I was truly impressed by almost every aspect of this hotel. First and foremost, I want to sincerely praise and thank the entire staff – it’s very rare in my life I’ve encountered such a friendly, helpful, and well-coordinated team. A special mention goes to Kaya from Guest Relations – it was a pleasure talking to him! The food was another major highlight. It was not only delicious and varied every day, but also available in different areas – at the main restaurant, by the pool, and near the beach. This flexibility made it easy and relaxing – you never had to rush to get something to eat. The hotel and room were always spotlessly clean. I was especially impressed by how every evening the lobby seating was disinfected – such attention to hygiene deserves praise. The hotel grounds were also very well-maintained and elegant, and the beach was cleaned daily by a very kind staff member who did his job with visible care and dedication. The atmosphere in the evenings was another lovely touch. I particularly enjoyed the live guitar music near the beach – it added a romantic and cozy vibe to the experience. The cocktail masterclass and a fun cooking session with the hotel chef were also great highlights. The guests were mostly Polish and British families with children, all very respectful and pleasant. I was there with my mother, and although we didn’t have kids with us, we still felt perfectly comfortable. In fact, I can confidently say this hotel is ideal for families with children – there are multiple indoor and outdoor pools and plenty of entertainment options. Another thing I really appreciated was the availability of food throughout the day – no strict meal times, no stress, just comfort and choice. I’m usually quite a picky traveler, but here I was honestly impressed. The hotel clearly makes an effort to create an elegant environment, visible in the design of the outdoor furniture and even the setup near the beach.

Love the management staff and all the cleaning and helping staff is so good.

Every thing even food and swimming pools are clean. All working members are so polite with smiles on their face all day.

It was our second visit to this hotel. Therefore, we knew what to expect. Beautiful grounds, well looked after by friendly staff, excellent facilities for small children and a baby-friendly environment (availability of cots, bed rails, nappy bins, high chairs, etc). Very comfortable and spacious rooms, with all the necessary amenities provided. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach and the children's pools; we also appreciated the beach bar, outdoor playground, and gaming area. The overall atmosphere with music and various entertainment options was lovely. Especially, we want to thank the friendly, exceptional staff who were available to help, chat, and support in any way possible. We loved coming downstairs to the spa area to have a friendly conversation with the guys, and our twins got some warm cuddles and laughs. Managers Kaya and Serkan were available and helpful. Our evening waitress, Sirin, was lovely and professional. We were amazed by how clean the area was and how promptly it was cleaned. Finally, we enjoyed the food and drinks. It was lovely to have a tea facility in the room. We are definitely coming back next year!

The only drawback we experienced was the cold sea and the swimming water during the first week of our holiday. One of our twins did not like cold water, and we used the indoor pool until the second week, when the pool water became warmer. We are considering returning in September next year. Otherwise, there was nothing negative about our holiday experience.

Bar, restaurant, spa staff and entertainment team were excellent very friendly go out of their way. Special shout out to Emrullah and Tugba in the bar always checking all ok so friendly and kind. Lovely hotel, food very good.

Reception staff were a little rude. We were given rooms on the side where the building construction was going on next door, the noise was loud. Asked numerous times to move said they would but never did. Messed up the special requests, had to complain 5 times in total and still not an apology received. When asking for late check out by extra 4 hours they charged 65 euros even after all the hassle we had and the construction noise constantly!

Rooms a decent size for family of 4. Kids didn’t moan about the sleeper couches so must have been good! Great choice of buffet food for all meals. Loved the beach and sun loungers. Impressed with sustainability and recycling efforts. Staff work hard and continually trying to improve guests stay. Isa at breakfast was friendly and always going the extra mile! Really tasty lamb carvery and beef carvery! Turkish dancing show was a highlight too.

Huge building site next to our room. We couldn’t open the doors as dust. Weary to dry towels etc on balcony for same reason.

Our holiday exceeded our expectations! The resort was lovely, set in beautiful surroundings with well-maintained greenery. The beach and pools were stunning – clean, spacious, and relaxing. The food was absolutely fantastic, with a huge variety and consistently great taste. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the live music and the professional sports activities, guided by Meliss and her friend, who were always smiling and ready to inform us about upcoming events.

On the downside, the rooms were slightly worn and could use a bit of a refresh. Housekeeping could also be improved – just a little more attention to detail would make a big difference. Unfortunately, the girls from the animation team were not very communicative; no one ever came by to say hello or engage with us, except for Meliss and her friend. Since we visit Egypt regularly, we are used to animation teams who help make the holiday even more memorable – sadly, that was missing here. Also, we believe the resort should reconsider allowing children under 15 to enter the fitness center. It didn’t feel appropriate or safe to have young kids using gym. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we’re grateful for the experience – just a few small improvements and it would be perfect!

Waitresses which were cleaning tables were super friendly, always smiling , same with housekeeping ladies, same with reception. Food omg, I gained like 5kg after one week, soooo delicious. Our room was always properly cleaned. Also everything there was kid friendly. We have 9 months old baby and they have animators, pools, food and so many things for babies and also for toddlers. Really this place is paradise for families.

Our room was very close to the theater so if you have sensitive baby, you have to wait till 22:00 until program will finish, but we were ok. About shop in the hotel- we were offered different price like people before us, just because we look, I don't know if richer or what, but you have to negotiate also there. They don't want to give you very good price, so we went to Sarigerme and prices there were like half of them. So don't buy items at hotel go to Sarigerme and save money.

Lovely hotel very clean and staff really friendly and helpful. Great place to stay for our first time in Turkey. Food was very nice with lots of choice even the lunchtime burgers and hot dogs at the snack bar were tasty, some places they are barely edible! Fresh crepes were nice too.

Management wouldn't allow us to upgrade rooms until we arrived even though we emailed and tried to arrange before travelling. Extra charge of 15euros for washing tablet and 2 tokens seems a bit steep

A lot of meals to choose from. Various Activities every day, you also can book trips directly from the hotel. Rooms are clean. The Pool is clean and big enought, the Bar to grab some drinks is nearby. Lor of Trees and other Plants which make the Location cosy. Your room will be cleaned every day, you have always fresh Towels. For Families with children are special Pools, extra Area in a Restaurant and Activities included. For us it was really nice to meet some Stuff People from Germany

Communication with Personal is really difficult, except the People from EU-Region The Pool is closed too early, at around 8 p.m.

It's a very beautiful resort and very well maintained. Program for kids are amezing, they really put efforts to make every night special and we enjoyed the program along with kids. Food is very good and tasty with verity. They offered different food items for dinner lunch and for breakfast. I love the live counters, super delicious. Apart from food they have very good water sports activities like Scuba, beach hooping if you are really board being in the resort. Gym is good as well with good amenities.

1. Why do I have to download TUI app just to enroll my kid to the kids club? why this can't be done through their dedicated desk? 2. It might be nothing but it was super important to me. They can have a atleast a smart TV in the room rather than normal TV where I had nothing to watch. 3. I have been to other places where all inclusive option include any alcohol they have which includes many good branded wishky and rums. Here I had to pay extra for any specific brand that I prefer.
