Very new. Spacious, with a smart layout that allows for separation between sleeping and living areas, but also opens up completely. Comfortable bed and bedding, good shower. Location was very central. From our window we could see a slice of the harbor and sea, and the entertaining pedestrian plaza below. There was a small washing machine in the kitchen, and a fold-out clothes drying rack on little terrace. It had an elevator.

The kitchen lacked the basic supplies one expects: Dishwashing liquid and sponge, dishtowels, clothes washing detergent, salt & pepper, oil and vinegar. The pedestrian mall location was nice for us, but if you are mobility impaired or have a lot of luggage, be aware that a cab or car can only bring you as close as 2 blocks.

It was very conveniently located to cafes/restaurants, shops, markets, boats, buses, old town, and promenade. There was an elevator in the building and someone always at the front desk. The apartment had a firm but comfortable bed, light & dark curtains, A/C in bedroom and living area, good hot water pressure, a washing machine and a safe. The staff were all pleasant and friendly. House keeping was available each day even though we did not always use it.

Some things did not work well: our front door would not lock, and the shower drain was very slow and would get backed up: we reported these issues to the front desk staff but they did not get fixed. Also, the balcony was not usable in our unit, as was pictured in the photos. As an apartment rental, it would be nice if basics such as salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, coffee, tea & sugar were available in the kitchen.

Great apartments, 24 hour reception, friendly staff. Air conditioning was fantastic. Apartment had everything you needed. Water in fridge on arrival. Facilities in apartment were great. Only downside was the superior apartment's balcony had a big air con unit on there so made sitting on the balcony not great and our room wasn't cleaned or beds made, had to ask reception a couple of time but not sure if that's because the light to indicate clean room was not working, other than that, could not fault it. Would definitely stay again and the location was superb.

The size and layout of the apartment were nice, and it had enough storage, which was importsnay for us because we are travelling to a few countries and have 20kg cases with us. The apartment was well equipped and in a central location. The lady at reception was happy to give recommendations when asked and when on duty. Not all staff spoke English though.

We were surprised that the kitchen did not have a starter pack for dishwashing (dishwashing liquid and a sponge) nor washing machine detergent , so we had to go shopping as soon as we arrived. The bathroom cleanliness could have been better. The bed was very hard, so we used one of the quilts as a topper to be able to sleep.

Our family, consisting of two adults and two children, stayed here from June 10 to June 12, 2024. We are pleased with our choice of this aparthotel. It is modern, well-furnished, and clean, offering all the amenities needed for a family for a comfortable stay. The check-in process was also swift. Conveniently located within walking distance of the Marina, it boasts beautiful views from the windows. Parking and supermarkets are a mere minute away on foot. A variety of restaurants and pubs are also close by, eliminating the need for long walks to purchase groceries or enjoy meals and drinks. In summary, I would recommend this aparthotel to any traveler seeking a comfortable stay with all the modern conveniences.

Really lovely apartment. Had all the home comforts needed. We were provided with toiletries such as shower gel, shampoo & conditioner and slippers. Excellent value for money. Staff were extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Location was right in the centre of the town. The apartment was only a few hundred yards from the marina and a 3 - 4 minute walk from the main Bus station for getting around Fethiye and to surrounding destinations such as Calis Beach and Oludeniz.

Absolutely happy with the property, everything was excellent. Location: you can't get a more central location than this. Lots of restaurants and shops just outside. The sea is 1 minute away. There's a paid carpark next door, or free street parking 10 minutes away. Facilities: the property had everything we need including cooking pots, colander, cutlery and baking tray. All the rooms were a good size with ample storage. There was as issue with the lighting, but it was fixed straight away. Service: exceptional service. We came 1 day early as i made a mistake and they discounted the price for the extra night. Price: we went in December, and all things considered, the price was very very good.

The apartment was amazing! It had a big flat screen TV, a proper oven, a big fridge and a washing machine. It was also huge with more than enough space for everyone! It is centrally located with a lovely view of the marina but in a very busy part of town. Shops and restaurants to pick and choose from but it brings noise with it as most places stay open till very late. Best to join the crowds than to opt for your beauty sleep!

I referred to the fact that it was noisy but when we were there in June, the municipality fumigated the streets early morning (4.30) which maked it look and sound like the apocalypse! And then come the street cleaners!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at S3 King Residence Hotel for the second time, in september 2023, and I can confidently say that it was another absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. This trip was a family vacation, and as returning guests, we were welcomed with the same warmth and efficiency that we remembered from our first stay. Our room, a spacious Superior Suite with a breathtaking view of the city and sea, was a perfect retreat just as it was during our first stay. It was tastefully decorated, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. S3 King Residence Hotel remains ideally located within walking distance of major attractions and public transportation, just as it was during our first stay. The convenience of the location greatly enhanced our overall experience, just as it did before. The same high standards of cleanliness and maintenance were evident throughout the hotel, just as they were during our previous stay. Our second stay at S3 King Residence Hotel was a reaffirmation of the incredible experience we had during our first visit. The staff's consistency in providing exceptional service and the overall excellence of the hotel make it a truly outstanding choice. The apartment was really comfortable and clean. The bed/pillows were great.

For a self catering apartment we would have thought it would come stocked with some cleaning materials (eg dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, cleaning sponges/cloths), so we’re disappointed that it didn’t as it meant we couldn’t use all of the facilities without buying a whole bunch of stuff that we’d then have to leave at the property when we left.
