaurant. The city center is about a 15 minute walk away along the seaside. There is a small local beach right in front of the hotel. The owners do not speak English but are quick to respond using translation apps. The service is excellent. They even washed our car before we left.

The couple who run it are fantastic, they went out of their way to help me, despite only being there 1 night, I had some homemade bbq and salad made which was delicious. There's access to the beach with loungers just across the road. Shared balcony with a stunning view. About 5/10 mins walk into main part of town.

Nothing major, small attention to detail, kettle cord didn't reach the plug, put water in the fridge for guest arrival.

Located ~20 minutes walk from downtown Ayvalik, Sözer hotel is in a quiet area just in front of a very small beach. There is a parking space next to the house. The view from the balcony was lovely, as was the breakfast. The owner did not speak English, but was a proficient Google Translate user, so there were no issues in us understanding each other. The room was clean, but the room itself is quite small, also, the electricity sockets are not conveniently places, but this is not a big deal. I enjoyed my stay at the Sözer and would gladly visit again!

We arrived late at night without a reservation after a mishap with a different hotel and we were welcomed very kindly by the staff at Sozer Otel. They even offered us food when we inquired about their restaurant, which had already closed for the night. The room was air-conditioned and quite comfortable and we enjoyed their Turkish breakfast in the courtyard overlooking the sea the next morning. Overall we had a lovely stay.

Very friendly and kind staff. They didn't speak much English but found a way with a translator. The room was very nice, with a big balcony and a full view on the sea across the road. The position is ok, 20 minutes walk to the city, much less with a minibus. Good breakfast.

Close to the old town- 15 min walk. Parking lots in front of the door available. Perfect for sightseeing in Ayvalik. To Cunda take not the route through the oldtown, google will show second option. Very friendly manager and family.

Room was tiny and a bit more used then what we expected. But for sleeping and compared to the price it was perfect.

Free parking and wifi, very good people, breakfast is ok, caffe is ok. Dodo is the best!! He speaks english and helps me a lot during my stay, They give me permision to leave my car for 5 days while I was on Lesbos island, bus stop is at front of hotel, beach is across the hotel. Every room has see view
