The hotel was a bit secluded from the town and sea front. There is a shuttle bus to their private beach 3 times a day, but it may not arrive at the beach to pick you up. The beach area was not great, but there was plenty of sun beds

Very nice environment, the food was very good quality, the staff was very attentions. You can even exchange your EUR/USD for TRY at the reception for a competitive rate.

Overall it was an ok stay. Clean, comfortable rooms, good food and facilities but wifi was not great didnt work most of the time.

The lady manager at the reception was very unfriendly and abrupt didnt seem to know what a good customer relationship is!

The facility has free parking for customers. There is also a large enough adult pool, children's pool and aqua park. There is also a small children's playground.

Food and beverage is below average. The coffees are of poor quality, the buffet is rich in variety but poor in terms of food quality. You may choose to eat out of the facility. So we chosed to end our booked stay early.

The personnel was doing their best to help everybody. The rooms had a nice view of Datca.

We bought 4 rooms for 7 people. It took half an hour for front desk to assign us our rooms. We didn’t ask for the rooms to be close, we only asked to have double beds in them but after a lot of internal discussions and half an hour they managed to give us a room with 3 single beds. I’m sorry to say that but they seemed incompetent. The room was not cleaned properly, there were hair inside drawers, tea spilled on the counter. Also there were no fresh towels in the room and when we asked for them housekeepers did their best to find some for us but it was obvious that fresh towels are hard to find. We stayed 5 days and not once our room is cleaned. Once on the third day there was an attempt to clean on the afternoon and my husband was in the room and ask from them to come back later since he was using the bathroom but never saw them back. Also, the pool is very small for all those people, and also in a disgusting state. At the bottom there’s always a lot of hair, plasters, napkins etc. There was shuttles to drive people to the nearby beach but this year you had to pay extra to use the facilities on the beach since they are no longer contracted to the hotel. The food was okay but diversity was not good and also some dishes run out pretty quickly. Evening entertainment was repetitive and dull.
