The room was very clean and the furniture were in perfect state. The room has a modern look and works with a key card. It is often difficult to find places with good showers in Fethiye, this place had the best shower! Setting the temperature was easy and good and the pressure was also very good. Also super clean. The location is also nice, in the city centre and next to Paspatur.

The only thing that I did not like, was that the mattrass consisted of two 1 persons mattresses combined into one. This created a gap in the middle and since the sides were not closed off, they would often seperate. Also keep in mind that the rooms are not sound proof, you can hear the neighbours very well but it did not bother me that much.

Excellent location, clean and modern studio. The owner was lovely and available for any questions we had and we were able to use the washing machine which was great. The location is just on the side street and plenty of nearby cafes and restaurants plus the marina is just a few minutes walk away. Would stay here again

The bathroom drainage had a smell…but I think this is a normal issue from our experience in Türkiye so far with how they do their drainage…we just shut the door! Other than that it was great!

Bed was comfortable, shower was hot, bathroom was clean. Cooking facilities were enough to cook a pasta which is great. Washing Machine was great and the room had a drying rack which was super helpful and the clothes dried really quickly in the room. Great location

The only faults we had were some times in the morning the water was hot, more luke warm but was hot at all other times. Needed a washing up sponge/ plug for the sink and bin in the kitchen, an extra mug for coffee but that is being critical. Great value.

Amazing stay! We love Fethiye. Clean, tidy, modern apartment that was central to ferry/public transport and shopping. Host was so friendly and made us feel very welcome :)

The room we were in were road facing so if you are a light sleeper like me, just need to have noise cancellation app, as vehicular traffic moves

It was nice and clean. The location is exceptional!! The owner was so nice and friendly and was always available when we need.

The only thing I didnt like it was the main door to the building didnt have a lock. But the lock on our room was automatic.

Close to harbor, super clean, comfy bed and pillows, stable hot water in the shower and A/C. Pics are exactly as at the Booking.

There is a free city parking lot across the street, but it is very difficult to catch the spot, so it was a bit inconvenient for us. Wish the apartment has the opportunity to park the car of thei guest on their own parking place.

The location was perfect! The apartment is in the center and is very close to public transport. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. All the amenities and facilities were of the highest standard and worked flawlessly including the ice cold airconditioning. Host was excellent. Great hospitality from the moment we checked in until we checked out. I’m sure we will book again when we go to Fethiye.

Location could not be better bang on the heart of it all. Very clean and nicely decorated. I even had a balcony which was super nice. Instructions for check in spot on and the owner was excellent at responding.

I really liked everything about the apartment. It was very clean, room to move around, coffee pot and fridge. It was great to have a little balcony to sit on and enjoy the sun. The black out curtains were great as well as the comfortable linens and duvet. Of course the location was great 5-15 min walk to the sites.
