It was our third accommodation in this hotel and we may honestly say that it was perfect! The rooms are very comfortable and always fresh. The hotel staff is very polite and always ready to help! They helped us and our parents with transfers from and to the airport. They are very attentive to their guests! And we would like to express our deep gratitude to Ruslan! He always stayed in touch with me and my parents as they didn't speak English! Because Ruslan can speak Russian. He was aware of all the flight details to make sure the driver could meet my parents in time and provide them with a safe trip to the hotel. He met my parents in the hotel and accommodated them with comfort! We wish you prosperity! You are the best!

The hotel is perfect and not far from the airport! They also arrange transfers from and to the airport. The rooms are very clean and fresh. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. Employees are very polite and ready to help! We stayed there 1 year ago, and now my parents have chosen this hotel according to our advice. And they will stay there again! My parents don't speak English, and it was hard for them to navigate in the airport. Ruslan speaks Russian. He was in touch with a drive and my parents all the time, and he helped them to get to the hotel. He provided great support to them. We are very thankful and happy to choose this hotel!

The place is as described. The rooms are fairly quiet and spacious. The staff is great, responsive, and respectful. Two of the best receptionists there were Salma and Osman, both very friendly and cheerful. The location is great for those who want a quiet place or a connecting road to central Istanbul. I would definitely recommend it!

The floor we was given this time was horrible We stayed level 2 for the last 3 visits the rooms so beautiful but this time we was given level 4 we couldn't even move in our room it was tiny and the curtains fell out the wall on my husband The toilet room smelt very bad

The location was excellent. The Hotel had been revamped and was modern. The manager was really friendly and more than happy to provide tea and water. It was an easy walk to all the local sights and loads of restaurants in the area. I would highly recommend this hotel

Very good option to stay a night between flights and to have a good rest. Friendly staff, transportation from/to airport, kettle/tea/coffee in the room, good bed. A lot of places with a good turkish food around.

Some thingd in the bathroom requieres some attention, but still are in moreless normal condition.

I have mistakenly booked this hotel which is nearby by the new Istanbul airport, and next morning I had to go to the old Istanbul airport which is very far from this hotel, but the reception guy from Tajikistan helped me and write how to reach the airport, rare to see such dedicated stuff these days, I appreciate it!!

AC in the room didn't work properly.

Good hotel for an overnight layover in Istanbul. The hotel employees are very friendly and helpful. The transfer is very convenient and well organized. A couple of breakfast places nearby.

There was an unpleasant wet smell in the room, however, opening the window and turning the AC on helped after a few hours. Open cables under the bathroom mirror.

Receptionist very kind and helpful. Wven when my card presented issues they let us pay at the check in. Room pretty simple but perfect for sleep (we qrrived turky 4am and our main hotel only open check in at 2pm).

Location aeeama closw to the airport but you need to use a taxi or if you have a fair idea how buses work might have thta option.
