Friendly staff, clean place. Organized transfer and breakfast service. Very helpful reception staff

A little bit tired in some places

Close to the airport, just 15 min of taxi travel. Breakfast is served via the delivery to the room.

Not punctual. I ordered breakfast for 10am and ended up to phone reception at 10:20 to remind about my breakfast.

Amazing staff, all very friendly and very helpful, all very understanding and pleasant! The location is very convenient between trips as the airport is nearby, hotel provides shuttle services, if you go by car, there is some space for parking.

The breakfast is served from 7a.m. and if you pay for breakfast but you need to leave earlier than 7a.m. for your flight, you won’t be able to have breakfast. For this specific hotel it would make sense to serve breakfast earlier or at least provide other options. Payed for shuttle service 50eur for both ways, though was informed it costs 45eur, not sure why, was tired and only understood this the next day.

10min from the airport. We had a lovely garden balcony.

The walls were thin, so we had to listen to the turkish series that guests in the next room were watching all night.

This is a great little hotel for either a transit or for after the end of your holiday stay to be near the airport. This not for long stays. It's very rural and can be bit noisy, there's no entertainment around or fun things to do as its that's not what this hotel intended for that kind of stay. You have a small shop near by to get the basics,there are food places aswell. No bars but you can by alcohol from a bottle store up the road. For me it was perfect as I had already come from the touristic side and just needed to be close to airport so I could leave in the morning. Lovely staff and free tea when sitting outside.

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to Omer. He was incredibly kind, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. Omer speaks Arabic, Turkish, and English fluently, which made communication very easy and comfortable for us. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Thank you, Omer, for your outstanding service — you truly made our visit special!

They have really good deals for the guests. Clean rooms, responsive reception, good AC, comfort beds. The hotel provides a convenient transfer service from the airport.

There were no snacks in the hotel's fridge, they don't have a vending machine in the lobby as well. But there is a supermarket and various cafes within walking distance.

The hotel is situated near the Istanbul International Airport. Its employees previously had arranged a transfer for us from/to the airport. The room was big, clean and quiet. We had marvellous, tasty breakfast. The boys and the girls at the reception were extremely kind and helpful.

I have no remarks. Everything connected with the hotel was fine. I really recommend this hotel especially to people travelling to Istanbul Airport.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I booked a transfer from the airport to the hotel. My flight was 5h delayed the staff stayed updated and picked us up without extra fee when we arrived to Istanbul. We did a late check in at 4am. I really appreciate the accommodation.

The room looks very spacious in the pictures however it is not, it’s very tiny. It was okay for me because I stayed one night. The toilet was dirty. I don’t know what to say about the breakfast, we waited 30 mins for the breakfast when it came it was cold also the choices aren’t the best. The wall is not soundproof, you can eat any little sound. Was expecting more from this property.

It was a nice little Hotel, but with Great Customer Service. Unfortunately the weather didn’t permit a trip outside of the hotel.

The sink faucet was loose & the toilet seat is broken , it won’t stay up. But other than that, the staff front desk girl and the guy, (sorry hard to say their names), Was excellent in assisting. We only got to stay overnight due to our flight cancellation.
