Clean rooms and lovely helpful staff. The breakfast is really delicious with plenty of choice for this size of hotel. The hotel is very close to the waterfront with its cafes and boats, and right in the middle of the Old Town.

The same location which is great also means that it's noisy until around midnight with music and talking from the cafes, restaurants and shops underneath. We used earphones so slept quite well but there were some disturbances.

The excellent location (right in the heart of Old Town) it's also its weakness. If you are a heavy sleeper you're fine. But if you take your time to fall asleep and noise bothers you maybe not the best option. People are out in the street enjoying summer and Old Town is a really popular area so be prepared for noise until late.

Small, friendly , hotel. Good location on the edge of the old town, but very close to the new town and also the harbour area. Breakfasts had excellent choice in a comfortable, light and open dinning area. Staff very friendly (even to none/basic turkish speakers like us). Good, clean room with very good shower (needed to let it run to get warm if you were first up - no different to most other hotels), comfortable bed and a balcony - ours overlooked the old town streets.

Difficult to fault. Everything was as we expected it from checking the details during the booking process, all that we expected to find was as described.

Minu hotel is in the heart of the old city. Initially a little difficult to locate but very easy to get to after that. Staff are polite and helpful, breakfast was good. Room was comfortable although on the small side but quiet okay for a solo traveller. Have to walk up a flight of stairs to access reception, I was assisted with my bag due to a knee injury. I wouldn't hesitate to return..

Our stay at Minu Hotel was perfect. From the moment we arrived, the reception team was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and compact, and the hotel’s location in the center of the old town meant we didn’t need any transportation to explore. I highly recommend it!

Too close to Olde Towne. You could hear the music from the clubs in Olde Towne. The surrounding clubs / bars played terrible music. This really isn’t the hotels fault, but word should go out that the DJs need to really consider their music selection as it was garbage.

The Minu Hotel was everything we wanted. The location was great for seeing Fethiye since it was right downtown, but not in a noisy area. It was easy to walk to everywhere from the hotel, including the old port where we caught our boat tour one morning. We had a family room and it was perfect for two adults and two large teenagers. The room was super clean and modern and a nice change of pace from other more traditional hotels. Breakfast was great as well. We had a rental car and were aware that the hotel didn’t have parking. If you have a car, just know that you will have to find parking on your own. There is a city public parking lot right across from the hotel where we left our car for 2 days at 12 euro a day.

Since the hotel is right downtown, there was some music at night from restaurants and bars, but it was very faint and didn’t bother us.

The location is absolutely great - right in the action and walkable to both the ferry and bus station. Breakfast was good - I really enjoyed watermelon. Room was small but nice with AC. Staff was very helpful and allowed me to watch Olympics with them.

The TV in the room is like a size of A4 paper sheet and I was not able to see any Olympic events in the room.

Great value for money. Very close to port if you are doing boat trips. Very clean. Bed super comfortable, great sleep and the noise from bars wasn’t loud or a problem on the third floor.

Internet wasn’t working in my room on the third floor. But as no one else mentioned it in reviews I think it was a one time issue. A few small holes I pillow cases.

We only stayed one night to join a gulet cruise the next day. The hotel is right in the market center so it's near the marina. I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet the room was despite it being on a busy shopping street. Clean room, very small, but fine.

Breakfast was underwhelming.
