The hotel is set in a beautiful spot overlooking the bay and the sea with breath-taking views. All the personnel, staff and managers, are very nice and helpful - to mane a few Ramazan, Leyla, Yusuf at the front desk and Sinan, Yasin, Assan at the restaurant and a great foot and back massage from Zinar at the Spa. They were genuinely ready to help and meet my needs during the whole stay - their professionalism made a big impression and I will be definitely going back. The guests were also very nice and from many part of the world. The pool area is very big and the beach bar by the sea is fantastic to relax during the day. I liked the omelette made on order at the breakfast and the gentleman doing them was very kind to go around the tables and ask if we wanted one.

Strong and real coffee with fresh orange juice would be nice. Also during the day especially at the beach bar fresh 'nar' juice would be a big plus - considering there are plenty pomegranate orchards in the surrounding area! The food can be a bit repetitive if you stay more than a week or two but it was nicely presented (especially the salads) and freshly prepared (cooked food). If you want sirloin steaks and grilled gambas then you need to pay more and go to the Hilton maybe.

True review of hotel X- Life sanıgerme Having read some of the reviews my sister and I were worried about staying here,BUT I’m here to tell you we had an amazing time and we’re booking to come back next month! So please read this review as I don’t usually do reviews but I want people to have a chance to read this honest review and be confident in booking this hotel. My sister and I had a great 7 days here, and if I didn’t have to go home we would have extended our stay. So, having read the previous reviews I’m not going to lie we was scared to what we was going to find BUT, I can assure you this place is lovely. Front of house - a beautiful young lady full of smiles and so helpful, very easy check in, fast too and soup ready for us to enjoy after our travels. The location - is picturesque the view of the sea and the mountains were beautiful to wake up to every morning, the gardens are well extensive and very well maintained and are really quite beautiful. You have 2 pools so you can decide if you want to be around the big pool with music and animation team or just chill round the other side with the smaller pool where you really can just relax. There is a steep hill BUT, it’s nothing to walk down but walking back up…. Well we never attempted it we got a taxi! 😂 but some people walked it and said it’s not that bad. Most of the time we got the free shuttle down to the beach and a local taxi into town and that only cost 150tl. 5 min from beach and shops. Rooms - They were on the small side but again you’re on holiday how much time do you spend in a room! They were clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable so no complaints there. there’s also a mini fridge, hairdryer, air-con, and a tap inside the toilet that washes your back side, what a luxury 🤭 😱 a kettle (on request) and a lovely rainforest shower.

Stuff are very friendly, especially on the kitchen and panorama cocktail bar! The view is great, nice 15min distance to get by the beach will make you little bit move in all inclusive service. Beers, soft drinks and snacks will be offered on the beach. You’ll always find something to eat in the hotel, meat, sometimes fish, vegetables, fruit, snacks, deserts and etc. Wine, beers, spirits and Stranraer soft drinks. We really liked panorama bar with awesome view, nice to seat down there and drink different cocktails. In the evening, there is disco music, you can also request a song.

Nothing to do outside the hotel. Fridge in the room didn’t work properly but it wasn’t a big deal. Stuff was always tried to help but didn’t speak English well enough to keep conversation.

Friendly hotel and bar staff, the manager was always available to answer any queries and was very approachable. The room was neat and tidy, the shower was nice and clean with good water pressure. I had a good view of the sea, pool and surrounding area from the room balcony. Overall the room was very comfortable. The area itself was lovely and as a solo traveller I felt safe walking to and from the beach and the shops alone even though the hotel provided a shuttle to and from the beach. Also, it was very easy to get a țaxi. The Turkish bath and massage was excellent. The lady who managed the spa was very helpful and spoke very good English. I've forgotten his name but the massage therapist had the most calming and beautiful energy which made you feel very safe and relaxed.. he was also very knowledgeable and gave some good lifestyle tips. I had a hamam and a mixed massage which was beautiful and would highly recommend. Will definitely return..

Could have had a wider selection of food. The food was lukewarm a lot of the time but what was available wasn't too bad.

The location is stunning! Beautiful views of the mountains, sea and splendid gardens. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the view from our balcony was breathtaking.

The facilities were not all up and running i.e no gym or indoor pool available. The food was average. Some pool and bar furniture were damaged i.e parasols & deckchairs. WiFi not available in restaurant, pool area and pool bar.

Lots of staff that were all friendly and happy to help. The food was excellent and bettered my expectations! Some reviews I read before booking were negative towards the food so I was sceptical. However I enjoyed every plate

I wouldn’t say I disliked it, however drinking water was a little bit of a chore to take to the room. As small bottles where available only. Also if the main bar was closed until 10am so you couldn’t get it form there. I can’t think of anywhere else to get other than the small glasses in the restaurant, however that’s not enough considering the heat. Maybe having the fridge in the rooms ready stocked would be a good idea. That being said I had a superb time and thanks to all the staff involved that made that possible. Would happily return with friends and family next time <3

The staff were very friendly and helpful especially the chefs and the bar staff. The room was nice and spacious with a small balcony. There was a good variety of food at the restaurant and there were snacks available by the pool throughout the day. The beach is very nice and has sun beds and umbrellas available free of charge. The bar area is on a terrace with amazing views of the sea.

The bathroom in the room was a bit outdated and in need of repair. The selection of bar drinks was unpredictable as it kept changing each day. Turkish coffee (as opposed coffee from the self-service machine) is not available until 10am so not great if you want a good coffee with breakfast.

The property was in a great location with a shuttle to the beach. Lots of Taxi’s readily available too. Great little town at the bottom of the hill for shopping and eating out. The staff couldn’t work any harder they were great.

It was too hot but it was also July. There is no air con in the main building so meal times were quite difficult. There was air con in the bedrooms which were quite basic rooms.

Lot of sun loungers&umbrellas by the pool were broken&the beach bar area,compared to other hotels beach bars was in poor shape,but not deal breakers.

I stayed with my daughter at the hotel and we had a great experience there. If you want to have a calm and relaxing vacation without screams of the kids, then this hotel is for you. The hotel is located at the top of the hill and has an amazing views from the hotel and a bar. It has a big and nice swimming pool (actually two but we used one). But the best part was the attitude of all the staff: very friendly. They tried to do everything to make our staying very comfortable. We really felt personal attitude of all the people who work there. Before going I read feedbacks complaining about the food there. But in reality the food was better than I expected. There were lots of vegetables (fresh, pickled, stewed), there was a big variety of greenery ( always fresh), choice of chicken, turkey, fish, choice of desserts, choice of fruits (they have it at all meals and also at the bar at the day time). They were going to make barbecue for meat and fish next week (we were at the time with just few people at the hotel). Besides they had pasta and pizza as well. So, it wasn't a problem to find anything you like to eat. At the day time (between lunch and dinner) you could have burgers, French fries, salads and fruits at Panorama bar. It was also nice to have biscuits and tea form 5 to 6. Water, tea, coffee (ask for Turkish coffee), soft drinks are available all the time. Alcohol drinks and cocktails are available most part of the day. The hotel has a nice spa area. We didn't use it but I heard good reviews of other people. Going to use it next time ). They have a shuttle bus going to and back the beach and that was very convenient. The timetable of the shuttle is good: you could go to beach the time you like. So, we had a very good staying and would like to come back again one day ).

It would be great to have wifi at the terrace, swimming pool and Panorama bar. We had to use mobile internet there.
