I stayed here for 4 nights. Nice and helpful staff, clean rooms & swimming pool, great sea view, all-you-can-eat breakfast, quiet and family-friendly atmosphere, fast internet, cold & hot water in the shower, working A/C, 5-min-away location from the city centre (port) by car, bus stops right in front of the hotel. They even let us check out a little longer and stay in the pool area after check-out. What else could I ask for? This amazing crew deserves the best! Efcharisto for the hospitality ❤️

There’s not a single negative thing that I can mention.

This hotel ticks all the boxes: it has an ideal location halfway between the airport and Mytilini (about 5 km each way), the staff is superfriendly, helpful and very polite (thanks Rania from reception) and it has a certified breakfast. Very clean rooms with seaview balconies, functioning airconditioner and good shower. Lovely pool and good Italian restaurant on site. This hotel is one of the better ones of its category in Greece. I hugely recommend it and will certainly stay here again when in Mytilini.

The colour scheme / decor of the rooms and breakfast area are a bit outdated, but that really is a detail. At the time of my stay, there were no sunbeds available at the pool area.

Heliotrope is a nice property perfectly located close to the airport and town of Mytilini. It is always clean and well maintained and the breakfast buffet is fantastic. The pool is also very nice with comfortable sun beds and lots of table seating in the shade. There is a great view of the sea and the sunrise is always magestic (great road to go for a morning run). We often use this hotel as a stop over in Mytilini before heading to other parts of the island or the night before our departure. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the rooms are very clean.

A pleasant hotel, with its own small enclosed area, with a nice swimming pool (with good depth). The room is large and spacious, but the furniture and plumbing require repair or attention. Great breakfast.

Bathroom fixtures and furniture require replacement or repair. When leaving the hotel, I forgot my cap and when I returned to the hotel to get it 4 hours later, they couldn’t find my cap for a very long time, but after 20 minutes of searching they found it. And yet, I contacted the hotel with a request to help me in one delicate matter, not according to the hotel’s profile, but no one even responded to my letter. That's why I give the staff a dislike.

Location was chosen for proximity to airport (an early morning flight) so perfect for that. The room was modern, clean and comfortable with a great bathroom and excellent shower (no bath). Plenty of parking out front. The pool looked great (we didn't use it ourselves) and the area around the pool featured some super-comfy sunbeds along with tables & chairs under natural shade of trees. The outside bar was well stocked and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful - it is open to non-guests, but guests receive a discount on the prices. We chose to eat in for the night we stayed and the food was exceptional - the menu is Italian and very reasonably priced for the quality - superb risotto and the goat's cheese salad was lovely. And so to bed - the matresses were firm but very comfortable, the air-con was efficient and quiet when used and there was no noise from outside - all important components for a good rest. Breakfast was exceprional - a wide range of hot and cold items and good coffee - perfect!

The extractor fan in the bathroom was very noisy (may have been a fault with the particular one in our room) but went off as soon as the light was switched off so not an issue for us.

In summary, my stay at the hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the comfortable accommodations and excellent dining options to the prime location and outstanding service. I will definitely return on my next visit and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch hotel experience. The hotel well positioned to the airport.

The pool only opens at mid day (12) so if someone books one night before a day departure it's impossible to go for a morning swim

The location of the Hotel it was very good. Just 5 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the city of Mytilini . They had parking just outside the Hotel which was very convenient. The staff exceptionally helpful with a smile. The rooms were very clean. Very nice pool area and very nice cocktails to enjoy. Very good breakfast every day with fresh fruits. The surrounding area was very quite. I will recommend it to my friends and for sure I will be back.

Bathroom was a bit dark and old...Bathroom cabin was not with glass and all water was on bathroom ceramics...Allthogh this, I am planning to come back again...Thank youu❤️

Fantastic location - near the town of Mytilene - very clean and well maintained property. The suite we had was fantastic - lots of room to spread out and the private balcony was an added benefit. A huge shout out for Eleni at the front desk; and Maria in housekeeping - both women were exceptional and very attentive. The buffet breakfast was plentiful -‘even if there wasn’t much variation day to day
