Front desk clerk Bahar speaks excellent English & is very helpful. Good restaurants and markets nearby. Very clean with good-sized rooms. Very efficient airport pickup procedure (if you have What's App), and we got a deal for 1 way airport shuttle for 20 euros or round trip for 30 euros- pricey, but the best deal we could find. (Bitaxi from airport is frustrating-. Frequently drops the promised driver (or they bail on you). When you do connect, the app says go to departure level door 6 for "easy pickup," but the drivers all direct you to come to the mosque parking lot, which requires you to take the moving sidewalks toward the Metro, and then continue walking toward the mosque on a long path). I would not recommend you rely on Bitaxi to get you to the airport for your flight out. The Meshk shuttle was there at 5am with no issues!

Depending on the room you can have street noise & can hear other guests if they are loud. It's a quick ride to/from the airport by car, but pricey. If you go by bus, it's quick enough, once you find the right bus-stop & the bus arrives.

The place is very clean, comfortable and modern. I arrived very late at night to Istanbul and the hotel organised me a transport to the hotel from the airport. The driver Mehmet Cartal was very amiable and we had a very pleasant chat on the way. He was so kind and also helped me to carry my luggage into the room. Although I came to a hotel at 2.30 am the check in was very easy and quick with the owner that welcomed me in his place. He offered me water and fresh fruits. The hotel is situated in a very good place for travelers who are coming with a plane. You can ask the hotel for an airport transfer (which is good especially at night) or take a direct bus (the bus stop is ca. 7 min from the hotel doors). I highly recommend this place 🙂

Nice new place ideal for a stopover between flights. The room was clean and comfortable and the WiFi worked well. I especially liked the welcome platter of fresh fruit and nuts, even more so as I arrived after midnight.

The hotel transfer from the airport is expensive at EUR20.00 as a local taxi is about TL220.

Ideal hotel for a sleep between flights at Istanbul Havalimani Airport (IST). Just a 15-minute taxi ride from the terminal. Clean rooms and helpful staff at a very reasonable price

I recommend taking a yellow taxi from the airport to the hotel (~10€) and booking the hotel's private shuttle service to return to the airport. The shuttle was more expensive but reliable and on-time

Tried to take a yellow taxi from the airport who wanted to charge 100 euros for the 10 minute drive! The hotel booked the 20 Euro shuttle for me the next morning for an easy trip back. Not the property’s fault but I recommend using their shuttle!

Cheap place to stay for one night when you're waiting for your next flight. They have a comfortable transfer from the airport if you need it, also you can walk from the metro station, but keep in mind, it will be 2.5 km alongside the highway. There are comfortable beds, hot shower, some coffee inside the room. Staff is super friendly, they speak multiple languages, so it was pretty easy to communicate. The place is quiet, all windows in the room are quite soundproof, so you don't hear the noise from the airport.

The location is quite far from any transport, but as I said, they have a transfer service if you have a lot of luggage with you. There are a lot of constructions around, however we didn't see something in action in February. Also I would suggest to add more water in the room, small bottle for 2 people is not really enough sometimes, especially when the air is pretty dry.

The hotel was in a good location; however, I was expecting it to be closer to the metro - my mistake. I liked the breakfast very much. The room was small but comfortable enough, and there was a reading light. It was a good option to stay near the airport and was really convenient. I also wanted to thank the manager of the hotel who was very kind to help me with arrangements for the taxi, which was very convenient, and for providing overall directions on how to reach various places and other instructions. It was very helpful.

For the negative points, I would say that the room was really quite small and there was no cupboard to place any items. This hotel would be ideal for just one or couple of nights stay, but not for a longer stay because there was not a single option to place either the coat, suit, or any items of clothes. The room was truly very, very small, accommodating exclusively for the bed. That needs to be considered for travellers, but for a short period of stay, it was a relatively good option with excellent breakfast - variety of various small things are really nicely served.

This room exceeded expectations and was extremely comfortable and clean. We thought it was very quiet considering its proximity to the airport. We had no trouble sleeping. Excellent value and very close to the airport. The breakfast is a set meal and great if you do not have any special dietary requirements. The staff are friendly and very helpful. We had the hotel organise our transfer to the airport, and found is was quite good value compared to other transport options, and most importantly on time and seamless. There are a few restaurants nearby and a couple of supermarkets but otherwise not much around. Overall very highly recommended for an easy night before or after arriving at IST. We would definitely stay again!

TV did not have Netflix etc. Lack of breakfast option for special dietary requirements, gluten free, vegan, etc.

Communication with staff throughout the booking process, checking in and checking out was excellent. We requested transfers both from the airport and back and were pleased with it. When we were brought to the hotel we were greeted at the door and quickly checked in and shown to our room. We were able to have our breakfast at 5am, in time for the transfer pick up at 5:30. The staff worked hard and well for our review score of 10.

We had trouble finding the pick up point at the airport for the transfer to the hotel, but only because I failed to watch the video provided by the hotel via WhatsAppk. If I’d watched the video, we would have know exactly how to get to the pickup point.

The property is close to the airport and accessible by bus. It’s perfect for a short stay. All staff members are very welcoming, friendly and professional. Especially the lady at the reception. Upon arrival they offered tea/coffee and next morning prepared breakfast personally to the asking time, which was very nice and convenient. Great value for money.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. Only the shower head in the shower could be changed and the sound isolation in the bathroom is not great. But all these minor conditions didn’t compromise the overall comfort and hospitality.
