Without asking, I was given a much appreciated upgrade from a basic room to one at the front of the hotel with balcony and harbour/sea view. I was told by the very helpful receptionist that this was the decision of the manager - so thank you! I had to leave to catch a flight before the start of breakfast service. When I explained this I was immediately offered a packed breakfast to take with me - again a very pleasant touch.

The window/door on to the balcony is designed to open fully as a door, or to tilt open from the top to provide ventilation. The tilting function seems to have been deliberately disabled (this was my second visit and both rooms were the same), giving the choice between too much ventilation from an open door, or none at all!

Our stay was for 2 nights on May 17-19, 2025. The hotel is located within walking distance to the ferry pier and is located by the sea in the center of Midilli. It is a recently restored hotel. I have been to Midilli for the 4th time and I know this place. We preferred a sea view room. Access to the hotel and check-in were easy. The reception staff did their job well and welcomed us with a smile. The hotel room has a safety deposit box, bedside reading lamps, an electric kettle, free water, coffee and tea, a table and two chairs on the balcony, a mini bar, dental kit, slippers, a full-length mirror. I was worried that the hotel would be noisy because it is located by the sea and in the center, but as an engineer I saw that it was very well insulated and never lets in any sound from the outside, and both sound and light insulation can be provided with sun-proof curtains. The air conditioner works quietly. Staying in rooms with a sea view does not mean staying in noisy rooms. You can walk from the hotel to restaurants, cafes, the beach and anywhere you want. I had already written that I wanted a quiet room away from the elevator when making the reservation, and that is what happened. It was a clean hotel. The beds were comfortable. It is suitable for short stays. You can leave your suitcases in the luggage storage when you check out. The only thing that can be said about the breakfast was that it was perfect. I can say that it was a complete Turkish Greek breakfast. The breakfast prepared using local products of Lesbos includes Lesbos cheese, Lesbos honey, other cheese varieties, home-cured olive varieties, home-made handmade cakes, pies, jams, Turkish coffee and cappuccino when requested. There are Greek bagels, fruit salads, vegetable salads, roasted vegetables, omelets and many more products that I cannot list. In addition to the variety of products, the fact that it is also delicious makes this breakfast different.

The bathroom was very small. Because of the shape of the sink, the surroundings get wet while washing hands and face. A preauthorization charge was made from my card, when I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist told me that it was refunded. However, it has not been refunded to my card yet, I am waiting for the refund of the amount withdrawn. It is pending in provision transactions. I do not know what caused the situation, it may be related to banking transactions or booking.com, I cannot know.

My recent stay at Lesvion Hotel in Mytilene was an absolute delight! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the accommodating staff. Nestled right in the heart of Mytilene, I was just steps away from the charming harbor, bustling markets, and historical attractions. This made exploring the city incredibly convenient and enjoyable. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Every morning, I was treated to an incredible breakfast spread. The selection was both abundant and diverse, every bite was a testament to the culinary expertise of the chef. Beyond breakfast, the restaurant offered a variety of lunch and dinner options that were equally impressive. Overall, my stay at Lesvion Hotel was an unforgettable experience. The attentive staff, comfortable accommodations, stunning location, and exceptional restaurant made it truly special. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and memorable stay in Mytilene.

The Lesvion is in a great location, just steps from Sappho Square for the airport bus and a short walk from the KTEL intercity bus station. We felt very welcomed by the man on reception - he was so funny and spoke excellent English. Our room was comfortable and immaculately clean. It is worth springing for a room with a balcony overlooking the harbour, I loved sitting out there in the evening watching all the goings on at the port and on the street. The breakfast is gorgeous and the women that run it are so kind - they cannot do enough for you. Try the sesame biscuits - they are amazing!

Nothing at all! My only regret is that we only stayed for four nights.

Great location. We had a small, economy room at the back of the hotel. No view. Would definitely choose a room with sea view, if available, next time. Full marks for the breakfast with lovely local products.

Bottled water was not complimentary and had to be purchased from the Mini-bar. Not a deal breaker as water is cheap, however this was the first Greek hotel we’ve encountered that has not supplied water during our in 5 weeks of travel around Greece. Bathroom was very small and requires modernisation. Disappointed that the previous occupant had been smoking in the room, so the room smelt smokey, and we found that they had left a bottle of cigarette butts in a plastic bottle on the window sill. (removed upon request by cleaner).

It was very close to the port and right by the sea. Thanks to its central location, I had easy access to everywhere. Since my ferry arrived early, they let me leave my luggage at the hotel and tried to prepare my room before check-in time. Everyone from the reception to the restaurant staff was very attentive, helpful and friendly. The room was spotless and everything was very tidy. The hotel was also spotlessly clean in general. The breakfast was amazing, it was way above my expectations in terms of both variety and taste. They even offered coffee at breakfast. I will always stay here for accommodation in the center of Midilli from now on :)

great breakfast. great location..however very noisy if you want to sit on your balcony or keep door open for breeze. (due to the location ). on main street, music from cafes, cars etc. great caring service from genuinely friendly staff and OWNERS. breakfast with many homemade items. breakfast /bar facing harbor and sea. (It has an awning which is missing in the rooms with balconies. )

while the balcony is great, with great view of harbor it is burning hot for most of the day... as it faces south. An awning is needed !!!! this would offer shade on balcony and in room.

Staff were really helpful and upgraded our first night room to a seaside view. Breakfast buffet was good with a lot of home-made options to choose from.

Nothing to complain about! Definitely worth paying the extra for a seaside room though. We stayed for three nights and only had the seaside room for the first night, as we hadn’t booked it. Other rooms are clean and simple (totally fine for a quick stay) though.

Great hotel in a perfect location close to the main attractions and the sea. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent, and the view of the sea was great. The room was perfect, and sleep was fantastic. I stayed just for one night to explore the island further, but if I were to spend a holiday week in the hotel, it would also be worth it and convenient.

So many great things. The caring staff. The delicious breakfasts. The incredible view from our balcony. Easy access to shopping and food. Idyllic in all respects down to delicious homemade cookies in reception in the afternoon. Great A/C in our room when it was hot. When they found out we were leaving so early we’d miss breakfast, they packed us a portable breakfast that we found at reception when we checked out.

Nothing could have been better.
