It's nice place to stay before flights, tasty breakfast. My room was clean with comfortable bed. Also the restaurant closes late and you may try turkish dishes. Friendly and supportive team (Zamira, Mehmet and other) speak English and not only, what is important for tourist from different countries.

It’s been my second stay in Hidden Hills Hotel for an overnight layover between my flights. The advantages of this hotel over others are safety, respectful communication, the location close to the airport, flawless and clear organization of your stay and transfer, cleanliness, and good value for the money you pay. Their own restaurant is open till 2 a.m. which is good for the guests who arrive late at night and are hungry. I preferred room service, and it was well done. The hotel is located about 12-14 minutes away from the International Airport. I felt absolutely safe despite having to travel alone. My transfer was very comfortable and fast. The drivers were helpful, nice, and attentive. The receptionists were really professional, caring about your needs, patient, and friendly. Onur and Ömer did everything to make me feel comfortable starting from my arrival till departure. These people really hear you as a guest of the hotel. They try to help you get a positive response to all your requests demonstrating patience, knowledge of the available facilities, and respect. The room service guy was very polite, trying to make the delicious food he brought also look esthetically pleasing on the table. I slept very well and long and couldn’t make it to breakfast. When Ömer understood that he immediately organized some tea and pastry for me right before my transfer. This was a very kind and sweet gesture. I most definitely recommend Hidden Hills Hotel in case you need a safe, clean, beautiful and comfortable place to spend time between your flights.

This hotel is perfect as a transit option. It’s located near the new Istanbul Airport (IST), with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are equipped with everything you need (except for bathrobes — unfortunately). The bed and pillows are very comfortable, and the staff are incredibly helpful and always ready to assist with any request. A special mention goes to the team at the hotel restaurant — they made my stay as comfortable as possible, were always accommodating, and created a pleasant atmosphere. If you need a place to spend the night before or after a flight, this hotel is definitely a great choice. And as for those complaining about airplane noise… seriously, what did you expect when booking a hotel next to one of the busiest airports in the world? As someone with very light sleep, I can confidently say that the sound of planes did not disturb my rest at all.

We loved the VIP transfer van with a starry ceiling and pink/purple lights! It made going to the hotel in the evening and to the airport very early in the morning much more pleasant! The driver of the van also communicated well with us before pick up and waited for us diligently in spite of our flight delay. The hotel is well located, a 15-minute drive from the airport, which makes it a good choice if you've got a long layover at night and are looking for a place to sleep. The staff is courteous, especially Ensar from reception who made a call for us to the airport.

Lack of choices for breakfast, and a giant heating system that is blowing hot air very strongly (and noisily) in people's faces in the restaurant. It made eating there unpleasant. Also, there was no shampoo left in the distributor in the shower when we checked in. I noticed while showering, and when we asked reception, they (quicky though) sent a very small bottle of shampoo that wasn't as good a brand as the one we normally had in the distributor in the shower. A pity.

The night shift in this hotel was very friendly, but nightmare from organisation perspective: - first we got non-working key - then we got wrong room - the evening guy forgot about traffic in the morning and forgot to properly book transport (at departure time driver wasn’t ready) - disinformation Otherwise: - internet connection working, but working slow - bathroom had leakage in shower - half of the bathroom was flooded while we showered - food is very expensive - for example pizza from 15 do 25€

Hotel is rather new and good located (just 15 minutes drive from airport, few minutes walk from supermarket) with nice design. Room was spacious (thanks to hotel staff for upgrade) and comfortable with comfortable bed, effective air-condition. Breakfast was tasty but rather poor (though enough for one night).

It was rather noisy - not only from low flying planes (in reality they don’t bother too much), but late works from nearby construction and loud prayer from mosque situated at about 100 m (started at 04:00 approx at night).

The staff was very nice, the room was spacious and clean. The breakfast had various dishes and good.

Location: it was really hidden!😆 It's so hidden that not even a taxi/uber could come. We ended up ordering a VIP shuttle via the front desk to make sure we won't miss our flight. The thermostat was not efficient. We set it up at 21, but the temperature reached 25. We noticed a black plastic on the lower part of the windows was extremely hot heating up the room. The window was not closing properly, so we left it open several times. The shower door opening was too narrow, making it uncomfortable to get in/out. The toilet paper holder was not properly fixed to the wall, juggling and hardly holding the paper. The digital "Do not disturb" on the door as well as the safe were not working.

Close to the airport, has a shuttle service (25€ one way), a taxi is around 10€. The staff was helpful and allowed a later checkout.

Our bathroom smelled like sewerage, the drain was clogged and water never went down. The room isn’t soundproof, I could hear one neighbour partying and the other one watching tv. I didn’t enjoy breakfast too much, but it was ok. All in all, the hotel is average and tired, there is no luxury to it besides the golden decor and some fancy chandeliers :) P.S. There is a huge mosque just on the other side of the street, make sure you have earplugs to sleep through the morning prayer call.

I stayed in this hotel on 9th & 10th November 2024. The second night I booked via booking.com When I arrived at the hotel, my first impression was that it is clean,. The rooms that I stayed in were very clean and had a lovely walk-in shower cabinet. I stayed in two different rooms and both were large, not poky. Breakfast was good and plenty, a help yourself job. I had an evening meal which was very tasty and I would recommend the food. The hotel is close to Istanbul International airport, say 15 minutes by taxi, a taxi costs €30 one way. The hotel can provide a taxi to/from the airport. I happened to get a good deal on the taxi from hotel back to the airport for €15. This was from the receptionist, Omer, at the hotel reception desk. Omer, was very helpful to me on other matters also. The rest of the staff that I came into contact with were very helpful, courteous and polite. I cannot fault any of the staff. I got this hotel via booking.com for €81 - one night,(includes breakfast). I thought that this price was reasonable for the good standard that the hotel was. If I require to stay in a hotel again in Istanbul for a few days, for sure, I'll stay at The Hidden Hills. If rooms are available that is.

There was nothing that displeased me about this hotel and my stay.

The hotel was exceptionally good. I wanted somewhere to rest with young children and my wife before continuing our journey from the UK to Tanzania. I was really impressed, everything was perfect, the staff were really helpful, and only 20 mins from the airport at very very good price to compare with hotels within airport. Mustafa received us at the reception desk, from there on was just smooth and relaxing 24 hrs of our stay.
