Excellent location, a 5-minute walk from the old town waterfront. At the same time, it is a quiet spot: no noise from cars or music. The apartment features a spacious living room, two balconies, and all necessary appliances in the kitchen. The internet is reliable, and the host is friendly—he agreed to let us stay a few extra hours without charging us any additional fee. Check-in and check-out were easy. There is a grocery store 100 meters away. If you arrive by car, parking is not a problem.

There is no elevator—if you have heavy or large suitcases, be prepared to carry them up a narrow staircase. The bedroom is small, like a train compartment, but that is just a minor complaint. The shower cabin is compact—taller or larger people may find it cramped.

I just stayed here for a week. I would stay here again. So glad I didn't book a hotel. 10 min walk to Marina/old town/big super market. 1 minute walk to convenience shops and diners / bank / ATMs. 15 minute to Indoor shopping centre. The apartment as described. It has everything you need. I just bought a washing up sponge and dishcloth. Plenty of toilet roll provided and clean towels.. There was even washing powder and washing up liquid. A shop around the corner has everything like this if you want anything. I bought a hot water bottle because it was December and cold at night. Wi-Fi was good all the time. I didn't need to contact the owner because everything was good. Just saw him on arrival and departure and he was lovely. Thank you.

The bin was not emptied in the bathroom and there was some raw uncovered chicken in the freezer. Just missed by the cleaner!!!

It was a lovely, very quiet road. The apartment was very clean, well maintained and nothing was too much trouble for Ferhat who managed the apartments. We were very close to a small supermarket and the local Tuesday and Friday Market literally a stones throw away. You could walk round the corner to the main road where you could easily catch the Dolmus buses or take a leisurely stroll to the old Megri, or walk round another corner and within a short distance you could be next to the sea, a delightful meander from cafe to bar with lots of seating to absorb the wonderful views.

There was absolutely nothing I didn't like. Everything met or exceeded my expection. In the absence of a normal oven I would liked to have had a microwave but I managed perfectly well without it and this is in no way a criticism.

Very big apartment, just a few minutes away from the centre and very close to many Dolmus bus stops. The apartment has air conditioner in basically every room and it also has a very big balcony, we always had dinner/breakfast there. The kitchen is well equipped and they also had some basics like salt, pepper, etc. The bedroom is very comfortable and there are mosquito nets at every window. The host was very responsive on whatsapp and check in was very easy.

Wifi was not working well in some rooms but that's alright

This place was so much larger than what we expected. We expected a studio but it was a flat with separate bedroom and a large balcony. The property is very close to bus stops which came in handy. Despite a few negatives, we would stay again.

The bed was not that comfortable and the kitchen could have been cleaner. A lot of the kitchen door handles, dishes and cutlery were a bit grubby. This often happens in places with kitchens where the owners rely on previous guests to keep things clean as I assume not every bit of cutlery gets cleaned by the staff. The bathroom and the rest of the place were very clean though. The location is not bad overall and sort of in the middle of everything but about a 15-minute walk into the old town and a 20-25min walk to the ferries. One night there was a group of very noisy guests who arrived back at about 2 am. Sounds carry in the entire building and you rely on other guests being considerate.

The property was in excellent location and the staff was amazing. Every time I had asked them for anything it was provided. I also ended up extending. My stay was 3 weeks and honestly I couldn’t fault them anything for the price it was definitely worth it. Location only 5 minutes away from harbour and all the restaurant and city Center. Good size of property as well. We managed to cook and dance it was just perfect. It also had a balcony so we were able to sit outside while watching sunset or listening to the rain. I really did enjoy the stay and it kind of felt like home.

The only issue I would say was the shower as sometimes you had to wait for some time to heat it up. The hair dryer was almost blowing up in the had (one of those very old ones) I would definitely get rid of that as it does feel like it’s about to explode while you holding in your hand and it takes forever to dry hair. Other than that everything was perfectly fine :)

It was close to the centre, the apartment was very clean and had an iron and washing machine which was very useful. The host was very responsive. It was a peaceful area, no noise. Supermarket is nearby.

The bedroom and bathroom were very small, however they were decorated with modern furnishings. The air conditioning in the bedroom made a popping noise. I wasn't sure if it was due to the settings.

Lovely apartment, great location. We really enjoyed our stay and our host was friendly and attentive. Our only suggestion would be is to leave guests some tea/coffee just to start off with upon arrival - but that’s not a deal breaker. We will definitely book this apartment again if we come back and suggest it to others.

It was really a lovely place, so nothing else to add.

What a great place to stay in. The self check-in was easy. The apartment has everything it needs: a big couch, a small kitchen with all the utensils you need, a nice bath room, a bed room with a closet and a sunny balcony. There is also a washing machine, laundry detergent, and a place to dry your clothes on the balcony. The beds were comfortable. There are plenty of plugs. Parking is easy and free around the accomodation. Walking distance to downtown and the promenade. And all of this for such a low price, amazing!

I just wished there was an elevator so I wouldn't have had to carry my suitcase up and down the stairs. That's all, otherwise this place is perfect :)

Our host went to great lengths to help us when we experienced a dental emergency. He contacted specialists in Fethiye and Istanbul to make sure that we got the best treatment available and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. He's the epitome of Turkish hospitality and has our highest recommendation. The fresh market is one block away and well worth a visit!
