Some places just check ALL the boxes and the Hotel Unique is certainly one of them. We stayed here for 11 nights in one of the larger annex rooms last week and everything about our stay was great. The staff are extremely nice, thoughtful and helpful. We really enjoyed talking to them about all things Turkiye and Fethiye, and we learned a great deal. The breakfast is quite good and we enjoyed both Turkish and/or English breakfast each morning. That cat at breakfast is also a great lap warmer. Our room had a stunning view, and housekeeping was great in ensuring we had everything we needed (coffee mostly :). The wifi is excellent which we so appreciate for longer stays. And the place is quiet. We have been in Turkiye for nearly 3 months now, and this was certainly one of our best accommodations. HIGHLY recommend.

We had a truly wonderful stay. The room was exceptionally tasteful, very modern, and decorated in an elegant Mediterranean style. The view over the harbor was beautiful and very enjoyable with full sunset. Everything in the room was carefully selected and of excellent quality. Especially service and hospitality were outstanding. The staff was extremely attentive and always willing to assist with great dedication, which made our stay even more pleasant. The hotel is located on a hillside, with stair access connecting the pool area and the excellent restaurant. The atmosphere throughout is very refined. The Mediterranean and Turkish cuisine was excellent, and the view from the restaurant over the harbor and the sunsets created a very special setting. Breakfast was also very good. A small suggestion: the selection of jams, sweet spreads, and olives could be slightly reduced, as the quantity often exceeds what is needed. Nevertheless, the quality was consistently high. Overall, a very enjoyable experience – we would definitely return and highly recommend the hotel.

Pretty design of the room, great harbour view from balcony, comfortable beds, spacious bathroom, friendly personal, beautiful layout of hotel, restaurant, garden and pool, excellent breakfast with great variety and eggs cooked to order. Our car was parked for us in a tiny parking spot next to the hotel which was convenient. Walking to the city center with its fantastic fish market restaurants takes about 15 min. We booked the Kardesler 12 Islands Day Boat trip suggested by the hotel and enjoyed it very much.

Pool is not heated, so it was too cold to go swimming at the end of October (which was expected). A bit of noise could be heard from the room next door and the hallway - sound proofing could be improved, but that was a minor issue.

Our stay at Hotel Unique was excellent. Creatively built on different levels on the side of a hill the hotel has Style everywhere. The rooms have some great features and are really comfortable with very good facilities. The view from our sea front room was great, you could spend ages watching the boats. Service was excellent, from front desk, room cleaning and bar & restaurant. We hadn't planned on eating in the restaurant every night of our stay but the food, settling and service were so good that is what we did. The Turkish breakfast was wonderful. A great choice and we will stay again when we are back in Fethiye.

The place is great- off the main road. Restaurant and pool have a beautiful overview of the sea and mountains. The hotel is so tastefully decorated and so many plants - its an oasis! The staff were superb, very friendly and accommodating. Location is great - short walk from the old Town and market with a great selection of restaurants and shops. It is also perfect for sunset and a walk along the promenade. Breakfast was great, we ate dinner here twice which was of a fantastic standard- more expensive than your average restaurant in Turkiye but for obvious reasons - staff, location and view! Particular mention to the saksuka which was the best we tried in Turkiye. I would 100% return to this hotel and definitely prefered this area over the Calis Beach which felt very touristy and British.

The only negative with the hotel is it is near some other place that plays loud music until 1am. If you're a light sleeper maybe request a sound proofed room or a room in the main body (we stayed in the annex which was fabulous but you could definitely be kept up with the music!). Also I would prefer if the housekeeping didn't change towels or toiletries every day unless necessary - it just feels like a waste. Either way I loved the stay.

It was a fabulous week at Hotel Unique! I would definitely stay here again! Our room had a fantastic view, the restaurant on site was superb and the location was great! The staff made our stay, they are all very friendly and professional! Most of them spoke English too. We rarely ate elsewhere as the food at the restaurant was that good (and my husband is a real foodie!). The cocktails were really nice; someone knew what they were doing in the kitchen and behind the bar! Breakfasts were so large that we did not need lunch. The pool was a perfect temp and had a great view! The front desk happily arranged all of our extra activities: exploring the ruins in the area and an island boat trip. We are not divers; it looks like a good place for that. There is not a lot to do in the city for a week, except for shopping, private tours, early morning walks, sitting and reading by the pool, planning for the next meal, and taking naps. Wonderful!

I only noticed one thing that could use a bit more cleaning: the shower corners. The shower was clean, but the corners needed a good scrub with an abrasive bleach cleanser. That's all, not a big deal. We vacationed during a very very hot period so it was uncomfortable being outside, but not to be helped since we were heading back to work in Africa and this was a stop on the way. There is no beach close by, it is just city and marina with lots of shopping for tourists.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel-Unique. The ambience of the hotel was impeccable. It is thoughtfully decorated, unique, and stylish. The rooms are luxurious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I really enjoyed the stunning views from the balcony. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and catered to my every need with genuine care and attentiveness. Whether it was offering recommendations for local attractions or arranging transportation, they were always there to assist with a smile. Additionally, the hotel’s location was perfect for exploring all that Fethiye has to offer. Situated in a charming neighborhood, it was within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and scenic waterfront promenades. I loved being able to immerse myself in the vibrant local culture while still enjoying the comforts of the hotel.

We mainly booked this because it was close to the ferry. But we were very lucky because it is a lovely place to stay wherever it was located. Such an interesting place, built into the side of a hill. There’s a buggy to get you to the top levels so access isn’t an issue. The staff were extremely helpful - if you look at all warm on arrival, they always offer a cool bottle of water. and the breakfast was exceptional. We’d definitely stay again. I lost something while I was there - it turned out I’d dropped it in a cafe in town. But the staff were so helpful, searching our room and the buggy route in case I’d dropped it there. Truly above and beyond!

**Hotel Review** I had an excellent stay at this hotel, which truly captured a local and cozy atmosphere. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a suite, making our experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a variety of delicious options that started our days off perfectly. However, the strongest point of our stay was the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff who went above and beyond to make us feel at home.

The only minor downside was that the room’s window wasn’t soundproof, which occasionally let in some outside noise. Additionally, there were quite a few cats in the garden, though this wasn’t a significant issue for us. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its charm, excellent service, and delightful breakfast.

From the moment we arrived we were treated with warmth, respect and care. In particular, the reception staff were all amazing, very friendly and nothing was too difficult for them. They are probably the best reception staff of any hotel we have stayed in. The room and view was amazing. Our breakfast was delicious and once again the restaurant staff were fabulous, very friendly and helpful. We loved the pool and also the fact the hotel was easy walking distance from the ferry. We were really sad to leave this beautiful place.
