- Before arriving, I was concerned by some of the negative reviews online, but honestly, I don’t understand them. For me, this was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in — and definitely the best I’ve experienced in Turkey. People should be more fair in their reviews. - If you’re coming from Austria, Germany, or anywhere in Europe, this is a great place to stay and enjoy Fethiye. - The only small downside: sometimes kids were noisy in the corridors, but that’s more about the guests than the hotel.

The hotel is super well located right at the port - with a few minutes walk to the city center & shopping area - with beautiful views from the room and especially the terrace (which you can enjoy all day/evening long, but mainly at breakfast). We had a stylish & modern room (I think not all rooms are renovated yet but we had one of those) and it was relatively quiet as it was not directly looking to the street. Breakfast was delicious with local food and a good selection of everything you need. The staff was friendly and ensured we had everything we needed, they helped us organize taxis to & from the airport and when we went to a beach club and suggested some good restaurants for dinner. Especially the owner knows a lot of cool places, coffee shops and beach clubs and we were always happy with his recommendations :) Will definitely come back whenever we are staying in the area!

Honestly nothing was bad, but if I have to pick something, then maybe the corridor was a bit noisy whenever people talked there, but haven't been to a lot of hotels yet where this isn't the case.

Sink in the bathroom was really slow draining. I think it would be much nicer if a big piece of rubbish, it looked like a box, could be removed from the side garden. I don’t know if this is the hotel grounds but it is visible and it is next to the window.

Extremely kind reception staff. Although it was too late to arrange a later check-out, they kindly held onto my luggage and offered a seat upstairs in their restaurant to have tea/coffee to work which overlooks the marina. This was also a great to place to have breakfast earlier which was plentiful with many dining options. The room itself was very comfortable, clean, good AC, TV, toiletries, fully stocked (I think complimentary?) minibar, and a kettle with tea/coffee. The only downside was booking a sea view but I ended up overlooking the back of the building (it was only one night anyway, and I needed accommodations within a few steps from the marina). Otherwise everything was fantastic and I enjoyed having access to the patio & lounge as I waited for my travel plans.

Exceptional stay at Dedeoglu Hotel, very welcoming staff, absolutely perfect location in the heart of beautiful Fethiye. I have made an extensive search of places before coming to Fethiye and Dedeoglu was definitely the right choice. Very generous open buffet breakfast and great variety. The Marina view from the 4th floor where we stayed is stunning. Highly recommended

The Breakfast was poor.No staff available to provide freah bread,omlettes .Jam and boiled eggs only.Not as it was on previous stay and nothing like as goo as Alesta or Harbour Suites

Location is great if you’re catching the ferry the next day. Also close to old town Fethiye where the markets are and local cafes and restaurants. View from the restaurant upstairs is also amazing

The toilet didn’t flush on demand. Sometimes I’d have to shut the toilet lid and come back some time later to flush it.

lovely location, beautiful views from room and terrace, breakfast sufficient, rooms size ok, gentlemen at reception nice, rooms cleaned often and fresh towels supplied, nice restaurants/ cafes located nearby, trips to Greece, and boating trips from outside hotel

two single beds given when one double bed was requested, lift often sometimes not in use and stuck on fifth floor for service use and therefore had to use stairs sometimes,, would have appreciated having some juices available at breakfast time and scrambled/omletted eggs

Perfect location across from the Port. Our room overlooked the harbour and we were just across the road from where our gulet cruise departed from. Lovely breakfast with views in the rooftop restaurant, and great same day laundry service!

One small complaint - not enough power points in the room!
