Everything about Nirvana Hotel is just right but above all the staff are fantastic. Saniye and her fantastic team will go to any lengths to make your stay comfortable. The breakfast here is something else! In addition to the standard, and what’s already a very rich variety of foods, you get home made additions in the form local delicacies. They will also come around and ask if you want any additional cooked items, such as omelettes etc. Nicely brewed tea is available on the tap (quite literally) and can be enjoyed long into lunch time (great if you like enjoying the amazing pool after your breakfast as we did). The rooms are clean and are serviced everyday. There is an A/C unit in every room which was very much needed as the temperatures in August hit 50C! The location is extremely handy. Just a stone’s throw from the bustling city centre and the marina yet far enough to have the peace and the quiet you need to rest. We will be coming back…If you are looking for a place to stay in Gocek, I doubt you will be able to find a better bang for your buck than Nirvana Hotel.

People smoking at breakfast tables!

Location was perfect being less than 5 minutes walk from the town and seafront Staff were extremely polite,kind and caring Cleanliness of the room and surrounding facilities was very good The room was spacious with a bonus balcony,the bathroom was also the biggest of our trip and very well equipped Breakfast was buffet style served by the pool,it was typical Turkish with daily variations provided,homemade doughnuts dipped in honey with morning coffee were a real treat as was the freshly made omelettes .

A little residual noise from other guests in the emorning and adjoining properties along with a barking dog and a cockerel but it did not detract from our sleep or stay. Can I suggest that daily fresh bread be made available for breakfast this was the only component that seemed to be missing from the buffet. Some guests were smoking at the table next to us in the breakfast area,I dont know if this allowed or not,if not a sign is required and some tables outside the main breakfast area for those who want to sit and smoke after breakfast.

Lots of greenery on the hotel site, apparently they have their own well so plenty of water. Large room and it was cleaned every day. Nice pool area .

Although the pool area is nice the sun beds and mattresses could do with an upgrade.

The breakfast is good and also the location is so close to the downtown.

When your neighbours close their door, the sound can be easily heard. It makes noise. Also, you can hear the loud of people when they use the stairs for the rooms that are in the top floor.

Lovely small hotel made up of separate blocks of rooms. We had a two bedroomed apartment which was in the older building. It was very clean and well looked after. Lovely gardens and quiet swimming pool area. Breakfast was superb - Turkish breakfast buffet and the friendly owner made cheese omelettes and menemen fresh for each table - we were very well fed! 5 minute walk to Gocek front and restaurants

Great spot, clean and spacious, the pool is amazing, breakfast is brilliant, be careful of the old lady and her frying pan, when she comes around with her omelettes, she will not take no for an answer.

It’s like a beautiful oasis of calm. our hosts, Sania and Roget (spelling?) were delightful, helpful and just wanted to feed us continually at breakfast ( and it was hard to say “no”). the location was perfect being one street back from the main high street. Pool whilst not heated, was fine once you were in and the perfect antidote to the hot sun. Apartment itself was lovely with efficient A/C. recommend going for the kitchenette as you then had separate bedroom and sitting room; plus of course the kitchenette to prepare a lunch occasionally. Would certainly stay here again if we went back to Gocek, and indeed most of the guests seemed to be returners!

absolutely nothing!

The hotel was really clean and close to all attractions. The owner was an old guy really nice and helpful whenever we ask for something he was ready to help. the rooms were spacious for family stay, the swimming pool was great and the location was amazing, quite and same time walking distance from the port. As an observation if you go to Gocek for the beach is not the place to be if I knew before I would not chose this destination, everything is private and costs a lot the food in the village is super expensive and not amazing…it’s mainly for pple with boats.

Everything was ok I gave 10 out of 10 cause the owner was a nice person but unfortunately there was some imperfections…the old lady who serves the breakfast was rude and has unfortunately no customer service skills. We have stayed a whole week there and every morning her attitude with us was very strange she didn’t even reply when we say Good morning strange cause I read the comments before choosing the hotel and they were saying the staff was super nice, for our experience was not the case a part from the owner who was super nice. the breakfast as well was not the best, every morning we had an old bread that can not be eaten I found this scandalous serving old bread for 7 days we had to bring our own bread.

We chose it because it was close to the centre and because it had a pool.

Would have been nicer if the staff understood you a little better, we couldn’t get any English channels on our tv even though we asked several times for them to correct this! Breakfast would have been nicer if they had done fresh pancakes and had a coffee machine.

Location was great so easy to walk to everything.It was lovely sitting around the pool. Very good breakfast lots of food and lots to choose from.

Beds were a bit hard but I think this is the norm in Turkey
