I liked everything. The hotel manager is one of the best managers i have ever met. There was a problem with my reservation, i checked in very late at night, i payed some extra money, but the next day, the manager was very understanding with my situation, and i recieved back the money i payed extra.!!!! Congratulation for the manager!!!!! Congratulation Ramada!!!!

It's a good transit hotel, nothing out of the ordinary, not too good, not too bad.
2 things were less optimal. First, the parking, just felt a bit freaky at night (not unsafe, just excesively desolate). Second, we booked the wrong day by accident and it took a lot of back and forth to cancel it, even if we arrived at the hotel in person. When we asked them to change the booking to the current night, they gave us a very big price, so we went back to the car, used a VPN connection for booking.com (it doesn't work in Turkey directly), booked at a much cheaper price and returned 5 minutes later to a pale faced clerk that could do nothing but welcome us to spend the night.

The staff was kind and smile. The hotel was clean and tidy.
There were people without masks in the hotel (tourists). The elevator is really slow. The location is far away from the center. There's no enough parking space.
