Perfect location! Clean. Everything you need is in the room. Kettle oven stove washing machine iron etc. Mrs Maria always with a smile on her face willing to help! Very kind!

Unfortunately there is only 1 parking space and the streets are narrow but the public parking was 7-8 minutes walking distance. The baby cot isnt free. There is a daily charge but it was mentioned when i booked so I knew it

Heliotrope studios are situated in the heart of Mitilini old town. Ermou street is just around the corner. Restaurants, cafes and takeaway are less than ten minutes walk through the very graphic streets of the old town. The very bohemian little neighborhood that shouldn't be missed from your visit is only 7 minutes walk through cafes, tavernas and clubs from around the world. The rooms were clean, tidy and organised. They had everything you need and a very big plus is that there is a mini market just by the corner. Maria is such a beautiful person, so helpful and full of energy to help all of her guests make the most of their stay. We absolutely loved our stay!

The only small little minus is the parking which is totally understandable since the studios are situated in the heart of the old town.

This is a two floor house, located on a strip of land between the sea and a lagoon. Has view of both. When we were there the lagoon was full of flamingoes. The house itself is very comfortable and super-clean. Our host was very polite and accommodating. It is a good location for visiting interesting whereabouts, such as the volcano-peninsula of Methana, Ancient Epidaurus (half an hour drive) or even Nafplion.

The beaches right next to the house are not the best you can find in Greece, but still, passable. The coast is kind of stone-y. Still, there are umbrellas on the beach for free, or also a beach bar that rents out sunbeds. And you can always drive to very nice beaches at within 15-30 min distance.

Only 1 parking space. It wasnt a big issue for us since the public parking (free) was in a very short distance.

The location of the hotel is very central, 10 minutes walking distance to the port. Ms. Maria was very helpful and caring. With the suggestion of Maria, I had dinner at a wonderful restaurant in Skala Sikamineas.

It seemed like there wasn't anything I didn't like. I just couldn't see her ( owner of the hotel) at the key delivery on Sunday, but thanks to a helpful Greek customer, I contacted her and left the key at the relevant place.

The room and facilities were very modern and spotlessly clean. It's just a short walk from the main shopping street.

The hotel only provides two parking spots, which are often full, and finding street parking in the old town can be quite difficult. The comforter was quite stiff and felt a bit like napkin fabric. It would be nicer if it were softer.

We arrived after hours and it was easy to get the keys to enter our accommodation as per our hosts instructions from an earlier phone call. Maria's recommendations to eat were welcomed and the location was good. A short stroll to the shops and promenade. Despite arriving out of hours Maria took the time to check if we had arrived and all was well. Apartment was very clean and beds comfy.

Our stay was great, although short. These studio apartmetments offers a lot more than a hotelroom - small kitchen, balcony and separate bed- and living room. Obviously the feeeling is less "luxurious" than a hotel, but we didnt need that. Towels and linens were clean and new. Maria in the reception was extremely helpful and she knows the island and it's possibilities very well. She has a passion for the city's old houses, and if you are interested, she will happily share her knowledge with you.

Our room was ready since the morning, but we didn't receive a reply on our request to check in early, so we waited till later to arrive.

Maria, went above and beyond. My husband is having knee problems and she insisted they take our luggage to our room. The room was nicely laid out. Full size fridge/freezer. The first we have seen on our trip. A nice seating bench in kitchen. Balcony off the bedroom that overlooked beautifully treed yards. Even a place to sit out front. Comfy twin beds and a good A/C unit in the bedroom. Nice deep tub with a good shower. Even a washer for our use. The best was the elevator to get to our room. The apartment was close to town and the sea. Lots of interesting shops & restaurants. Plus all in close proximity. Maria insisted on helping us out with our luggage ans talked with us while we waited for our taxi to our next location. We even got to meet her husband. They both spoke English quite well. It was a pleasure staying there

Great value for money! The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always available if I had any questions. For the price, the quality and service exceeded my expectations.
