The hotel has excellent facilities and activities to keep the family busy and enjoy at leisure. The water polo was the highlight, with guests getting a chance to interact. There was also a party for guests with live music at the rooftop restaurant. Room service was prompt, and any request was quickly and efficiently answered. The pool and rooms are clean and well maintained. A special shout out to Deniz at the front desk. She was the only one who had a welcoming and a very cheerful personality at the front desk. The DJ at the pool, the lady at the spa and the cleaning lady were a few exceptions, too.

The front staff and service staff were not friendly and didn't even smile. A little smile and warm personality will make this hotel a 10/10. No alternate milk was available.

I stayed in Ramada Dalaman for a few nights and days and I had a lovely stay. The location is convenient and close to the airport. My room was clean and it had everything I needed and more. The aircon in the room was great, especially considering the heat outside. The staff maintaining the rooms was not just great at their job, but they were also very kind and helpful. The pool and the sunlounges were amazing! I had a few relaxing days by the pool enjoying Turkish tea. The water was nice and cool - perfect for breaks from the sunbathing. If you would prefer to stay in the shade, there are shady lounges as well. The hotel has a small gym that is perfect for a morning workout before having a splash in the pool. I would like to mention the SPA and Wellness manager and the whole SPA team for how friendly and welcoming they were. I have visited the SPA every day of my stay and I was always made to feel comfortable and relaxed. Overall, I had a lovely stay - very relaxing and chill. I would recommend this hotel!

My room was on the first floor, overlooking the street in front of the hotel and there was a buzzing sound coming from what I believe to be the aircon system of the building. This, however, was not a big problem as my room was spotless and I had everything I needed.

It’s getting time to do some maintenance on the rooms - chipped paint, slow drains, loose faucets. It’s a newer hotel but this deferred maintenance will show itself quickly and not make it a good place to stay. Also, all the roads are torn up around the hotel - I nearly took my car’s undercarriage out trying to get there this trip. The city needs to pay attention, and the management needs to put pressure on the city - really BAD

The location as a airport transit ( only 7km to Dalaman airport ) or business hotel is perfect, it has everything you need for a short stay, also its within a short fifteen minute walk to the main Dalaman town, basically a one main street, but full of restaurants and cafes to choose from. The internal housekeeping, reception and restaurant personnel were very attentive and accommodating, faultless service and always with a smile. Local taxis on hand 24 hrs and never more than a ten minute wait.

Being such a new hotel within the Ramada group ( 9 months since opening ) it has a lot of snagging repair to achieve. Also more effort is required to the surrounding pool area cleanliness and service. We found when we decided to stay on site and use the facilities ( on two of our days ) we had to go to the restaurant to ask for refreshments, towels etc, it appears the management team have not included any dedicated pool area attendance. Hence we decided to venture outside the hotel during the balance of our stay.

Breakfast was OK however my wife is lactose intolerant and there were no allergy lists or alternatives. The location is great in terms of distance from the airport however it is a 15 minute walk at least into the town and even further to the coast. Pool was good. Easy to get a taxi. Rooms were spacious.

The food in the restaurant was very disappointing. Expected more local dishes. The dishes were very bland and expensive for what you got. There was a bit of construction work going on which wasn't mentioned.

The Dalaman Ramada is a brand new hotel. Everything is bright and shiny. Bahar and Alpay at the front desk were very kind and upgraded my room to a larger corner room. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower had great pressure and was wonderfully hot. The rooftop restaurant had great views beyond the ever-present DnR (debris and rubble). The food was tasty, and the service was excellent.

Everything was very nice. Near my room, there was a door that repeatedly slammed shut through the early evening. The next morning, I couldn't figure out where the door was located. It was loud and a bit annoying.

Brand new , extremely clean and modern The staff was amazing, excellent customer service starting from the SPA staff , the massages were 10/10, my guy masseuse was perfect, very skilled and professional, the best massage I ever had , the receptionist amazing helpful and friendly, the waiters extremely polite specially the 20 years old young man with curly hair sorry don’t remember their names . Hope the owners really appreciate their staff and treat them good and appreciate them as they deserve . Congratulations for such an amazing team , one of the best hotel I ve been and the staff definitely made my whole experience perfect . I will definitely return .Thank you for your service

Nice clean hotel located close to the airport. Location is good if you hire car - we went Fetihe, Oluedeniz, then towards Marmaris, this hotel was in the middle so either side was an hours drive or so. There were beaches close by 15min, also the Gogek town by the Marina was 20 min which had really nice shops and restaurants. Restaurants and shops nearby - can walk or taxi. Hotel is new and clean, dinner/ room services price is reasonable. Food was very tasty. Breakfast had a good choice of options. We had 2 rooms, they were on different floors initially but we asked if they could be moved together, and they did, upgrading us for free in one room. Parking outside for cars is plenty.

Wifi on the tv in our room did not work so could not access streaming services. The pool on the first day we arrived in the evening looked like it needed a clean. However the remaining days we spent there it was clean. It is 1.4m deep. The pool area should have towels removed from sun beds more frequently as people had left but towels remained. Staff were great however I noticed they started to clean earlier than the breakfast closing time, which made you a little uncomfortable and to hurry up with you meal - they should wait until after breakfast closing time is done before starting to clean up.

I have never met anyone more hospitable or as exceptional at his job as he is. He truly deserves an outstanding position within Ramada Hotels. I would also like to express my gratitude to Mert and Sirac - both were so lovely and kind. I will never forget my time in Turkey. Thank you so much for everything!

the staff were absolutely amazing, they catered to our every need . they let us keep our bags jn the baggage room and were happy to open it as many times as we asked. they called us a taxi multiple times a day without any questions. staff in the kitchen were fabulous too . the table tennis kept us entertained.

only one pool which can get crowded quick also they allow smoking in the rooftop restaurant even though its an enclosed space.
