This fantastic hotel captured our hearts, and we will definitely return again. The location is wonderful-close to the yacht club, the city center, and the most beautiful promenade. The lovely bright room is decorated in an elegant style, with a wonderful bed, functional furniture, and decorative elements. We also appreciated the very practical bathroom space, where you can fit everything you need. It makes you want to decorate your own apartment in the same style! Our room faced directly onto the sea, while rooms on the other side overlook a charming home garden that smells of flowers in the morning. The hotel is home to a friendly dog who greeted us in the evening like a true concierge :) You can also find a small gallery of young artists in the hotel. Breakfast was a work of art in itself! The wonderful staff serve a delicious breakfast tailored to you, and you can also order tasty coffee. We especially want to thank all the staff for the wonderful experience and excellent service. We will definitely be back!

Good Turkish breakfast, very friendly staff, (also friendly dog:-)), room with great sea-view on top floor, with a stone bathtub right in the room, which I used just to try it, it was nice! :-) The house and rooms in general I would define on the rustic style style, with wooden staircases, etc., small back garden, but everything is definitely good value for money and location right next to the seafront and Fethiye marina. We spent only one night and did not do much sightseeing, but seems like the walk to the downtown is not too far.

Great location. Very clean property with the cutest friendliest dog ever! The family that runs this place are so kind, sweet and accommodating! The breakfast included with the stay is phenomenal! Their lunch items and drinks are always amazing as well. Very attentive staff. Truly my best stay experience of my trip in Turkey

There is nothing I didn’t like about the property. Things were perfect.

Perle House in Fethiye was a delightful boutique hotel that offered a spotless clean environment and stunning views of the mountain range and Fethiye marina. The location was excellent, and the Turkish gourmet breakfast was a treat, although the menu was somewhat limited. While the hotel felt a bit expensive for the services offered, the sincerity and warmth of the owner, Merve, truly made up for it. Her efforts to ensure a memorable stay were remarkable and greatly appreciated.

Bright and clean, Merve took exceptional care of us. Great restaurant recommendations, went out of her way to help us find the sites we wanted to see. She also noticed on my passport that it was my birthday and surprised me with a treat. Very kind.

Sea view room has the best view but is a smaller room. Partial sea view room, where friends stayed, still had a great view and the room was much larger- I recommend that room

Friendly and helpful owners. They helped us with information regarding the room and our transportation. We stayed at the small room which is comfortable for a short stay. The breakfast is amazing, as is the cafe where it is served. The location is in a walking distance from city center and 3' walk to the port!

Only flaw is that we would have liked black out curtains in the room, but for one night was still ok!

I arrived later as my flight was delayed, it was easy to fi d, my host sent me instructions. The room was spotless! The shower was lush, towels, slippers , toiletries were great! My room opened out to a beautiful garden w8th pomegranate trees, a lime tree - it was lovely. included in my room was a Turkish breakfast! it was amazing!!! and massive!!! The staff could have been nicer, the whole place is super chill but modern with some nice design features.

I loved everything!

The breakfast was fantastic, they provided all the essentials of a typical Turkish breakfast. The room was very clean and comfortable with nice amenities provided. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, going above and beyond to make my stay wonderful.

The shampoo and conditioner provided in the shower was both great, but other than that no issues at all I really enjoyed my stay!

We had the top room. We enjoyed the ocean view! This room had enough space, air conditioning worked well, fridge was nice and cold. Bed and pillows super Comfortable and staff were nice and friendly. We also felt that it had pretty good sound insulation couldnt hear much outside noise.

Maybe more variety for breakfast but still enjoyed it.

Very nice location, relatively quiet (other than normal street traffic), and walking distance to the old town. Graceful hosts, we were upgraded to a room with a bath, which was very nice. Good breakfast, nicely presented (though coffee is not included, which was puzzling, so we had coffee in the room). Nice, clean, pleasant stay overall in a cozy environment.
