A fantastic resort that provides everything you need for a fantastic holiday. Special mention to Firat Divitci at guest relations for his kind assistance. Thank you to Charlie at 'Regal Travel' (resort based). He provides a very good transfer service. There were a few things I didn't like but overall a great family resort. Azit (waiter) in the green buffet restaurant went over and above. We particularly liked the beach buffet. Lovely hot food. The management arranged us a Mexican Al a carte also complimentary. That was delicious.

Pools on the very cold side. No heated pools. We moved from the Sunset Suites as they really were not so good. I didn't like to see the vermin boxes at the corridors. No ice cream for the children at tea-time. Even lollies would be a bonus. (Ice cream is available in the resort at other times of day), just not at tea time. A bottle of beer in the mini-fridge bar would be nice, or bottled local beer part of the all inclusive package. I think there should be drinks table service at the pool area in the daytime. My advice is to stay in the main hotel. The suites are beautiful if you can afford and think twice about booking a "sunset suite".

This was our second stay at Aquasis Hotel, and it was another fantastic holiday! We want to thank all the staff who made it possible. Special thanks to the Customer Relationship team for promptly addressing and following up on even the smallest issues. The hotel grounds are extensive, and despite its large capacity, we never felt crowded at the pools or the beach. However, if you have dinner around 8 PM, you might have to wait for a table due to the crowd, but it’s not a big deal. There are activities for everyone, whether you’re seeking a peaceful retreat or a fun-filled vacation. The hotel’s architecture is well-designed, so you don’t encounter issues with overcrowding or finding sunbeds. The food was excellent, and the service staff were incredibly dedicated and friendly. Special thanks to Yusuf Bey, one of the restaurant managers, who served us dinner even though we arrived late on our first day; Yunus Bey, who organized our meal; Berat Bey at Yakut restaurant, who served us with great energy throughout our stay; and Sabriye Zengin, who kept our room spotless during our stay. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return next year for a longer stay.

Great buffets with daily changes as well as the ‘ à la carte’ restaurants. 3 rooms for the restaurants , great when you’ ve older children above 13 or only with adults. Staff is incredible, smiling, available and always ready to help, Spotless everywhere. Great shows at night, though a bit short. All above makes a great vacation.

Can be difficult to find à chair around the pool as people come early on the morning to drop their towel on the chair even though they don' t show up afterwards.

Everything was designed for a family with kids. Children are easily amused kids pool and slides are perfect as well as play ground and kids club being very close to each other. Food was good for the price. The beach and the sea is amazing.

The Hotels position and the bay its located caused it to be windy most of the time. The gardens and plants around were a bit poor. There should have been a much better lanscape. There is lack of a beautiful view you can enjoy your drinks.

I loved my stay there. The staffs were lovely, the efforts on entertainments for both kids and adults was exceptional. The selection of foods in the main restaurant was alright as they always add something different each night. There are 7 different restaurants to eat (dinner only) if your not too keen on the buffett in the main restaurant, you'd have to make a reservation, I tried the Asian, seafood and Kebep restaurant loved them, I wish I tried the Mexican and Italian. The pavilion (private lounge on the beach) was very relaxing. There are multiple water sports activities, I particularly liked the fact that they refused me participating due to my baby bump, it wasn't about the money but more of my baby's safety. I also enjoyed my time at the Spa I had the Turkish bath and facials.

I can't really fault anything, only thing will be limited staffs that speaks English but they are willing to help.

Great facilities, plenty of opportunities to spend the time. Good and clean beach and pool. Great food with big selections.

Reception and customer support. Any questions raised to reception was not answered. I was struggling to get bath foam refilled for 3 days. Also one person from our group lost hoodie in dressing room, nobody tried to find it. Other personnel was really helpfull and nice.

Meals were magnificent. In standard restaurant there are variety of meals and they are all delicious. Besides there are mexican, japanese and a Italian alacarts. We had chance to eat in Japanese one. They were perfect as well

Wifi was the worst of all. After the evening it's so slow that you can't move anywhere in the internet
