We recently spent our family holiday at TUI Magic Life Sarigerme — my wife, our 7-year-old twin boys, and myself — and it was exactly the kind of break we were hoping for. From the moment we arrived, everything felt easy, comfortable, and well taken care of. The food was excellent with plenty of variety every day, and the beach bar and beach snack bar became our favourite spots between swims — perfect for grabbing something tasty or enjoying a cool drink in the shade. The beach itself was clean, well-organised, and never felt overcrowded, so we could truly relax and enjoy the sun and sea. Our room was just right for the four of us — spacious, comfortable, and spotless. We also appreciated small but important details, like the excellent water pressure in the shower, which made every end-of-day rinse feel refreshing after hours in the sun. What really made this holiday special, though, was the people. The entire staff were polite, attentive, and genuinely friendly, always ready to help with a smile. We would especially like to thank Savaş, Sena, Nur, Buse, Damla, Yusuf, İbrahim, Atakan, and Ergin, along with the administration and animation teams. Their kindness, energy, and professionalism made us feel truly welcome and cared for. We left with happy memories, a lot of laughs, and the feeling that we’d love to come back. The location of the bungalows (for families) requires climbing some stairs, which might be a consideration for guests with mobility issues. There are also many cats within the hotel premises. Unfortunately, both my son and I were scratched, and we learned that the hotel could not confirm whether the cats were vaccinated. As a result, we had to visit the Dalaman State Hospital several times (about 30 minutes each way by taxi). I personally covered all taxi fares, even though I had asked the hotel to arrange transport or cover the cost, which they declined.

Everything was just amazing, and I am so happy we booked this resort. The place is picturesque with a beautiful beach and blooming gardens. Our room was on the top floor and the sea view was wonderful. The room, clean and comfortable, had everything we needed, but we didn't spend much time there anyway. I could write a long essay about the food, especially breakfast and dinner, but to summarize: the variety, quality, and presentation exceeded our expectations. We loved the Mediterranean/Turkish cuisine with lots of fresh or grilled vegetables, salads, appetizers, and, of course, Turkish meats. All the staff deserve praise, they are always smiling and ready to help, but I have to put the animation team first as we had a great time participating in various games, activities and dance parties on the beach. There were always plenty of loungers on the beach and at the relax pool. One more thing worth mentioning - the excursions that can be booked at the hotel. We did a sea boat tour and a full day river boat tour with stops for mud baths and the turtle beach.

There are some minor things that could be improved (water in the pools could be a bit warmer), but this doesn't affect the overall experience, which was 10 out of 10 for us.

Loved the whole complex. The food was amazing and very fresh with loads of options and something to suit everyone. We enjoyed every meal we had. There were plenty of sunbeds both on the beach and at the pools. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There was a variety of entertainment each night.

The only thing I did not like was that the rooms did not have walk in showers. Showers were in the bath and getting in and out of the bath was difficult for me as recovering from an ankle injury. Asked for change of room but they only have a couple of rooms with walk in showers and none were available.

The room was excellent—spacious, bright, and equipped with everything necessary. Daily cleaning was impeccable, and the cleaning lady was extremely kind. The beach had fine sand with a gentle entry into the sea. The sunbeds were well spaced, so you could relax comfortably and with a sense of privacy. There were plenty of activities, so boredom wasn’t an option. A big shout-out to the yoga instructor and the sweetest redhead from Zumba. Overall, the entertainment team did an extraordinary job.

For our taste, the food wasn’t the most flavorful, but I think that comes down to personal preference. Since the resort caters primarily to German tourists, the food is adapted to their style. I believe this is an area where they could improve. The resort itself is a 10/10, but I would rate the food a maximum of 7. I would have liked to see more barbecue options and grilled meats. I also missed the traditional lamb, which was only on the menu a few times during our 7-night stay.

Perfect location (beach is right there!), incredibly attentive staff, very nice pools (including adults only), plenty of food and drinks, surprisingly comfortable beds, no pesty mosquitos. Had no need to leave the premises for the duration of the trip.

Rooms (especially bathrooms) are outdated. No vanity kits provided (only shampoo and soap in dispencers). Had to ask for a bathrobe at the reception. Plenty of food and drinks available in the all inclusive package, but everything is rather plain and bland (gluten free options are practically non-existent, but apparently a gluten free menu can be provied if requested before arrival).

Fantastic sandy private beach with enough loungers, very friendly staff pretty much everywhere any time, great water sports and tennis facilities with competent and friendly instructors at both. Free tennis classes. Competent reception. Useful shops on premise to buy things like sun cream and water toys. Good and varied selection of food, mostly focussing on Turkish food, but with variety on world cuisine (e.g. sushi, Indian etc). Good food hygiene, no tummy troubles. Courteous visitors - mostly families German/Austrian alongside some Turkish and others. Satisfies the expectations for an all-inclusive experience - wasn’t pushed or felt compelled to pay for anything. Good wifi for a hotel in Turkey.

Could’ve had more fridges with self-serve water bottles especially at night since then there is no other way to get water except asking at the bars. Some of the dishes were hit and miss for authentic taste, especially some Turkish dishes surprisingly (e.g. aubergine dolmas). During dinner it can get very busy for getting drinks from the waiters, option to self-serve soft drinks would have made things easier. Snack bar food options were relatively limited (just burger and wrap). Steep climb/steps between the hotel and the beach/pool area may not be for everyone and there’s no way to avoid it.

Everything about this resort was great: lovely sandy beach with clean water, tasty food, friendly staff and beautiful grounds. We stayed in a family bungalow and it was very spacious and comfortable for our group of three adults and one toddler. The rooms were cleaned daily and the hygiene throughout the place was impeccable. There were enough umbrellas and loungers on the beach and it never felt crowded. The Turkish specialty restaurant was nice but honestly the evening buffet was even better. The whole atmosphere was very relaxed and there were many great things for children, like the playground and the mini zoo. Another advantage is that the resort is only a 20 minute ride away from the airport. We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this beautiful resort and would definitely come back.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in every aspect. We often go to all-inclusive hotels on the Mediterranean and this hotel was definitely the best in terms of: - Food! Great variety, quality and presentation. We even liked it more than in similar hotels in Spain, Italy or Greece - Entertainment! Great for children and adults! Amazing water sports facility- my husband did catamaran sailing, windsurfing and water-ski. Kids enjoy daily banana boat rides and canoe. Everything included! Nice sports, mini-club and evening entertainment programs - Staff! A big thank you to the whole team! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. - Territory. Surrounded by mountains, amazing beach, lots of nice trees and flowers. Even an own zoo - Rooms. Family rooms are great (but you need to walk uphill). Excellent cleaning. Lots of little touches

You need to be really picky to dislike things at this hotel. Just a couple of minor improvement suggestions: - Put spoons on the breakfast tables (we always forgot to take them from the buffet) - Re-consider the premium alcohol offer. I didn’t see anyone actually buying it - Extend the snack time at the Beach bar. 5 pm is a bit too short if you like to stay longer at the beach and not walk up till the lobby - Some rooms might require renovation in the mid-term
