We had a pretty good stay. The room was clean. There was no AC, but the temperature was generally okay. We were a family of four with two kids (6 and 8 years old). The sofa wasn't set up for sleeping, there was a missing pillow, but overall the conditions were very good. The bathroom and shower were clean and functional. The staff were very friendly, from the front desk to the people serving breakfast and cleaning staff.

The breakfast could definitely use some improvement. It was pretty basic—just boiled eggs, a few types of cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, honey, butter, several kind of jelly and some cakes. There was no meat, and the bread wasn't replenished. Also, only instant coffee was available.

This hotel was a great find—walking distance to the centre of Isparta, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were excellent, incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was super clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was beautiful, with a great variety of fresh, local options. A comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Isparta.

The staff here was very pleasant and especially the guy at the reception desk and one of the cooks. They made me feel very much at home.

The room I had was a little hot. It was a wet tracing room, and I also think it had a water heater, which was gas fired that created some heat in the room, but other than , the room was really nice.

Cleanliness was exceptional, the location is in a peaceful neighborhood, 4 min to the closest city bus stop.

There are some loose AC wall plugs and loose shower room doors. Both issues could be easily fixed for 3 minutes. But, neither of those have impacted our quality of stay.

The location is near all attractions. Very clean property and good facilities. Nice breakfast. Very spacious rooms.

Staff in reception can't speak English, hard to communicate even with google translate. Not accomodating for late check-out caused by a problem with the door of the room that held us from taking our luggage even though we insisted on staff to call us once the problem gets resolved. No elevator.

Awesome location. 5 min walk to the bus station and there is multiple lines that by that station. The staff is very frienldy and helpfull

The receptionists were very kind, polite and helpful. The ladies at the kitchen were very kind too. The location is very nice, near to the bus station and one of the main mall in the city.

The hotel is perfect for stay. The city is interesting and for children is perfect because there is a lot of garden with climbers.
