Amazing views! Very classy hotel, nice decor.

The chairs in the room are squeaky and aren’t comfortable to sit on for a long time, the whole place is kept in art deco style, I get it but it should not be at the expense of comfort. I arrived in the evening and wanted to have dinner at the restaurant, the staff wasn’t very welcoming, they asked me if I booked a table!! Although the place was almost empty. There was no staff by the swimming pool, so it wasn’t possible to get drinks, sauna wasn’t working. The coffee in the room wasn’t free!!! Which is soooo strange….if you claim to be a certain class hotel then maintain it throughout. Overall the hotel was lacking hospitality.

The location of this adult only hotel is stunning, fabulous views looking over Fethiye, the marina, and surrounding mountains.You can even see ancient rock tombs in the distance. Very steep hill to walk down to the marina and even harder to walk back up. We managed to walk down but compromised with a taxi. Beautiful breakfast served upstairs at Citrus Restaurant, with helpful, friendly staff. Casa Margot staff are very friendly with the lovely Rukiye on reception helping out with anything needed. The evening reception staff, sorry didn't get your names equally very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping staff lovely and everyone welcomes you with a smile. Looking at the beautiful ornaments, art and antique furniture was a pleasure. All available to actually buy, would have loved to!! Already booked for next year, perfect place to recover after some much needed dental work. Can't wait for our visit, our room is requested, Rukiye already has it noted! and to see everyone again next year. Thank you all for a wonderful stay x x x

Breakfast was amazing! You chose how you liked your eggs cooked and they were cooked fresh! You also got so much more. Warm breads, cheese, fruit and nuts, preserved fruits, plus sweet and savoury pastries and tea or coffee or both! The staff were wonderful and couldn’t do enough for you! Special mention to Rukiye on reception, who made sure we got our taxi’s booked, even though she wasn’t on duty!

The view from the beautiful pool is amazing but it is in the shade for most of the day which was a shame. We’d read about the hill, and it lived up to its reputation!! Fine going done, killer coming back up, so we got a taxi back most nights!

Amazing hotel! I stayed at the room with sea view and hot tub and I loved it. Very clean, comfortable, spacious and the view is absolutely stunning. There is shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, soap, shaving, dental, vanity and sewing kits in the room, which is very convenient. Stuff at the reception and in the restaurant was super nice, friendly and polite. Good breakfast. Definitely wanna come back!

It'd be good to have one complimentary bottle of water on the check in day. Also there are some reviews saying the hotel is located on the hill and it's hard to climb. Yes, it is but I traveled only with a backpack and during 4 days in Fethiye never used a taxi, I always got to the hotel on foot, it was okay, a little training for legs :) But of course if you have luggage or it's challenging for you to climb that hill, you can always use a taxi, they're easy reachable everywhere in Fethiye. Such an awesome view from the hotel can only be with such a location.

Spectacular views from the sea facing rooms. The breakfast was really nice (it's not a buffet breakfast). The room I had was spacious, clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and would recommend it.

It wasn't really negative for me as I'm quite fit and like a walk, but I think it's worth pointing out. If you have any mobility issues, don't expect to walk up or down the hill to and from the hotel. It's a bit steep and can be slippery after rain.

Casa Margot Hotel is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. It’s listed as a 3-star hotel, but the customer service is better than that of many 5-star hotels, so I’d rate it 6 stars if I could. The rooms are spotless, the breakfast is delicious, and the staff are amazing. They don’t see customers as just a job; they genuinely care for them. Even with the slightest issue, they make sure to ensure that guests are happy. On top of all that, the hotel has an incredible view that truly enhances the whole experience.

Definitely need a car as it is on the hill

View, steam room, the pool is beautiful and clean, the room is comfy and a nice size. Beds are soft, the location of the hotel is really nice and easy access to city center by stairs and the porto where the boat tours start. Staff is nice and helpful.

The option of breakfast is quite boring for vegetarians, but for sure they have food. Other than that, our stay was great and super relaxing. Sauna oven is quite weak but still we got some relax in ~60 degrees sauna, the staff was super helpful to get the sauna working and trying to make it hotter. Steam room on the other side is SUPER intense and great.

From start to finish this was a delightful surprise. The reception was warm and welcoming, the view as you enter the hotel is outstanding and the building itself clean and inviting. Our room was enormous, there was crisp white linen, feather duvet and feather pillows, a large marble bathroom and although we booked a garden room we still had a small balcony looking out to the sea. It’s in a great location to access the ferry to Rhodes, to wander down to the waterfront whilst at the same time an oasis of calm. I would highly recommend.

It would have been awesome if a lift went down to the ferry, we had to walk. But there’s nothing I could fault otherwise

first I would like to thank Seyda at the reception desk as she helped us so much booking the paragliding and taxi, and even arranged breakfast to be delivered to our room before the paragliding. other staff and cleaners are all nice and friendly. the view from the restaurant was spectacular and the room was very spacious and clear. we were very happy with our stay

the hotel is uphill so be prepared for the little walk but taxi was very accessible from the bay and was affordable.

The size of the room,the views were outstanding,the bed was very comfortable,amazing bathroom,well decorated and comfortable furniture

Duvet was too small for very large bed,tv was poorly located,description said that bath robes were included but none available,restaurant not open for evening meals so had to travel to another nearby hotel for a meal,balcony door very difficult and heavy to open and close,coffee machine and 2 coffee pods in room but we were charged for using them at checkout,we assumed that they were complimentary because there is no itemised list of prices for mini bar
