The hotel and its amenities may vary depending on expectations. If you’re a couple without children, it’s in a great location in the city center, within walking distance of all central attractions. However, families with children who are looking for a more comfortable and quiet environment may want to reconsider. The breakfast is adequate. The air conditioning in the rooms is insufficient. The rooms themselves are clean and tidy. The only thing that upset us was the breakfast staff’s attitude and her comments in a language we didn’t understand. Despite this, it’s still a hotel worth considering.

The reception staff are genuinely attentive and easy to communicate with. However, the woman in charge of breakfast kept complaining and expressing disapproval while cleaning up what our 11-month-old baby had spilled, which upset us. It seems she expected an 11-month-old to sit and eat breakfast like an elderly person.

A very well located hotel 3-5 minutes from the heart of the centre. Very friendly and helpful staff. They have kept the whole place inside as well outside with respect to the traditional architecture and design that makes you feel homy. The breakfast was every day with a pleasant surprise. Not always the same. Different greek delicacies especially in pies offered every day. I would definitely choose to stay there again. Value for money and atmosphere.

The hotel had a very cosy environment. The rooms were clean and were large enough so we had no trouble fitting in as a family. Breakfast had a lot of options (including turkish tea and greek coffee) and the staff were very helpful and kind. Lastly we were given a gift basket of local products on our last day.

When we arrived for check-in (we arrived earlier than check-in) we were told our room would be ready in 1 hour (normal check-in time). We came back 2 hours later but we had to wait yet another 20 mins.

The hotel has a superb location. It is close to the city center, all the good restaurants (eg Kalderimi 5 minutes by walking), the port (200 m) from and a blue flag beach (300 m). The staff was very helpful, friendly and very polite. The rooms are very clean and complimentary refreshments such as water and soda. could be found in the refrigerator. The breakfast was very rich and everything was tasty and fresh. Although I haven't tried the room service you can always find hot water at the buffet area near the lobby. I loved my stay. It was perfect. I would definitely go back if I visited Lesbos again.

The shower in the bathroom was not in a cabinet but only enclosed by a shower curtain. If you are not very careful the floor becomes wet and slippery. Also the lighting in the room was dim. As I like to read I had to go to the lobby area at night but it would be convenient if I could read in bed.

Really nice hotel with a beautiful interior and spacious rooms. Staff were also very helpful, whether that be booking taxis or organising a rental car for us which had us very stressed as we accidentally booked one for the wrong month and only realised upon arriving at the hotel. The location is also very good, close to a lot of nice bars and a very lively neighbourhood. Would definitely recomend

Wonderful boutique hotel, very comfortable beds, spotlessly clean and located close to the harbour and right next to nice restaurants and cafes (but still very quite). There is also a parking lot for hotel guests. The staff was exceptionally nice - Greek hospitality at its best!

The bathroom felt a bit outdated, but was very spacious and spotlessly clean.

Excellent accommodation with a touch of class plus exceptional staff and service. Absolutely delectable Greek breakfast spread with local traditional delicacies. All cooked freshly at the premises. Hotel is perfectly located, close to Archaeological Museum, Byzantine Museum, a very nice beach within walking distance, numerous eateries/tavernas/coffee shops and lots of other retail.

my room was in the reception building and i think it was older and smaller than other rooms with balconies i saw around me, so it was a bit disappointing, i took the best hotel in town for a reason on this business trip and i felt i got the lesser room. this building also has no elevator and i had to climb stairs with the luggage. make sure you are given rooms in the other buildings!

location is very good. The people were generally polite and helpful.

The breakfast is not good: there are many basic foods missing (Bran, oat, cranberries, blueberries, light milk!, almond milk, etc) and there is no enough space so guests tend to be cramped and no air-conditioning!

Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent location. Tavernas, bars and shops within minutes walk. Brilliant soundproofing - the noise of the busy cocktail bar disappeared when we closed our balcony doors. I would definitely stay there again.

The style of furniture was not to my taste. But it was all of high quality and very clean.
