First of all if you decided to stay in Kadikoy you must already know or, in case it's your first time, to understand, that you are going to stay in the middle of real life of Istanbul. It means less tourists and more locals. They live their life, they relax at night when it's finally not that hot and talk all over the altogether quiet street. They live their vivid loud life and you become a part of it. If you don't like it - stay in some fancy hotel in touristic areas or don't go to Istanbul if you are going to blame hotel for too much noise. Güner Business Hotel is an awesome catch for the price. Location is just terrific, if you want to explore Kadikoy and Moda. If you are not a walker, if you are interested in sightseeing, you must choose another disctrict altogether. This hotel is a safe place to become a part of Istabul for a while. The soundproofing is not perfect (but much better than in some hotels!!), but if you open your windows the city will be more loud. If you turn on AC it will cover all the possible noises from neighbours being a plain white noise for you. Again, it's not for everyone. If you live in countryside - you will probably go crazy. I personally live in megapolis and it's never quiet there, so the sound of AC was truly soothing for me!! According the breakfast. You will have a basic Turkish style bufet breakfast with an option to order eggs and such for edditional (very modest) price. I am always late for breakfast, so mind you - there are plenty of places in the area to have any kind of breakfast of your liking. Cleanliness: I've read the reviews before my stay too - they do clean on demand!! Don't pay attention to comments of people who don't understand what they are told. You need your room to be cleaned - ASK. The bathroom is really really clean and good, the towels are not new, but perfectly clean. The sheets are white and clean.

I undestand people who say the pillows are a bit weird. For me it was not a problem, but for some they might be not good. Everythings else was better than chould be imagined for this price.

The location of this hotel is nice, if you're planning to be close to all the restaurants and shops. Also quite close to Kadikoy port (boats to the Bosphorus or the Islands). The rooms are not big, but everything you need is there. It's clean, beds are okay, desk to work, water, tea, coffee...not too bad. Bathroom is also okay, good shower and proper cosmetics. The staff is very nice and friendly.

The breakfast was okay, but not special. It's a little bit noisy in the rooms. Lot's of traffic which stops a bit after midnight. The airco was very loud and not possible to sleep with airco on (at least not when you're sober).

The location is very good. Close to lots of cafes and restaurants as well as shopping venues and the bus station. Room is clean, staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is "ok"-ish - some more diversity would be appreciated.

Internet wasn't very good. The first evening I had no internet at all. I could connect to wifi but it provided no internet. The windows mechanism seems to be broken - you better not touch it. I had some hard time trying to close it after I wanted to let in some fresh air.

This is a small hotel. There are no more than 20 rooms here. The rooms are very clean, quiet, calm. The service is excellent, unobtrusive but timely. The location is ideal for this area of Istanbul. I would also like to note that the hotel is not greedy for bathroom accessories. Although the owners position the place as a business hotel, in my opinion it is perfectly suitable for couples who travel without children. We felt absolutely safe and comfortable throughout our stay. And the price was more than acceptable

We had 13 days of excellent experience, the hotel staff is amazing the breakfast is delicious the room service is great and the most wonderful is the location very safe and close to every thing, all shops and restaurants within 2 minutes and the big ulu Jameaa. market and the biggest Saturday bazar is cross the road .and the manager is a very friendly person very professional understanding and he will help you in any way that will make you feel comfortable.the place is amazing and thanks to everyone who helped us make our stay the most memorable. If they ask me to stay again I will choose Kayan hotel in bursa city the top of my list without any doubt .amazing place amazing staff.

Every thing every one

We are in this hotel for the second time and everything is really correct. Staff very friendly especially at breakfast, excellent breakfast and fresh every morning, great location, close to the subway and ferry. They clean the rooms every time you tell them to. If you come by car there is a public parking lot nearby which is very cheap .

This time the bed was a little uncomfortable and there is a lot of noise from the surrounding rooms, you don't come without earplugs :))

Very good location. Clean business hotel. Breakfast was very good in a very nice coffee part of the Hotel. Personnel were very polite.

Rooms needs a bit renovation, but nothing crucial. In general all was good!

Relatively new 3star hotel with all basic amenities.

Booking advertised all kinds of amenities (I.e. bath) that are probably only available in certain rooms as we didn't have them. Also our room was advertised as accommodating 2 adults and a child, but we really wandered where would we put the child if we had one 😅

Our third time staying at the hotel. The location is really good in Moda, close to lots of restaurants, cafes and shops. Also public transport is very comfortable including Kadikoy public transport port and big paid car parking where you can always find a spot if you are traveling by car.
