Arriving in the early hours almost 2:30am from Dalaman airport, a friendly man welcomed us and we were expected. Two single rooms had been booked. One was accessed via lift and mine via stairs. The rooms were splendid, Wonderful large beds , beautifully furnished and the shower room was excellent with complimentary toiletries. Each had a small balcony. It had to remain closed and the air conditioning was off. The heat was not conducive to sleep, so cold showers were welcome. A wonderful Turkish breakfast was included in the room cost. Once you had worked out all the containers and staff were on hand. It is a great location as were were embarking on a 2 week gulet holiday and it is almost opposite the main harbour. We did not have to leave until 12 noon.

The balcony had to remain closed due to the deafening noise from a local nightclub. We were told it would end at 4am. It was after 5am when it stopped. This was not just in the background, it was very loud. I would emphasise this is not the fault of the hotel. The whole area must have been disturbed by it Maybe 1am should have been a curfew. If this had been the UK I would have complained to the local authority. The hotel owners should take action with the local authority unless this was a one off event. Once it was light I noticed broken glass on the balcony which I reported to the reception later.

The hotel was in an interesting area and staff were all amazing. The breakfast was fantastic, in choice and quantity. The cook made beautiful cakes and stewed fruits (which she described as jam, but were so much better!) The only other thing I'd have liked was fresh juice! My room (and shower room) was great. It had a balcony, although I can't imagine using it. On the top floor of the hotel was a tiny courtyard with a view of the harbour, over some rooftops!

Hard to think of anything. It could be noisy on party nights from a nearby bar (Fri!?) but my room 213 suited me well. Less use of plastic bottles in bathroom so more recycling.

The location is excellent, in the very center of the old town, close to tourist attractions. The hotel staff was very friendly. I would like to especially thank Mustafa Aydoğan from the reception, who helped me with printing and urgently sending an important document related to my work. The breakfast was excellent and delicious. The room was clean, comfortable and beautiful, as was the terrace overlooking the shopping mall. The night was quiet and peaceful, there was no music. Honestly, I was a little afraid of the noise that I read about in some reviews, however, I was delighted with such a pleasant atmosphere. I will be very happy to return to this hotel again and have already recommended it to my colleagues.

Everything was excellent!

We had a day off from all the tours and went for a wander. This town has so much more than the few (Old Town) blocks from the hotel. Each street had a totally different vibe; what a jem. Butterfly Valley was closed when we were there, but the Dalyan tour was incredible AND we saw turtles!!

Pretty noisy at night; we could hear the thump of the bass from the night clubs. However, the only thing that woke us was the workers talking loudly at 4am.

Everything. This lovely homely hotel was wonderful. It became obvious when we came down to breakfast on the first day. It was jam packed with holiday makers. It is in the heart of Old Town Fethiye, alongside all the fantastic quirky Bazaar shops. Opening around 9am till at least 10pm. Prices are remarkable for purchases in AU dollars. Beautiful pier to walk along with loads of boats you can pick for fishing trip, or just for pleasure. 5 minute Walk to the ferry terminal for a trip to Rhodes Greece for a day. Such a wonderful stay in Fethiye for a week. As it's coming into their winter season, markets are beginning to close until summer, probably not all of them though

This hotel is in the heart of the Old Town. Room was small but clean and had all we needed for our stay. We were given fresh bottled water everyday! Wi-Fi worked well. There is a bar/nigh club very close to this hotel, they had an open roof terrace and they blast the music every night from around 9 pm (till midnight at the terrace I believe, then it goes inside and it might be only during high season) - it is very loud BUT the music was great and we didn't mind it at all. In fact, we were warn about it at arrival. Overall the hotel was close to everything, plenty of restaurants to choose from. Breakfast was amazing! so much choice every morning! Turkish breakfast is THE BEST! Staff were very polite and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this place.

-Great location in the middle of the paspatur old town. Everything reachable in seconds.(Pubs, restaurants, shops...etc.) -Very nice suite with spa bath. -Spacious room. -Super comfy wide bed. -AC runs perfectly. -Free water, kettle,safe box,daily cleaning for rooms. -Staff were friendly and helpful. -The 3 guys at reception, the cleaning ladies,the lady at the restaurant( sorry for not stating the names). -All are hard workers, always smiling and ready to help and answer any question. -Decent tasty breakfast. - Don't believe any negative review and concerning music all night from pubs and you can't sleep is being very exaggerated. You will definitely hear some music but the sound isolation is almost perfect. you will definitely sleep without any problem. LOVE FETHIYE

Honestly..nothing at all

The location was very close to the marina and the touristic downtown, to restaurant, change offices. every thing within a walking distance. Public bus station vers close, from which you can go to other places, including the bus station of Fethiye (for transfer to Dalaman airport for example). Breakfast was excellent, personnel very kind and helpful. Travel agencies for tour etc, very close... We were able to leave the luggage at the hotel, after our check out.

Nothing really very important, but some people might not appreciate that the balcony open in a some how partially closed market (clothes and coffee shop), but not us. This doesn't matter for us and didn't disturbed us.

This hotel is in the BEST location - WOW!v We'd stay at this spot again and again for this reason. The location simply cannot be beat. The room is lovely and the AC is VERY strong, which we loved. The bed was VERY comfortable as well and there is a lot of space and storage for luggage. Staff was beyond lovely! All in all, we had a lovely time and would absolutely stay here again.

One of the biggest issues (which didn't bother us, but might bother others) is the noise. It's located in an area with some nightclubs, and so it gets loud at night. This didn't bother us, but it may bother others. Alternatively, breakfast was just okay. In Fethiye, there's not much to do unless you're getting on a boat or going to a private beach. Some of the other hotels will have private beaches, which might be a nice plus to staying elsewhere.

The breakfast was incredible! So much choice. The staff cooked omelettes AS WELL freshly to order. A SUPER BUFFET . We didn’t need to eat again till the evening! The location is in the heart of the bazzar town area. It’s buzzing, but not noisy at night, and everything is close at hand near the Hamam, the marina and the sea front. Glad of the lift as my husbands a wheelchair user. Staff are so willingly helpful.

It would have been nice to be able to sit out on the balcony but ours was too small, but still useful to dry clothes on. It would be better if we had been in one of the rooms that didn’t have 2 steps up to it after the lift as I had to always carry the wheelchair up these every time.
