Let me say at the beginning what I will say at the end; IT WAS THE MOST PEACEFUL, THE MOST SATISFACTORY AND QUIETEST PLACE I HAVE EVER STAYED (I traveled more than 45 countries and territories in the world meaning many times more cities and I am saying it was the most pleasant one among the hotels I have ever stayed)! An elderly couple runs the hotel, and they are trying heartily to do their best to comfort their guests. Our child usually does not like to have breakfast, we hardly make him eat something in the mornings; despite this, they cooked whatever they could for him to eat. We appreciated for their effort.

Delicious, handmade herb pastry, cheese pastry, and handmade raisin cake. Freshly picked tomatoes, olives, and white cheese from the garden. They serve tea bags, coffee, butter, honey, homemade jams, eggs, and milk. It's beyond amazing.

Situated in a quiet and cozy location overlooking the sea, this hotel is best suited for a relaxing stay for mature families or couples. You will definitely need a car, as the beach (blue flagged, by the way) is better reached in 3 minutes by car than 15 on foot. The hotel itself has a bit of a retro flair, you can see that it was once rich and crowded. Now the family that owns it is working hard to provide good service to guests. I really enjoyed the breakfast, although basic, it was delicious. The rooms themselves have minor flaws, like a creaky bed or small toilet, but this is a budget value-for-money hotel. Think of it as a nice Greek summer house surrounded by greenery and with a sea view. The owners are a very nice family couple, welcoming and hospitable. Overall I recommend this hotel if you want summer peace and comfort.

View of the room was amazing. Our hosts Eleni and George were really friendly and served us a very delicious food in their restaurant. They helped us about transportation and any kind of our questions. We felt like at home

Only thing that i can mention is only the reception area had wifi connection, would be better if rooms had it too.

quiet, peaceful, has a parking lot, and is a clean facility. The owner Yorgo and his wife were extremely hospitable., It was prepared according to our breakfast preferences, it was in sufficient quantity and delicious.

Wonderful place if you look for a quiet corner with a nice beach nearby. George and his wife will go the extra mile for their guests.

Quiet location, Ideal for families or anyone trying to escape busy city life. Very close to one of the nicest beaches on the island (walking distance). Short drive to the airport and downtown Mytilene (about 15 min). Great staff, tried their best and went out of their way to accommodate all our requests. Very clean. Free breakfast was great as was the a la carte freshly cooked restaurant food. Room had a huge balcony with sea view.

OK, it’s not ON the water but NEAR the water. Having a ride is a must. Location is very quiet, if you’re looking to party hard probably not ideal for you. Rooms could use some updating although all basic amenities were there.

We had a great stay at the end of our week in Lesvos in September. We spent one night here so we could scuba dive with the dive center. The hotel is walking distance to the most peaceful beach. We ate dinner at the hotel and had great homecooked food from the owners. The breakfast was brilliant with homemade cakes and pastries. The owners are lovely, we felt very welcome and comfortable, and it was excellent value. The view from the rooms is amazing, if you can wake up for sunrise it is beautiful.

For those looking for calmness, the hotel's location is excellent, very close to the beach, a clean and big beach. The view from the room we stayed in was amazing. It's clean and safe. Breakfast was very filling and delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. In a word, it was a great experience.
