The spa had good sauna and steam room. Breakfast was variety of foods. Room was clean and modern.

The water in the pools were rather cool inside. To sit there and have water jets massage rather too cool. They did not tell us that water heaters were broken. I thought I reserved the best room in the hotel for our wedding anniversary, the room was probably in the same category but not like what the pictures reveals. We thought as hotel guests we have discount any time we go to Spa area but it applied only for first time, the second time was more expensive and we didn't know when booking.

Truly a wonderful experience!! From the moment you step inside the reception, you will be amazed by the decoration and design. We stayed only for 1 night and we will definitely will stay more next time. Breakfast is luxurious- we just cannot finish it. It tasted so damn good. The staff really made it worth it. Everyone was so kind and thoughtful. Highly recommend!!

Breakfast options were superior and plentiful. Our server Valentina is exceptional, and we enjoyed getting to know her during our weeklong stay. The location is close enough to the airport (just a few minutes) and far enough away so that the beach is quiet and clean, and right there in front of the hotel.

We needed to check out by 7am to get to the airport but no one is there before 7:30AM, so check out should be a little easier.

All things were not in place. I.e. hangers for towels room and ‘public’, fitness center not fully equipped. Lack of shading at the pool for late arrivals. Not much to do at the location if you have kids.

We travelled 6 people and booked 3 rooms. The hotel is great, very clean and modern decoration. Stuff were always friendly. Pool was nice and clean. On lobby side the view to the sea is perfect, where you can also sit and have a drink or food. Our room was nice with a balcony looking over the pool and partially sea view. If you want to have a room on front side, I can recommend to book a bigger room with full sea view. The location is close to the airport (5-10mins). And you drive about 20mins to reach the city center. 1hour 15mins drive to Plomari. The island is big so you need o choose location according to your preference and you need a car if you want to travel around the island. The hotel is on a small hill and around is a forest. You can drive with your car and there a parking slots.

Actually everything was perfect but only 2 things that should be improved maybe. First one, Wi-Fi is not working well in the rooms, especially if you need to work it can be challenging, or you need to go to lobby which may not always convenient for work. We had the same situation for all 3 rooms. Second one, breakfast area. The area is so nice and big but it was not well arranged. Sometimes we had to wait for a table, or there were available tables but it was not cleaned. Breakfast variety was good and delicious but it took time to refill empty plates.

I had a room with a sea view that was amazing. Clean, comfortable with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The outdoor pool was sparkling clean and at a perfect temperature. The breakfast was beautifully presented with a wide range of foods that would suit all needs. Lunch and dinner at the bistro served delicious fresh food at a reasonable price.

It would be good to have some long-life milk sachets in the fridge so it was possible to have coffee with milk.

The hotel is completely new and very nicely maintained, surrounded by pine trees, and birds singing in the morning. A lovely beach in front the hotel, across the road. There is a park lot in front for those with a car. Our room had a wonderful view, it was spacious and impeccably clean with daily service. The breakfast was very tasty, including handmade pies! The stuff is very hospitable and helpful! We were picked from the airport which is a big plus! We had a wonderful time here and will come back again!

Since we haven't rented a car, it is a bit challenging location for us since we had to use taxi (17 EUR to Mytilini port in one direction). In general, the buses between the towns in Lesbos island operate rarely, mostly once per day.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel near Mytilene. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the breakfast is more than adequate. Although the swimming pool can get a bit crowded at times, it’s understandable. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. We definitely recommend this place.

You’ll need a car to take daily trips around the hotel, but rental options are easy to find on the island.

Excellent open buffet breakfast, excellent rooms, with AC. Poolside and spa at affordable prices.

Dinner and lunch menu was not as good as its description. We were disappointed with most meals on the menu (and we were 4 people which means we were able to try 6 different dish. Its interesting that the quality of breakfast cannot be matched with lunch and dinner.

All was great.... Location, room size, view from room, facilities, people... I also ecperienced Spa treatment and provided massages were wonderful. If I remember correctly massagist called Akita is quite expert and she is an added value to hotel's SPA center... Would like to visit again during summer season...
